There is one employee named Kirk Dahl who is very unprofessional. I don't know how he still has his job. It seems as though he is racist and sexist. I have avoided this store because of him. We thought he didn't work there anymore. My wife and I are both mechanics. We went to look for a specific fuse. I started going to the guide aisle while my wife attempted to explain that we needed the fuse but didn't know which one. I didn't recognize him until he opened his mouth to tell us that he couldn't help us. I never made it past the first aisle. In the past, I have witnessed him demean women and refusing to help customers of color. He even walked to the back of the store when a black man walked in.This is 2024. Get with the program. You are in a customer driven profession. If you can't keep customers, get out of the profession. The rest of the staff are helpful and professional. As they say, one bad apple spoils the whole bunch!Upon reading other reviews, this is the same guy others are complaining about, the older man with glasses and a mullet. He is NOT the manager! He is just a lazy employee who doesn't want to help people who doesn't look like him.

Seabrook Autozone is my neighborhood store. People are great. They provide experienced knowledgeable friendly service. Always greeted with a smile. Sometimes I wish I owned more junk just so I could go there more, then I realize, nah, I m good and go pick up a bottle of wiper fluid instead just to say hi.

I went in at the beginning of the month to get my battery checked and ideally replaced, because I knew it was toast. The guy who helped me was an older gentleman with a mullet. He tested my battery and told me everything was perfect and that even if it wasn t, they wouldn t be willing to change it because it was too difficult and you have to take apart the engine lol.I left and went to the Autozone on Highway 3 in League City where they listened to me and changed my battery for me in 5 minutes. Incredible.

Manager is a total douchebag. He brings the whole store down. Makes me never want to walk into another AutoZone, I've never been treated like this at O'Rielly. Doesn't want to do his job, and complains about doing anything.

Kevin really knows old diesels. Have been coming in with my 2500 Ram and Ford Excursion and have always been pointed in the right direction.

Excellent customer service! Justin and the people on duty today, including the manager-on-duty, have been very helpful and rendered great service. They went above and beyond to help me out with my battery issues without pushing me to buy a new one, instead they assisted to the best of their abilities. Honest people. Highly recommend.

Every time I have a question about ANYTHING concerning my vehicle or my RV this is where I come. Kevin is the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to products, effectiveness and doesn t shy from telling you the truth. That s what you need from a place like this - and I appreciate him for every single thing he has helped me with over the last 2 years.Jovan - is literally a ray of sunshine with a smile. He is extremely helpful and kind. If he doesn t know the answer, he will find someone for you who does! What more could you ask for? Thanks for the years of customer service & honesty! This is why I come here to this exact location for every little project I have.

The Grey shirt, Duhkirk, was a bit snippy when I walked in. After 20 seconds of humor to cheer him up looking for a wheel nut n stud. I get a fresh attitude about how " Oreily's is giving away parts, I should go there!" I bit my tongue and paid the 9.52 for a nut that wasn't a perfect match. Made it to the door n realized , I WON'T pay for the wrong part,AND be treated like an amateur (20 yr shop owner ). Got my refund, and my exact 20$ bill back, and went to oreilys. .. 2.21$ later.Yes 2 bucks! I got the exact one.Didn't have to give the yr and model and and transmission and engine either....Yeah. I've come to really dislike his arrogance. Its subtle. ,but trust it's there...I'd rather drive to another city, or competitor like oh oh oh,even though its brand new and rt down the street.

I was actually greeted with a smile when I walked in the door. Jarret was so helpful, extremely nice & personable! We usually use the store @ 301 W. Fairmont in La Porte (if we MUST, they are SO miserable there!!!). We usually use other auto parts stores or order online because the employees in La Porte are horrible, they act like everyone's bothering them the second they walk in. We will DEFINITELY be using the Seabrook store from now on. Go see Jarret, he's AWESOME!

Never going there again. Never in my life have I ever been given a filter number to go and find for my self. When I asked how much oil did my truck take, there was no effort by the man behind the counter to look it up for me. Saying he couldn't look it up. All good, back to Orielly for me where help is always available.

I went to AutoZone at 8:36 tonight because I forgot they stayed open until 9. I needed help changing my headlight bulb out ! I had my 2 year old son with me who wouldn't stop moving. JARRET went above and beyond to help me out. He greeted me as soon as I came in the door and he helped me out the entire time. Even though we struggled with the light a little bit, he didn't let that stop him. He truly truly went above and beyond and because of him I will DEFINITELY come back !!! Thank you for help Jarret !!! It meant the world to me for your help !!!

