We have used Rush - Sealy for years. Unfortunately, the service has declined. We put our truck in the shop for an overhaul in November 2023. The truck was returned to us in December. The dashboard check engine lit up shortly after being returned to us. We had to have the truck towed back. It has now been with them since December 2023 and continues with them as of today, January 12, 2024. We have spent over $50k. They randomly call with something that "might" fix the situation but to "try" is another $10k. This shows a complete lack of respect or consideration of small business. Who tells someone this might fix it but first you need to pay $10,000. If it doesn't oh well we will try the next thing. To date the amount of revenue we have loss and the fact the truck is not out is unconscionable. All the while we have call multiple times to receive a new story. Often times they do not call back and we have to drive out there to receive a new story. Whatever you do, I would not bring a major job here. You will be out the money, the loss of revenue while in the shop, and working truck.

AvoidI own a small company that relies on my truck running, if it goes down, I m in a rental truck until it s repaired. My Isuzu NPRs transmission went out on 9/19 and I was originally going to tow it to a shop that could get to it 5 days later, I called Rush in Sealy and they said they d get to it 2 days later so I opted to go with them. A week after it sat there, on 9/26 they called and said they haven t been able to make any progress on the truck because they lost the keys? But don t worry, we ll order a new key. Another week later, 10/3, they call and said the key they ordered doesn t work and it was up to me to find another set for any progress to be made to my truck. 10/4, I dropped off working key. Already two weeks, $1,500 into a rental truck solely for the fact that someone managed to lose a key? 10/5, they call to confirm what I originally told them, yep, it needs a new transmission, but they re on back order and they can t find them anywhere and told me it was up to me to find a transmission on my own. After calling rebuild shops, on 10/9 I talked to another dealership that found the transmission I needed sitting at a dealership in Katy. A 20 minute drive from Rush in Sealy. I dropped the transmission off 10/11 and the truck was ready on 10/12. I could ve saved myself a massive headache and nearly $1,500 in rental fees solely by towing it to another shop. The service manager offered a 25% discount on labor which doesn t seem to be the case on the invoice. And I was also charged for re-installing the driveshaft which was removed during tow. Installing the driveshaft is part of every transmission swap so that was solely another cash grab.I completely regret going through this location and wish I found another more competent shop that doesn t lose keys and screw people.

Took my truck to this place and absolutely loved it the service writer was amazing. Chris The Macanic is probably the best cat dude ever. Brian found issues that the last shop couldn t find in the manager Jake kept me updated faithfully the driver lounge is top notch

This is my A-1 go-to for all my repairs.. Excellent service and customer service is both on point..Glad I established a good business relationship with them.. had to replace my seats and love them, very comfortable..Thx

Frankly, Rush truck centers is the primary reason I'll never own a petercar again!Brought the truck in 10 days later the truck gets into the shop, 4 hours later the truck is "fixed". I arrive and the truck is returned with added work.The man I spoke with informed me that a gallon of oil disappearing in the engine every 2 wks to a month wasn't bad. Maybe, if it leaked out into the ground(it doesn't) but even then "$25"/gallon x 12-24/annually...... an excess cost is what you told me was not bad.After owning 5 freightliners none of them absorbed a gallon a year, 300-600 dollars extra annually isn't good and neither is oil going missing inside an engine. How about you give me your paycheck for the week and tell me it's not bad.Were they friendly, sure...so are bankers, politicians, and lawyers!Instead of fixing the truck they decided after a 10 day wait they'd pushed it off so next year it can go back, sit for another 2-12 days before they might actually fix it!

Got a bad clutch job at a non-Rush dealership. Came to Robert at Sealy Texas and he straightened the mess out and his team fixed my clutch and did great work as the always do. I should ve come here in the first place. Thank you Robert and team. I greatly appreciate it.

Robert, the service tech that took care of me was very helpful. They were really backed up, even though I got there at opening bell. They checked the wheel seals, found them okay. Then started work on front end alignment. That's where the wheels fell off. For 4 hours I cooled my jets waiting for some progress. Finally told them to forget it, got in my bus and went home, thus the low rating.

Got me in with no notice, did a full federal dot inspection and a full pm in no time! Very clean facility with a comfortable drivers lounge and friendly, knowledgeable staff!

