Had an appointment scheduled and was sent to talk to Lee to let him know I was there for a front end alignment and tire change the man was as about as rude as they come after telling him what I was there for he asked several other times . After I told him I was there on an appointment he started getting loud and followed me out to the truck. I don t guess Lee likes his job because his customer service is trash!

I needed a tire for a Kubota tractor. Kubota wanted almost $800 , but the representative there told me to try southern tire. So I call and spoke with Randy. He got me hooked me up with a tire the next morning. I took my wheel with the bad tire in , they removed , remounted , and , replaced for me for about half the price. I spoke to Randy about needing some tires for my Chevy. He said he can handle those as well. Looks like I just found me a new tire store. Sure appreciate the professionalism of everyone that helped me. AWESOME JOB

They are worst place to do alignment . Because of the alignment they do I'm going to lose in $1500 for the steering axle tire wearing. Truckers be careful.

Great customer service!! Saturday morning crew on 8/13/22. Arrived for work and had we in and out under 30 minutes. All members of the team worked on my tire. Excellent Team!!! Truly will recommend to friends. Excellent place if you have a heavy duty truck. Thanks again for your professional service. F350 Dually.

My experience was I unsatisfactory. Radio is too loud in shop to hear direction clearly. (Safety issue) The shop guys lack customer service skills especially the leader, William. Employees will not reply to a good morning, almost as if they are working for free. Not a smile to be found.

If you need tires Kevin is diffently the person you need to call. He will get you a fair price and make sure they have what you need available to help save you time on installation. I had them put on 8 drive tires and when I pulled up in the morning they where ready to go had them on in no time. My experience from beginning to end was great. Very professional. Finally someone who can do tires right. Thanks for everything. You now have a lifelong customer.

Worse place for replacement or fixing a tire. They are" too busy", like sitting and taking fotos instead of working on your issues. . But if you want to waste your time you know where they are.

Great people in here. Fast workers too. We got in with a blowout and they hooked us up in less than 25 min. Great job guys!

They do good work at good prices. I need their services from time to time last few years and I have had no problems. Great mobile service also as long as you communicate what you need properly.

Local freightliner dealer unable to service my motorhome. Called southern tire mart and got me in first thing Saturday and fixed my service problem. We are on a 30 day trip from Sacramento to Schertz and motorhome was not safe to drive back home. These guys were great and I recommend them.

Had a tire go out on my trailer. guy named Lee came out and was rude and seemed bothered by my needing service. I would have left, but I m at work and didn t want to cause problems with my job. forced to take his BS. But I will never come to this location again! I promise.

Overpriced. Horrible customer service/sense of urgency. I avoid this place at all cost even back when it was GCR. Drove in today because I was working in the area and needed to fix a flat possible get a new tire. When I got there nobody approached me I had to go look for someone to help me. They told me to wait. There was one guy in front of me who also needed a tire change. Waited for almost 30minutes while FOUR guys walked back and forth and did nothing to the truck. I left and called the local tire guy. he s now changing my tire and I can see from where I m parked they still haven t fixed that guys tire.. it s crazy places like this stay in business.

Make very very certain what they're going to do to your vehicle BEFORE you allow them to do anything. I bought a used tire from them and we agreed on a price. Then when they give me the total, it was almost double the agreed price....they added labor (typically included in buying a tire) valve stem, valve stem core, flow through valve stem cap and disposal. If they would have been honest and up front, I would feel differently, but sneaking in extra costs like some kinda liberal politicians.....no thanks!!

Went in for a 5th wheel inspection. All the folks were professional and very nice. They were fast also. If you have a big rig, ours is 40 foot it's an easy in and easy out.

I just took off; the guy ( Lee ) didn't even look at me and order me to get in there while he was browsing the phone never went through his mind I needed information and prices. Awful, I would fire him.

Horrible experience. Guys just messing around not caring about get job done. I was told to wait no as come back to check on what I needed. Just need a flat fixed and been waiting for over an hour. Bad place.

For vehicle inspections, get there early and be prepared to wait a bit. Employees are knowledgeable and spread thin . But once they get to you, it's all about you and getting you taken care of.

Came here twice for an alignment, both times the guy tried to make excuses why they couldn't do the work at the moment, when they finally got around to doing the work, all he did was complain and throw tools around, very unprofessional on his part
