Had my rubicon towed because the manual shift would not engage. DJ tried it out and found nothing was wrong and shifted no problem. He put vehicle on lift to see what kind of leak was dripping and it was from the motor not transmission. He could have said transmission was bad, etc. DJ was very honest and he didn't charge me. I highly recommend this place.

Never looked at my car in 4 days. Always said there was someone standing in front of him so couldn't talk. I removed my car from his lot. I do not recommend him at all.

Dependable and trustworthy. I recently had a computer component go out in my transmission and he was able to find the part which is probably the only one in the country left at the time. I've recently purchased a new vehicle that I'm taking over there to have him evaluate it for repairs..

I remember when my car flooded out, I went here to get my transmission fluid changed. The guy told me that my transmission was shot and I needed a new one. I didn't believe him so I went down the street and got the fluid and filter changed for under a hundred dollars. I had the car another 5 years, no problem what so ever. These people are crooks .

Extremely happy with the service for my transmission. Running great. Smooth shifting. Price was in line with other transmission shops. Wish they were located closer to me. Had to drive 45 miles for service.

They Refused to give me a quote once they had my transmission torn apart. They guybhad the gall to ask me if i d rather him do my transmission or paperwork! First they said 3200, then it went upto 5400!!!! I was furious anout the price increase.... and he knew it and said... uhhhh well i ll take off all tje ilgrades i figured in... jaw dropped! Ended up being $4300.00 with a 1 yr12,000 mile warranty, could have went to aamoco and gotten the same price or better with a 3 yr 36000 warranty. when i asked for something on paper again his answer was... We do business on a hand shake round here!" Well they ripped me thats for sure.Beware! Full review on YELP, wouldnt fit here.

Thought I had a serious transmission problem. The filter had dropped down. What could have cost me $5000 actually cost a little over $400. Very honest people. I would recommend Faterkowski's Transmission to anyone.

All I wanted was a diagnostic. All day Friday and Monday passed before I got an answer. I then told them to do NO WORK until I had the money for repairs. I could not get the money and had to pay $335 for a diagnostic (this included the transmission fluid and filter work that I did not want). NOT GOING BACK!

They're great! We had to hear back from the warranty company and they were very understanding, especially since they had to wait 3 weeks for an answer