Very quick and helpful getting my truck in, easy to talk to, easy to work with.I don't know what the bill is because I'm in a company truck.But if they get you back on the road making money quickly? It's worth it.

I have a 2019 389. I was getting a traction control fault code, so I brought it in. They ran tests and told me it was the ABS module. They ordered the part (took about 3wks) installed it and it didn't correct the problem. Then they said that the problem was the wiring harness. This was not a stocked part so it has to be manufacturered. When the part came in, I dropped off my truck to them, they kept the truck about 3wks. When I went to pick it up, it didn't make it past the service office before they light came on again. Tech came out, pulled it to the back, test drove and handed me the keys. The light came on and off while he test drove but was clueless as to why. I don't understand how a dealership service center cannot determine issues with their own products. I was very patient the entire time my truck was with them. The other issue I have is with the A/C. It wasn't cooling properly. I brought it in once before for this. They charged the system and sent me on my way. During my pre-trip the next morning, I noticed refrigerant on the ground, it was leaking from the service port, and the cover caps were missing. It wasn't leaking from there before. How does this happen? While it was there for the wiring harness issue, I had them look at this again. They called me and assured me that this A/C problem had been resolved. Well I've had the truck back for less than a week and neither issue is resolved. I don't know what else to do. I can't keep leaving the truck for weeks at a time....Very dissapointing experience....

I arrived their right as they was opening up. i was having electrical issuies.they signed me in. said they had about 4 trucks ahead of me. told me where to drop my trailer and where to park the tractor.after i parked. i was sitting and reading. 5 mins later they came and got my truck.i was out of their by 1030 that morning.they did the job fast and correctly.the service manger Robert is a really nice guy and very knowledgeable.i will be using them more often.

Absolutely hate this place. This company is run by crooks. The staff at this location is nice enough, they are constrained by the corporate rules. We ordered a HVAC control panel ($700) for our Peterbilt, found out it was a blown fuse all along, tried to return said control panel and was told we couldn't return any electrical related parts because it "appeared" to have been plugged in even though it was still in the bag.

I want to thank Daniel (service writer) and Jose (mechanic). I had a wheel seal done in California. I stopped to do my break when I noticed my rim full of gear oil. Fearing the worst I got a hold of peterbilt customer service they got ahold of this dealership. At first I thought I was going to be stuck for the night. Daniel asked one of his mechanics if he would stay over (Jose) and he agreed. I traveled the 25 miles to them after dropping my trailer they had it diagnosed and fixed in 47 minutes. Wow this is customer service and going the extra mile. I was about to write off ALL Rush dealerships, but these guy restored my faith that there are good dealers and mechanics under the Rush name.

Excellent work and a pretty fast in and out considering what these tech's are working on. Friendly knowledgeable people all around. Nice selection of accessories in parts, nice trucks for sale, and service is great!

One of the most expensive places on earth. $700.00 FOR a sleeper door window approximately 12"x16" absolutely fricken ridiculous. "Highway Robbers" is what they are and what they should be named.

This place is unlike a Rush Truck Center, I was in there today (Saturday)and they started on the truck rite away and had my wheel seal done in a timely matter,the shop foreman and the parts guys where awesome. Will return to this facility.

I am a Driver who was coming to get a Trl from another Driver who was brkdwn, when I got there inside the gate the people said there is no Trl so as I was leaving they closed the gate.I call Dispatch then the Driver,he said it is in the back lot but when U had returned the gate was locked and no one around. I lost 5 hrs of drive time because of their incompensate.5hrs65mph__________5x65=325325mls==========325�0.34=110.5$110.5This is what they stole from me.

Very good people.Service you can count on. Also no extreame waitting time, until you know what is going on with you semi truck. Shop manager Robert very proffessional and will get you back on road.

Ok, need real mechanic, they fix one thing and mess up other things and tell you it was already broken???? Driver knows why it went for repairs, Need a better service manager or one of two

The best job ever have a problem with my track they give me region Everyone 150 miles and I trying to fix it to many different shop they don t know what s the problem I take it to this dealer and they fixed it for only 2 days and I don t have any problem with my truck great customer service and friendlythank you all
