Absolutely great little rv park. Extremely clean. Train and highway noise not particularly an issue. Bathrooms are amazing and Roger is a great help.

Sealy RV ParkIdeal location for long and short stay RVs and travel trailers, balancing seclusion with convenience. Features large retention pond with fish, and RV spots on north and south sides. Full-size concrete pads with 2-vehicle parking, many of which are shaded, separated by lawn. Water, septic and power hookups included in price. Clean showers and laundry at both locations. Dog park. Very short walk to amenities such as fast food, a family diner, Walgreens, and of course, a Dollar General. Owner John and caretaker Roger do a great job managing the property.

Nice, clean, well kept new RV Park on a large pond. Level slab sites with plenty of room. Dog park, laundry, and looks like more to come. The best was the customer service. My husband and I were exposed to and came down with an intestinal virus while in Sealy and needed to extend our stay. Roger was great about it which helped so much as we were really too sick to drive anywhere. Much thanks!

The park would be 5 stars for me except for the noise. Constant trains - the tracks are located right next to the park, I can see the trains go by - and road traffic noise. Don't believe it's coming from the interstate but nearby roads. But the noise is definately an issue all night long. Otherwise, awesome park that is clean, spacious, concrete pads, next to a pond and reasonably priced. If the noise isn't an issue for you, I highly recommend.

Very nice place. Half the sites are on the lake. Giant concrete pads at every site. If not on the lake, you can easy see between the other rvs to see the water. Easy walking to fast food, auto parts and a very nice restaurant. Owner is very nice. Would give 5 stars but for the close proximity to the railroad tracks. Not real frequent though, and they don't blow their horns.

READ LOWER POSTING FIRST!Well, after the park opened we stayed for six weeks last June/July while my wife was giving MD ANDERSON some business. The park was spectacular, as was her recovery. I do attribute some of her speedy recovery to the stellar surroundings at the park. They have now opened the second section, and it just keep getting better. We recently stayed another week with them. I do catch a lot of fish out of their pond, (catch and release only) and as a bass fisherman find catching 14 to 24 bass a day a pretty good use of time. I ve told them they can even give out my phone number and I ll provide a couple of tips on how to catch those bass. They seem to be attracting a pretty calm group of clients. We enjoy the serene environment.LAST ITEM: We have gotten, and expect to get absolutely nutton for this review. I am also just as quick to broil an establishment when they deserve it. Good camping to you.MARCH OF 2022I understand the park is almost ready for its grand opening. I have seen the park and met the owners. Both park and owners seem totally top shelf . We RV a lot, and can t wait for this facility open.

Well kept RV Park, nice lake views, private bathrooms, laundry, community room under construction, expanding to other side of the lake, electric included, the only reason I rate it 4 stars is because there is not a bit of shade to cover your RV on hot days. Pricing is fair compared to industry standards and there is a post office across the street. Enjoy your Journey!

Great location. Large paved level sites. Full hookups. No pull thrus. Small fishing lake. Quieter than we anticipated being so close to I 10. Met the owners. Nice friendly people. Park just opened. We were first guests. Will be nicer when they get it completely set up with wifi and picnic tables. plan to stop here on our way back from Galveston.
