This is small town feel and service from a chain store. Joel and Daniel were working when I showed up to get some parts. Knowledgeable and good attitudes. I overheard a phone call where they were checking in on a client. They had previously sold parts to to make sure they made it to their destination. Where do you find that kind of service anymore? One in a million! I will definitely be stopping here again when I'm in the area. Thank you guys for going above and beyond. Have a good day!

I would recommend any one that need assistance with their vehicle to go here. I had a problem with my car battery and unfortunately my battery is placed in front of my front tire. A customer service guy named Daniel came out and made sure I would be able to get the battery I needed. I am super grateful I stopped here today. God knew where I needed to stop

Daniel was great! Best customer service I've received from anywhere in a long time. Went in for oil for the car. Didn't really know what I should get. He helped me find the right oil and got me all set up with the things I would need. And then proceeded to help me put the oil in my car. Really knowledgeable of the store, his job, and cars in general. Great customer service and his above and beyond work ethic made all the difference. Will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I highly reccomend this Oriellys location to anyone in the area or even just passing up Sealy on i10. DANIEL was very helpful in fixing my license plate lights and assuring they were on before I drove off, as I had a long drive headed to California. He went above and beyond! Thank you Daniel! Great customer service! The guys working were very helpful.

Had over heating issues with my truckSebastian and Daniel helped me a great deal with getting back on the road to San Antonio so I can make it to work tomorrow.Thank you orielly's for having such knowledgeable and able employees at this location.

I normally don't review stores unless they're bad but today I encountered the exact opposite. Long story short, I had my hydraulic clutch assembly go out yesterday. When I called in for warranty, I was informed there was no record of the sale. Daniel (sales clerk) went above and beyond to track down. Not only that when I arrived at 730 am, he had the part pulled with a receipt with my name on it. Outstanding! Please management! Get this guy a raise.

Daniel helped me change my belt in the parking lot in the heat of the day. He was able to help remove and install a new one as mine shredded. His knowledge of vehicles also played a big role into getting the job done as he knew a lot of tricks to make the instal easier. I recommend asking for Daniel at this location he s a big help.

Been shopping here for my entire life. Unfortunately the knowledge that was once abundant in these stores are all but gone. I typically locate the parts myself using their system. The staff, for the most part is very friendly. I guess this will be the new norm in today's society. If your looking for something and you know what it is, save time and just tell them, no point in making them look it's unlikely they will find it on their own.

Daniel was super helpful in getting us on the road again when our under car splash shield (maybe the right name) was half off. He showed me how to remove it, and did it for me, and told me where to get the new parts, and that it was okay to drive it this way until we could get replacement parts. Thank you again Daniel!

Needed a quart of oil while traveling. I don t even know where the oil goes! Husband tells me to go to O Reillys and they will take care of it. Nick was friendly and oh so helpful. Put the oil in with a smile and I m good to go! Thanks, Nick!!

This store takes great care of all my needs for my shop Forgetten Rides Garage. Daniel is who I deal with mainly because we just hit it off from the start. We always look out for each other such as if I'm looking for something and he will locate it for me or if he or I need help just figuring out a problem we work good to come up with a solution. Also Joel, and Nick and several others have always been great to deal with when I'm searching for parts. We build custom trucks so year models don't really apply to us when you have a 80's Squarebody C10 and modern LS and LT applications. Anyways come see these guys if your looking for a specific part or even advice. Take care guys and thank you for always helping my son and I get what we need.

i don t usually write reviews, but i had an above and beyond experience. i was about 2 hours away from my home, and about an 1 1/2 from my destination. i came in to oreillys, knowing bare minimum what s wrong with my car. i had the absolute honor of Scott helping me out. he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and will try to help you out that fits your budget. unfortunately, we weren t able to fully fix my car, but he wrote the things down that i would need to look out for the next day! i didn t feel like they we re screwing me over at all, all of the staff were friendly. got my car running for the rest of my trip, made sure that my car was drivable. there are so many things i could say about this experience, but it would turn into a novel.THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT I APPRECIATE YOU!!!!

My car was over heating on my way to Houston from San Antonio so I pulled in to O Reilly s in Sealy, Texas and Nick was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed to install a thermostat. He was very attentive and courteous. Thank you Nick for being there in my time of need.

I had a part that they did not carry. I was about an hour and a half from home & they did everything they could to make sure I got home safely. Although it is a temporary fix, every guy in there took care of us to ensure my daughter & I got home!

This O'Reilly has the best custom service i have yet to come across. Daniel is such an awesome guy if they have employee of the month, he's the one who should get it. I wish there were more people like him in this generation..

Nick and Joel we very big help today another O Reilly gave me the wrong part. It was very hard just to get information but these guys went out of their way to help me out and give me information that I need it to fix my car 10/10 servers for both of them!!

Pulled into O Reilly today with a flapping fender issue. The staff was so eager to jump in and help us out. Especially Daniel, he not only offered his expertise but lended a hand and got us back on the road in less than 15 mins! He went out his way to make our day and it meant so much. Thanks Daniel!!

A couple of hours into a 1500 mile trip to Virginia my truck shows signs of overheating. Looked up my nearest O'REILLY and 1514 Meyer Street Sealy Tx pops up. There is where I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel. It was recommended by Daniel that I might want to change out the temperature sending unit in additio. To the thermostat I was already going to replace. He said to me "since you are already there you might as well change out the sending unit."Great advice Daniel, thanks again.

Brought a bad battery in for exchange and was pleasantly dealt with by Daniel. Did not receive the same courtesy at the Bellville store. Highly recommend this location!

Daniel was way more than helpful!! I was broken down andhadyo change some parts in the parking lot and helped me out with the tools need and some great advice that saved me alot of money!!!

Should have kept the guy with the visor.Keep getting wrong parts and no one being able to actually help with my questions.Very disappointed in the quality of this location!
