They were great. Beth in the office explains the different services they have. They provide quick, efficient and quality service. Send inspection reports and quotes within the pictures of your car by text and email. Great follow up and also provide a AAA discount. Would highly recommend them.

The folks at the Schertz location are amazing. We use them for all of our vehicles.The service is always great. They don't push you into unnecessary repairs.The best part is they are friendly. It is so nice to have a service shop that really cares about the customers.Beth is outstanding!

I ve brought all of my vehicles here and they passed my car s inspection for years. The month of March I bring in my car, they say the brow is failing my inspection. We take it back again since they black listed me from going anywhere else and say my two front windows are going to fail the inspection not the brow. So we take the tint off the front two windows and they say well actually the brow does not pass inspection but we will let you pass . Definitely don t recommend after being a loyal customer since 2016. It is unfortunate that they are dishonest.

Edgar first looked at our car before we got it to the shop and gave us some recommendations. He was right on. We had our car towed in the next day and Brian did a great job of thoroughly inspecting it and provided us with an estimate the same day. The issues we had with our car and the work was completed in a timely manner and cost was reasonable. They stood behind their warranty 100%. Being new to the area we are glad to know that we have a shop we can take our vehicles to that we can trust. They even took care of our state inspection so we are able to register our vehicle on time. Oh and, they even washed our car for us.

Total True Auto has become my trusted auto repair shop. They treat you well with reliable quotes and completion times. Auto repairs aren't always pleasant but at least the staff helps keeps you smiling.

This was the first time we visited Total True Automotive in Schertz for automatic transmission service on our 2014 Honda Civic, 11-15-2023. Courtesy transportation back home was provided. Beth our advisor was super! Very reasonable price for the service received. Definitely very responsive now on shifting. I also had the oil changed, transmission serviced and a rear differential issue which was successfully resolved 2-2-2024 on my 2014 Ford F150. We are very grateful for the professionalism of the employees at Total True Automotive. Kudos also to Nick my service advisor! If you need fast service, affordable prices and great people to do business with, give them a call. Ya'll rock

Great service overall. It can be difficult to find a truly reputable shop, and I couldn't be happier with Total True. I was kept up to date on my vehicles repair progress, the staff was friendly and professional, and the quality of the work was top notch. Was informed of other serious safety issues with my vehicle, and decided to have those addressed as well. Would highly recommend this shop.

The BEST car shop I ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I ve only ever taken my vehicle to the dealership but there is not one close to where I live anymore and they were cheaper, faster, and more informative than the dealership ever was. They recommended services that I should do and ones I can wait on without any pressure to do any of it if I didn t want to. Will never go anywhere else again for my vehicle needs.

I didn t end up going with the services here as the price is higher than I d have liked but completely reasonable I will note. Kudos to Nick and his team member. They were quick, courteous and very helpful throughout my time there. Seem like great people to work with. Seeing how happy other customers were I could tell these people actually care about their (existing and potential) customers interests and assets.

I made an appointment for a state inspection on my vehicle.I arrived 15 minutes early and Nick had my vehicle taken care of right away. Nick was very personable, and I was offered a water or soda while waiting. The facility appeared clean and well organized. I was pleased with the customer service and plan to return.

I don't know yet. But I have a 2000 Lexus with only 140,000 miles and I really like my car. I'm old at 76, why do I have to spend valued income on an inferior new car? I read the reviews. You would think that this Auto repair was Grandma. You know....Grandma can do know wrong, think no wrong and bake no wrong. Ya know what I mean...chocolate chip cookies. Sooooo I went in. They were more than cordial and they have drive home complimentary service. This Grandma can use that for sure. All I want is assurance. When I pull out into traffic, will my auto perform? I think this auto repair will give me what I'm looking for. That's Elon Musk sense. I'll be on the road, but feel like I'm in space.

Very welcoming atmosphere. I went in for just an inspection with no appointment and Nick T. scheduled me in with no wait time . Amazing customer service and even had a box of toy cars and gifted one to my little one. & even Offered us snacks and drinks. Made my wait time much easier with my little one being happy and entertained with a new toy . Xavier the tech was fast and had us out of there quickly. If they took amazing care of us for just an inspection I am sure they will go above and beyond for bigger jobs. I definitely recommend this Schertz location.Thank you guys!

This is the only place my family and I will go to get our vehicle inspections done. We have utilized your services for the past 8 years. This is all because of the great customer service you provide with your amazing employees!!!! Thank you Nick, Leslie and tech ( I apologize I didn't have your name). This is the experience I had with Total True Automotive (Previously Schertz Auto); nothing but extraordinary. Had a flat tyre unfortunately and it was quite draining trying to find a good tyre shop that carries a particular performance EV tyre.This shop was recommended by AAA so decided to try it out after going to a quite dissatisfying shop that would not allow me to leave the car overnight while the tyre arrives. Not only did they offer gated/camera monitored storage while the tyre arrives, they explained everything quite clearly as well as educating the cutsomer about tyres and what/where to look.Due to my crazy work schedule, they even offered remote payment system via text/email, afterhours pickup instructions, and even a Lyft to pick you up/drop you off to/from the shop! Not only that, their tyre prices are extremely competitive.Brian and Nick were particularly helpful and understanding. They even offer military discount! This is probably one of the best tyre shops I have ever been to and definitely deserves their high rating.Because of this great experience, I'll definitely be coming back for my tyre/automotive needs. Keep up the good work Brian, Nick and Total True Auto!

New to the area and read positive reviews for Total True Automotive. I initially thought my vehicle needed a new alternator but luckily it was just a bad battery. I appreciated Total True Automotive did a thorough inspection and found other items that were apparently taken care of by my previous auto shop two months prior. After picking up my vehicle it felt like the day I bought it. The car is running better than ever.Also, working with Ms Leslie was delightful. She constantly communicated with any and all updates. Update 2: Total True is one of the few places that I will consistently provide feedback for. Customer service is always exceptional. Nick helped me out this time. Their communication and kindness never goes unnoticed and I will always choose to do business with a company like that!Update: after getting my car destroyed during an oil change at another place, I had my vehicle towed back to Total True to have the issue remedied. Again, the customer service was amazing. This company is always so responsive, helpful, kind, and prompt. I got my vehicle back after a couple of days and had the added surprise of a freshly washed car too! Won t make the mistake of going anywhere else again.Customer service was fantastic! Beth guided me through the process and kept me apprised of every update. Overall, I was really pleased with all aspects of care and would definitely chose Shertz Auto for future auto repair!Services: Engine repair, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Very happy with our experience! Had several things that needed fixing: coolant leak, cracked motor mount, etc. They provided us with a loaner vehicle while our car was being serviced. Loved the photos/videos they provided of our vehicle. Would highly recommend.

I've been taking my truck here before they were totally true and they have always been so welcoming and very informative.Definitely cheaper than if I took it to the dealership, better warranties, and better service all around.I highly recommend taking your vehicles here!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

I've been taking my cars to Total True for over 20 years. They always do a great job. Nick worked with my car repair company to process my claim and got me rides to and from my home. From the mechanics to the customer service people, they all do an outstanding job!
