The young fella that helped was great. I wish I had remembered his name. They didn't have the battery I needed. He helped me find a non-direct competitor who had what I needed. Good experience.

The whole crew at this location is awesome! Terry has always helped me as well as the others no matter what when I had a few issues with my car in the last month or so. He was up under my car this morning for a good 20-30 minutes fixing something that was dragging on the ground. This is the only place I will ever go when it is something I know they can help me with. Very appreciative of this team! Thank you guys for everything!

Went there about a month ago to get some windshield washer fluid. The lady was nice and helpful however the young kid behind the counter was rude and couldn't even say hello . I will not go back to this store as it seemed the young kid had an issue with people of color. Common sense will tell you that you are in service industry and you are there to take care of customers. you will respect the customer , and thank the customer for shopping at your place of employment. When the customers stop coming and you get several bad reviews , that's when management would need to open their eyes and either retrain or go to plan b.

FIVE STARS! These people are amazing and are so kind. Taylor went out of her way to not only help me find the bulb to replace my headlight, but she helped me install it!! Definitely recommend going here if you want great customer service!

Abby and Jon were so amazingly kind and helpful! It s never a good day when your car needs work but they helped us to diagnose, order, and receive the replacement part on the same day. Thank you both so much.

This location has great customer service!!! Chris made sure their team went out of their way to go to the shop where I had service and pick up the part that ended up being the wrong fit for my car. He even got on the phone to call Honda to order the correct part. When the part arrived at Honda, his team picked up the part and delivered it to the shop where my car was.

I went in for pads. Gave year, make, model, vin, and they sold me the wrong pads. When I went to return the the guy at the counter acted like I caused the problem.I asked to get my rotors turned. And even though you could clearly see the factory throw away marks, they guy said the rotor was too far gone and would not turn it.0/10, would not recommend.There are better options close by.

Went to return brake to get a new pair and worker Craig refused to take them back. Had to call corporate who called him to advise him of procedure. I'll never return to this store obviously there are problems at this location with customers. I should have realized that this store had issues because there was no one inside of it. Avoid this location which is Seabrook. You can thank me later.

Craig and Michael are awesome. Craig went out of his way to help with replacing a dead corroded battery, and Michael recommended tips to help my new battery last longer. They were both friendly and kind to me, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Bought wiper blades and was having a terrible time trying to get them on. The clerk came outside in the rain and helped me out. He definitely didn't have to do that. Above and beyond service.

Great store. Will stop. Sometimes the staff will try to sell you stuff they cost too much stuff for you can get away with paying less on another brand. But just realize this and go there anyway got some good stuff too can help you lots of good advice.

Fast quickly helped , and had questions answered quickly. Vey clean store , both employees were in full masks and I felt safe in the store. (Clean store with proper gear for customers)

There's a lady named Susan there that said I'd have to wait a week for my filter and told me dont worry about paying for it because she wasn't sure she can get it. So I went with it and left and then I called the oreillys 2 miles away and they have one, all I can say if we didn't have a company account I'd never go there again

I got 2. U joints for my pickup.they looked it up.on computer.got what i needed.one worked on the back. The one in front was little smaller.took one back .a lady helpad me . she looked it up.in the book. Not. Computer.it did not.show in computer.she went to the book.sometimes. the book is better. This Lady.Was Great. She did a Fantastic job.She Needs A Raise.

This location is close to my house and they always have what I need. The staff here is knowledgeable about there products and can help you figure it out! Quality products that last, I def recommend O'Reilly's Auto Parts.

Jose is my hero! He and a few others at the Seabrook location have helped me with all of my vehicle needs! From parts to installation to advice. Jose is the man to go see! I can not thank him enough!!! Thank you Jose!!!Been trying to figure out an issue with my car....Jose dug and dug and typed and typed to help me!!! Anyone needing ANY assistance here in Seabrook....ask for Jose! HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

Average O'Reilly Auto Parts, bring your money but not your questions. These guys are not what I'm used to. I like my auto parts guys to have mechanic knowledge.
