I have used Seabrook Automotive in the past and they have always done a great job. Just recently I needed some major work done on my brakes. I was aware of the problem before bringing it in. Carlos was extremely reasonable considering the work that needed to be done! He was quick and did a great job. Will use them again!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Carlos has always remembered my name and voice even if it's been over a year of contacting him about services i need for my vehicle, also remembers my family members. His services are always good quality, he does not beat around the bush with his customers or try talking them into getting unnecessary services to make an extra buck. In fact he's straight forward about what you need and don't need, and will even try to save you some money even on the labor his shop does on your vehicles. He's a man who cares more about respect and maintaining a loyal customer base who will continue to return to him and recommend his shop to others. I can alway count on him to get the job done. He's a good man, he's smart and knows a lot about almost any vehicle that's put in front of him. He's the only true genuinely humble and honest mechanic shop owner I've met and consider him a friend of mine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Where are they located now? Their phone number does not work. We have been taking our vehicles to Carlos and he does good work. I still have warranty with him on my car!

My family and I have done business with Carlos Automotive for almost 15 years. We've had numerous occasions when other shops have grossly overestimated charges or even misdiagnosed problems, but Carlos has always been extremely fair and more than competent. This shop will always be my first choice for automotive repairs, and I highly recommend them!

I took my car to Carlos Automotive for repairs and I was more than pleased with the repairs and service. He went above and beyond to not just fix what was needed, he did small additional things such as adding fluids and forecasting future maintenance. I will always go to Carlos Automotive, and will recommend friends and family to do so as well.

Took my truck in to get it fixed by Carlos and not only did I pay 2700.00 plus tax, he had my vehicle for over a week before he even touched it, he didn't fix any of the problems with my vehicle. Now, I have it at another shop paying the same amount and having it done the right way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting your vehicle fixed here they will rip you off and not do what they are supposed to.

Been going to Carlos since 2002. Honest, takes care of customers and has a sense of humor. Just what we need these days! Won't sell you anything you don't need. A good mechanic. Has taken care of our Astronauts too!

Carlos seems to be a good guy, but when it comes to taking care of my car I was disappointed. He was honest with me at first but as they got a little busier he quit communicating with me over the issues he had found with my car after a tune-up. If it had not been for a certain mechanic as I went outside inquiring about the status of how things looked, I would of never known that one of my spark plugs had oil on them which is indicative of another issue. But Carlos never told me he just took my payment and started talking to the ladies at the front desk. Another issue I had was, I seen him take various other customers on a test drive after their completed service, but he did not do that with me, in fact I didn't even know he took off with my car and I got up from reading a magazine and noticed my car was not there. So I was concerned and one of the mechanics had to inform me that he was test driving and he would be right back. Lastly, I found that he broke my glove box string that keeps the glove box from just falling down without any resistance or at a steady pace. I only found that because I had a suspicion to check if my cabin air filter had been changed out. So I said all that to give future customers a warning, and to make him communicate with you, because he seems to do whatever he seems fit.

Wasted 3 days to give me a mediocre Diagnostic. Very unprofessional. Did not even really look at my car he was too busy taking in all the other cars. I hate to be blunt but this old man Carlos really doesn't care about cars like he used to. Don't waste your time with this slow old man. I've had two major issues with Carlos. I originally decided to take my car in after a friend referred me to him, but I will not be back. I gave him a second change thinking the first mistake was a misunderstanding.1) I specifically asked him to check out some issues and call before he worked on my vehicle. I received a call a day later that my car is finished and is ready to be picked up without calling to notify me about what needs to be fixed. I was in the hole 600 dollars and he did not even fix the overheating problem I was having.2) I brought in a car to have it overlooked before purchase, it sat at the shop for five days without a call from Carlos.When I would call I could not get an answer about when it would be worked on or if it had been looked at. After the 5th day I finally got an answer that it would be an 800-1000 dollar fix. The problem didn't match up with the price so I picked up the car and took it elsewhere and found out the issue was completely different.

Carlos has had my vehicle 7 months. Every time I or my son go to check on it he says its almost ready. They left the sunroof open and destroyed the inside. As of today it is still not ready. This is the WORSE place ever. DO NOT EVEN TAKE YOUR WORSE ENEMY S CAR THERE. The car went for a small leak. They kept the car for almost 2 years, broke the mirror and lost a key. They tore up the inside and refused to fix it. Not professional, an excuse for everything. We took our Tahoe to pep boys first and they wanted to charge us 6000 dollars for a part that actually didn't need to be replaced so my boss told us to come to seabrook automotive and when we got here he looked it over and 20 dollars later we where back on the road it just needed power steering fluidService: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

The alternator in my truck has gone out. These guys couldn't even diagnose that. They have had my truck for 3 days and I have not recieved one single call. I finally called a last time and that's when they said they cant do it. This is an absolute mockery to put the name Seabrook on it. Seabrook company's have a history of quality work. This is not quality. This is disappointment. Never going back. Barely any english spoken at all. Hope they dont try to charge me...not paying them a dime for they have made matters worse. These guys are a local ROBBERY!

I would leave negative stars if possible. Quoting "Pending" codes and not active codes. He explained it as this means that it will eventually be an issue in the future even though the problem has never existed which is not truthful at all. This place also is writing up brakes that have above 50% life and tires that have above 60% life. I would never take a vehicle to these crooks. Find a reputable ASE shop or use the dealership. Common criminals here.

These guys are very persistent in finding difficult problems! My favorite shop. If you have an old Jeep, these are the guys to work on it!

Would not recommend bad diagnostic of issues will just have you change parts till something works and then they do a bad job at that and you get cheap parts that don t last
