Doesn t get any better than these guys when it comes to wheels/tires. The best and it s not even close! They pay attention to the details and treat you like family.

I have to say, the customer service sets a high bar here at tires by design. Wish I could see same everywhere. Their tires are good too. Maybe on the high side $, but service mitigates that. Anyway, nice place good service and would recommend 5 stars

So I have used tires by design for a few years now, and they have always done solid work.Their work is fast literally I have never had to wait more than the time it take to put my tires on. They are fantastically priced, the managers are helpful and very knowledgeable. Brayden is fantastic, and went out of his way to help me save money on replacement tires. After ordering and even putting down a partial payment Brayden called me after I left and informed me that he kept looking and found a better deal saving me almost $70 on just one tire! Fantastic team keep up the solid work!!

Been coming here often for buying new tires, installing new tires, changing wheels, and senor re-programming every occurrence has been a very pleasant and quality experience. Really recommend services here and thank you Bradyn for his wonderful service!

1,000% go somewhere else. The techs are unqualified and dishonest. Management does not have close oversight of them. -updated review:In response to the business reply: the issues encountered went well beyond the damaged part and the dishonesty of the techs, who clearly did not know the proper TPMS reset protocol, as they attempted multiple times and rapidly compressed the brakes, repeatedly, and then apparently told management otherwise. Additionally, the techs had the wrong PSI (twice), which I had to point out, the tire valve caps were not replaced and they conducted themselves with general carelessness. I consulted with other mechanics and ford specialists on the damage caused and the probability of it occurring due to this error. Lastly, management did nothing to salvage this customer relationship, other than falsely claim they would make it right. and subsequently lost business for 4 vehicles. I rarely leave reviews, and have never left a negative one, yet feel compelled to do so here, for other potential customers to know how issues are handled at this location.

Tires By Design is the best run businesses that I know of. I bought 4 new tires today. They changed them out & I was on the road in 30 minutes. The lobby is clean, comfortable & you can easily see progress being made on you vehicle. The staff is helpful, knowlegable, friendly & professional. They have always treated me like I'm important. It's a top notch business!

The entire team at Tires by Design is top notch! Chris was so helpful with outfitting my new 2022 Bronco with new wheels. He helped me put together an awesome look! He was so patient with me while I made decisions and offered guidance, which I greatly appreciated. All the guys in the shop are polite, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Tires By Design!

Love this place! Went to go get my tires changed and talked to Chris before going. He gave me a great price! I met Bobby when I went and he was awesome! Such nice guys, service was great and fast, facility was super clean! They even checked my spare to see if it was in good condition. Glad I took the recommendation to come here!

Lovely place! I ve been there twice now and they have been very kind and generous! They have helped me out and help me keep my little ones entertained as well. They make you feel like you are family! They get you out fast as well! Place is very clean and organized! Will be going here for tires when I need them from now on!

Excellent service. For years I went to the big boys for tires and wheels. That changed about 4 years ago when we started coming here. Fair prices, good selection, and excellent service. And an added bonus, they are local and we prefer supporting local business.

This Tires By Design in Seabrook, Texas is awesome. They were like the NASCAR pit crew when they installed four new tires on our RV camper trailer. I recommend them to anyone in the Clear Lake area for new tires and wheels.

No customers in the shop and 3 guys "working" behind the desk when I went in for a rotate and balance. I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and and was told I was behind someone that was not scheduled to be there for 12 minutes. Again, no other customers in the shop and 3 employees looking at the samecomputer screen. Obviously they don't know how to multitask so why would I trust them with my vehicle.

Great place to get tires or just get your tires installed at. Guys are very quick but careful at the same time. always torque everything 3-4 times and they even clean your wheels then add tire shine! Prices might be a tad bit compared to others but you get your return in great service and quality.

Fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly service. They let you know how long service will take beforehand and while you wait, they periodically let you know their progress. Everything was explained well and no surprise charges. It's really nice to be informed! The waiting area is large and clean. Easy online booking followed up by great customer service. Highly, highly recommend!

Quick and thorough, never spent more than an hour here, even without an appointment. The guys have a wealth of knowledge about the rims and tires they sell. Super friendly employees that do great work.

This tire place has best service in the Nasa Bay area. The service is fast, staff are courteous and helpful. The price is comparable to major chain stores. They always cleaned and waxed the tires after replaced them, fresh coffee and refreshment in waiting areas for customers, they kept the store clean and pleasing to wait. Fix flat tires at no charge. I would buy tires and service from them again. Highly recommend.

The manager and all staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Every time I ve come in, they ve taken care of everything in a timely manner. They stand out from every other tire store I ve been to with their attention to detail and patience with customers. Could not recommend a better place!

Great first experience! My tires were low & I dreaded the drive all the way to the Infiniti dealership. I popped in on a hunch these guys carried nitrogen & they do! The sales manager was extremely helpful and even filled up my tires free of charge. He offered me his card the next time I need my tires filled to come in and get the lifetime membership for a one-time fee. I forget the price now that it has been so long but it was really cheap -I remember that much..The Techs worked quickly and I left paying $0 (tipped the tech though - felt bad not too) in under 25 minutes. I will definitely go back for the lifetime member deal, just as soon as I need it!Thanks Tires by Design, you are a true gem by the bay!

Came here because I thought I had a slow leak in my tires. I was helped by Alfonso immediately and he took great care in accessing my issue and gave great details to what it may or may not be. I d definitely return for any future concerns.

I moved away and came back two years later. Place is just as good as it was when I left. Glad to see some senior staff still there. They work hard and know what they're doing. They have the correct tools for the job, and a nice clean work environment. I appreciate that and the work they do