Just left this AutoZone to replace my car battery. The young man that helped me was top notch. When he saw my battery he told me there may be too much corrosion to replace it but he will be careful and try since my car won t start without a jump or new battery. He gave it his best try but it wasn t working and then an employee named Kirk Dahl came outside and immediately started ranting very rudely about how they should of never even tried to replace the battery due to the corrosion, he was being so rude I actually though he was kidding and it made me giggle, he then looked at my and started being really rude to me until I asked him if he was talking to me like that? He then said he wasn t trying to be rude I responded to him I didn t think he was trying to be rude, it obviously comes natural and he should actually try NOT being rude. I then find out that while I was outside my two daughters (10 and 8 years old) we inside trying to buy a few air fresheners for my wife car and were having trouble with my debit card and they said he was being very rude to them until I come inside!!! I feel for his co-workers that have to put up with him on a daily basis .Who ever is the manager of this store needs to get Kirk some more training on how to talk to people or let him kick rocks down the street and find new employment that doesn t have to talk to the public.

On our way home to Baton Rouge from vacation, my boyfriends battery light came on. We stopped in, and the battery was too low to test the alternator. One of the workers immediately removed it and put it in a charger for us. After using the fast charge, we found out we needed an alternator. I was able to change it, but has some issues like a pulley and. A belt. The workers were so eager to help me find everything I needed, loaning me tools and even giving us something cold to drink as we departed after being there for about three hours doing all this. I am so thankful for the team.

After a 12hr shift at the hospital I get to my car and the battery had died. I got a jump from a co-worker and I drove straight to autozone seabrook and got there 10mins before they closed. Nick and Kevin were so helpful and friendly. They didn t seem to mind that I walked in minutes before they closed asking about a new battery. Nick looked up my battery and found it was under warranty so he gave me a new one no problem. He even checked the current battery to make sure that was the real problem and it was. I had already called my boyfriend when I arrived to come put it in since they were closing up soon. Nick and Kevin waited even after closing for 15mins to make sure my boyfriend didn t need any help and they lent us some tools to get the job done quicker. They were both super nice and helpful and my boyfriend and I appreciate they helped me out at closing time. I had work the next day at the hospital so I needed a new battery to get to work

Normally I get great service here. Today I could tell walking in the mood wasn't good. I had battery trouble from one that I'd purchased there. They wouldn't help open my hood, told me to go home and take battery out and bring back ? I'm not able to that !!! Battery died again on way home, thanks guys ! Got another jump, went to another Autozone, they replaced my battery checked my system and were so nice.

Great and friendly service. I had purchased a battery at a different auto parts store and they said they couldn t install it for me, therefore I return it and came to this autozone. As easy as it may sound I have never changed a battery. It was 10 minutes before they closed and Justin helped me. I really appreciated his help specially when they were about to close.

Very nice they gave me a 2 for 1 item. Was returning a can without a spray nozzle. So the cashier gave me a free one. I just used the same nozzle for both cans of tire shine.I really never expected that.!

kirk Dahl has very poor customer service. Needs to go back to training on how to treat customers with kindness and respect.1. Does not have courteous Customer Service2. Told me to go to O Reilly if I wanted a lifetime warranty.3. Would not look up an item at another store outside his radius. He said, he only had access to look up items with a small radius distance from the store.4. Once again, not courteous at all.5. Several bad reviews from other postings. And still no change from Kirk.Hope management reads my review and have a talk with Kirk.Seabrook, TX

Went for freon and one of the staff showed me where to put it in my vehicle. This bottle of freon is digitized with a hose to tell you when it's full.

Store is orderly and easy to navigate. The employees are very accommodating and will help upon request and usually ask if you need a hand. If there are items needed that they don't have in stock, they will do their best to locate and provide you with said item. This location is newer but has an amazing team.

Great customer service! The manager even went out of his way to pick up a part from another location just to make sure I got it. The new Seabrook location on Repsdorph has a most excellent staff and so very helpful!!!

I feel so lucky to have this particular AutoZone crew so close to my house. Twice now they've gotten my beloved old Miata (1997!) what it needs to keep running strong. Friendly, very competent assistance and reasonable prices. Check engine lights flee from these fellas!
