I have been a loyal customer for 10 plus years now and there is no other place I will go for routine car care or an unexpected emergency. The entire staff is kind, professional and just all around awesome. I find Schertz Car Care Center to be transparent and proactive with their clientele and their customer service is top notch. From oil changes to major work done- they will always have my business!

I had car troubles while visiting family out of town in New Braunfels and Schertz CCC was extremely professional, knowledgeable and quick! Chris kept me informed of every part of the process! Would definitely recommend their services for anyone in the area.

Driving from Dallas to San Antonio, picked up a screw on my tire somewhere along the way. I googled Tire Repair near me, and this was the closest shop. I pulled in, told the guy what the problem was, and they pulled my car in immediately. Ten minutes and $20 later, I'm getting back on the road. Super friendly, quick attention, even squeaky clean bathrooms!

I've had my car for 20 years, the good folks at Schertz Car Care have kept it running smoothly for me since 2008. They're always courteous, kind, honest, prompt, and fair. They never talk down to me. They always give an estimate before they proceed with work, there are no surprises. 08/09/2023 Been a customer at this place for years now. Came in today to do an oil change and ask about my brakes. Told them my concerns because I travel far for work (constantly on the road and traffic) so I needed them done. Mind you the past 3 times I ve been here I brought up my concerns and they ve always told me, come back next oil change . This time I mentioned I needed them done because I m constantly traveling and on highway traffic. When they told me I was ready I was go, I had asked Chris if the brakes were done. His reply was, I don t know, I just got here. So I asked Luis (who I initially spoke with when I got there, and he was so confused. Like he had totally forgotten about it) and told me once again- to come the next oil change. When I had asked them how are the brakes, Chris told me they were 15-20% front and back. Depends on you. If you take it through the racetrack it ll be blown out in 20 min. And if you re not driving it much, it ll be a year. But if you re constantly on the highway stuck in traffic, it ll need to be done earlier. I literally told them that was my point. I m constantly on the road and that s why I needed them done. No customer service, rude, unprofessional. They don t take your concerns seriously. I would seriously go somewhere else. Took my money and gave me full attitude. I have family and friends that come here, will make sure they re aware of this. Folks, don t go here!

I was driving from San Antonio to Austin and I needed to stop to get oil checked. They confirmed I only needed to fill oil levels with a quarter of oil. I was great to get an honest opinion at a low cost so I could continue my trip. The owner was very friendly and also checked and leveled tire pressure at no additional cost.

Took my vehicle in to have a/c hose replaced and recharged to be told now my vehicle is overheating with a cracked radiator which I never had any issues like this with my vehicle prior to dropping off. The only issue I had was my air conditioner not getting cold enough. I talked with the owner and told him I was not overheating or had a cracked radiator prior to dropped it off to be told they didn t cause the issue and it s my problem, now I have to get my lawyer involved. Horrible customer service and over priced will not take my vehicles back againService: Air & cabin filter replacement

They were amazing! I had to get my car Inspection done and I was clueless! It took maybe 10 minutes at most and I really enjoyed talking to the lady at the front desk!

The car care centers employee were kind and honest. It wasn t cheap but they had a shuttle on site and the repair was quick compared to a dealership that would take a week before scheduling. If you can pay good money for good service. This is the place.

these guys slayed the house boots down!!!! probably the best car service ive ever had! i had a tire go flat on 35, pulled in, asked if they could put on my spare for me, were SOOOOOO nice and understanding and friendly, changed it in 10 minutes and even gave us a huge discount!!!!! love them and could not recommend more! thank you besties

They've taken care of most of my vehicle maintenance and repair needs since 2008. These have mainly been Acura, Audi and Lexus automobiles. Honest service. They've always informed me if we'd be better off going to the manufacturer. Efficient and timely.

Aaron and his crew are the best. You will not beat them on price or service. They will tell you HONESTLY what has to be fixed now or later. Fast and professional, and they have a local shuttle. I have taken 3 vehicles over 2 years to them. Never had an issue with their work. The old saying goes, when you find a good mechanic, you keep them . Well, keep Schertz Car Care.

Always friendly, fair, and courteous! And usually very fast as well, less than 24 hour turn over for our most recent repair. They are reliable and operate with utmost integrity on pricing, parts, and work. Cannot recommend Schertz Car Care Center enough!

We have been coming here for years and appreciate all they have done for our vehicles. From oil changes to more extensive work. They are family owned and very trustworthy. We highly recommend them if you want someone who can do the job right!

They have such a nice atmosphere in the office. You don't find that in most mechanic shops. And the guy in the office was courteous, professional, and really nice!And that was the fastest I've ever gotten my inspection!

They took every opportunity to offer fair and diligent prices and service. Their shuttle service gave us a ride to the hospital (a bit outside their usual driving area) and they were able to repair our vehicle same day. It required a piece to be ordered and picked up from downtown. We went back the next day for an oil change on a second vehicle because we were so impressed. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is wary of being ripped off or taken advantage of. These guys do a great job and deserve lots of repeat business.

I have been using Schertz Car Care for 8 years For oil changes, tire repair and car maintenance. Work is completed in a timely manner and staff is very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Went in for a state vehicle inspection and was done and out of there in less than 10 minutes. The young lady at the front desk was amazing, even under the stresses of being under staffed. I will definitely be returning to this business for my annual inspection.

125 to remove freon from a vehicle? Price gauging at it's best. Spoke to a real mechanic and said it's only half an hour of labor. Don't underrstand why your rating is so high, the quote itself is a rip off....

We always bring our vehicles to Aaron and his crew. Was recommended to us when we moved here in 2014, and they have yet to disappoint. Trustworthy, and only do repairs that are needed. Had them baseline my son's first car when we bought it. They will recommend other shops for work if needed. They have worked on my Hondas, my Subaru, and my Mazda. Plus they have a shuttle service. Honest auto repair specialists like Schertz Car Care are hard to find.

Overall, great customer service and pricing! Always very honest and reliable. Great service with being able to pick you up or drop you off while your vehicle gets serviced if you are local. Definitely would highly recommend!
