Absolutely great service! I broke down in a bad spot on I-10 they got to me withing 20 min and got me off the road. 10 out of 10 recommend. The driver was very polite and respectful. He did everything right hooking up my truck in the correct places. He also followed safety procedures ensuring that we were safe given the bad spot I broke down at and the high volume of traffic flow.

I had to call these guys on a holiday and again on a Sunday and both times they answered the phone within the first couple of rings and had no problems getting my vehicle to where it needed to go for a fraction of what the big city tow trucks charge

Right before Christmas, he towed our daughter s van to his shop and locked it up after she was hit by someone running a light on Hwy 90. We ended up having it towed to Dallas near her home, for further inspection and it was totaled. We appreciate that he protected her belongings and gifts in his garage and letting us disturb him at home so we could retrieve them later that night when we finally arrived a few hours later. The whole town was nice to our daughter and her children after this accident. Thanks also to the police, EMTs, bowling alley owners who let them relax there and offered games and food, and friends from Columbus who came to take them to their home until we got there.

They had my vehicle for less than 24 hours and when I picked up my vehicle, about $30 worth of dollar general merchandise was missing and still is till this day. I had to go back and repurchase items I had bought for my daughter for her birthday. At least what I could find. For example, the dollar general didn't have a specific set of limited edition markers because I bought the last 2 packs the night before.
