Got my expection here 5 or 6 years on 2 vehicles, since I moved in here. Never again. They just failed me claiming I have a power steering leak when I just replaced my power steering cylinders 2 years ago and have never had to refill it. My truck is a 2008 and has 250k miles on it, so it's got some grime under the hood, anc they fail me for that? I'm done with them

They were very kind and helpful. They took steps above to make sure that our vehicle was safe for long trip we're making. Not only did they do our oil but they noticed our wiper blades were in poor shape helped us to get the wiper blades asked about my air filter and then they're the only ones to have asked about my cabin air filter when they check that that was absolutely disgusting they gave me $10 off for everything that I did and my car is running much happier now.

I love going to this Take 5!!! The young men and women are super friendly and professional. Logan has taken care of my car twice now and he s very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. They're not pushy when making recommendations about the ac filter or other services. These guys are always HAPPY!!

Apparently no oil put back in my car and the engine died as a result. Extremely poor service issue resolution. No follow up, no communication, no resolution, and I have no available transportation and they obviously do not care. Been over a week and I m very disappointed.Update: noticed their reply is predated 6 months ago when I only left the review yesterday April 8. And I wouldn t call a 1 star a positive review.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

Great service from take 5 I've been a long time customer and I don't have any complaints. They are quick fast and the only place I trust for my oil changes. Their in house oil is what I would recommend if you are looking for a good oil that won't burn in extreme running conditions. The shop environment is professional and I love the call outs and repeats from the staff. Shows they know what is going on throughout the shop. I nice bonus for me is the fuel system cleaner they now offer saves me an extra trip. Over all I would recommend Take 5 and will continue to come back for excellent service

Take 5 was as close to their promise as their commercial says! They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I will definitely use them for all my oil-changing needs.

I recently visited the state inspection station and had a great experience. Despite arriving with three cars ahead of me, I was pleased to find that the staff worked efficiently, and I was able to complete my inspection in a short amount of time. I was also impressed by the level of customer service provided by the staff, which was exceptional. Overall, it was a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Pretty expensive for a full synthetic oil change! Over $100 with no other services! Long wait time and can get it for half as much elsewhere!The service techs and friendliness of everyone there was top notch! Been to various Take 5 locations and this one is great.

Terrible service. Was pulled into a bay to wait another 30 min until they even started the oil change. Two cars that were pulled in after me were serviced before me. No communication the entire time. Asked if I wanted my tires topped off. I said yes. They never did it. No safety checks. Nothing. I was only asked if I wanted the same oil change as last time and given my total. Customer service did not exist today.

The customer service was phenomenal. I was impressed by the amount of attention that I was given by these motivated young men. nowadays people want to do the bare minimum, that wasn t the case when I went to go change my oil at Take 5.

Take 5 in Spring Branch is an excellent oil change company. Have used them many times and have always been taken care of by their professional and friendly staff. Their service is very fast and efficient.

The employees here are always kind and courteous. They get the job done, and they make sure that you understand what they are doing and always answer any questions I might have.I even stopped by just to get air in my tires, and they always say have a great day and do it with a smile.

took car in, they overfilled the oil way past full. tried to get me to accept the overfill. They redid it and this time under filled it (under the low marker). I went back so they could just add alittle to reach the threshold and again they overfilled it. Most of the people that go here probably dont understand or check things after but please do because your engine oil level is pretty critical to gasket health.I will never trust these guys again hence will never return.

Service was amazing! They close at 8 and I arrived at 7:45 and they changed my oil and a few filters with no issue. Very very nice staff. Definitely recommend and will be back!

This place used to be great. Now they have a bunch of people that don't know what they are doing and don't really care. They don't check other fluid levels, don't put air in the tires and honestly don't even have any decent customer service anymore. Have had a way better experience lately at the new valoline place next to the wash tub.

The young people that work here are such nice kids! They are polite, upbeat, efficient and hard working. The manager is so nice and he has fun with them. I never mind getting my oil changed!

Absolutely disappointed. I sent my wife up here with her car and told her to get the same oil change she's gotten a hundred times that is on take 5 records. They told her she had to have royal purple. For those who don't know, once you put Royal purple in your car you can't put anything else without possibility of your car having major problems. It would have taken the nice teenager 3 seconds to explain that to my wife and she would have understood that was not what she needed. I only wonder how many other people this has happened to. It has nothing to do about the price of this oil but the principle of these kids not knowing what they are doing. I encourage anyone to go up there and ask any one of those kids what the difference in the oils are and see what they say.

These guys were awesome they took great care of me today Shout out to the Assistant manager Micheal. Mike is the Best person I ever met and he made sure I was totally satisfied as a customer, Mr. Daniels the Shop manager. Josh and Benjamin are the cutest lil boys did a great job!! I will tell all my military friends to come over here.

It started out great. First technician greeted me very cheerily. Was there to get my truck and state inspection. Inspection technician angel did inspection and then proceeded to get manager and training Tyler to come check the windshield for tent. My truck has a brow that is completely legal above the A1 line. And also has a UV film that is clear to protect the interior of the truck. Tyler was going to fail the inspection saying that that you could not have anything on the windshield. When I looked it up on Texas Department of Transportation website, it clearly stated that you could have clear UV protectors on your windshield without a doctor s prescription. Clearly, they need more training at this shop for a seven dollar state inspection to waste that much time and effort over something insignificant as a clear UV protectant on a windshield

This team at the Schertz Take 5 is always professional and attentive to their service of fast and quality at the same time. They are thorough enough to make you think they re looking for ways to sell you more, but in reality they always indicate when something they find is not needed right now. I go there often enough with all our vehicles and have watched some employees come and go, but you can always tell they fold the new employees in to their service culture quickly. Stop by and don t forget to Honk on your way out for the great service they provide.

Best Take 5 I ve been to ! Josh was so helpful and friendly . He even gave me a recommendation on where to get my window fixed . He took out the time to explain to me what needed to be replaced and why during my oil change. Top Tier service !!!

Went in for A State Inspection. I am lucky enough to have the inspection station next to the oil change facility. It works GREAT. In and out, very pleasant staff and a true inspection, not just a paper mill.I ll be back next door once again when I amDue for service.Thanks for a job well done.

They accidentally drained transmission line and now I m fronting a tow, a rental, and the shop work. A good $2k I ll have to front. I ve been assured corporate will reimburse. If they make this right timely and then some I ll happily pull this negative review down.

Micheal was amazing. He opened the store solo and assured every car knew they'd be taken care of despite missing coworkers. Logan showed up shortly after and Micheal even thanked him for being there. Great way to lead Micheal!

The team is very friendly, however, I went to get an oil change and an inspection done. I waited in like for about 30 minutes to get the oil changed and then they asked me to move to the other building where I waited in line again for about 30 minutes to get an inspection done. They used to do both in one line so you only waited once. Then, I took my inspection paper to the tax office to get my registration sticker only to find out that they tech entered in the wrong VIN number on the paperwork! I had to go back to Take 5 to get a new paper and then back to the tax office. What s worse is that this is the third time this has happened to me when taking a vehicle for inspection at Take 5. Only continue to go back because the employees are super friendly, but I ll most likely be finding a different place to go from now on.
