Our trailer had two blowouts over Spring Break, one I put a spare on and the other tire blew out a half mile from Discount Tire. We limped in and one of the employees said that unfortunately they were closed but it was okay if I left it in the parking lot overnight.Next morning they knocked out all 4 tires right there on the spot. And gave me finance and military discount on top of a great price. Highly recommend these guys and this shop! Definitely will go back It s been awhile since we have been using Costco for tires but they are nowhere near how fast, friendly, and affordable as Discount Tire! And that s a big statement from this guy!

I was having a rough day, my tire went flat, driving very slow down the access road I looked up and right in front of me was this Discount Tire. Andrew aired my tire and didn't hassle me about buying a new one. I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you so much Andrew!!

I arrived right when they opened and they had staff ready to help. I addressed my tire flat and they immediately took my car into a bay and discovered a screw. It was repairable and within 20 mins, i was checking out. No fuss, no hassle. Great customer service as always!

Impeccable service. Thank you Conrad for your professionalism. All discount stores are always crazy busy and this one is the same. But, the comparison to the other ones that I have had service at, they do not compare as everyone here is on the top of their service game, I m a nobody and they make me feel like a rock star. They are actually the rock stars!!!!

Had a great experience here. Had to get a new set of tires so I was able to make an appointment same day. Staff was very friendly and professional and had new tires on my vehicle in under 30 minutes. By far the fastest tire service I ve ever had and the tires are great! I definitely recommend this Discount Tire next time you need new tires or wheels.

Super nice and helpful. Quoted time was 2 hours because they were extremely busy when I went it. They ended up getting it done within 45 minutes! Super impressed. The sales guy at the front was amazing as well to help with my budget since this was an unexpected expense at this time.

I got 4 brand new tires today from Logan. He was awesome at explaining the tires and warranty. I am happy with the purchase! I was in and out within a hour. Highly recommend this store and the staff

What a great shop,and I know, I used to manage tire and lube joints. They were very busy and my promised time to be done came and went, understandable. Then it turns out their inventory was wrong and they didn't have four of the tires I purchased in stock. They upgraded me with a better tire at no additional charge. That's how to do business, thank you!

NO customer acknowledgement upon entering the building. Even after standing in line for 5-10 minutes.NO smiles on the faces of anyone working behind the counter.And NO, I don't need an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced.Please do not make customers manage your schedule and work flow because you are lacking time management and organization skills.You sell tires.Corey, I hope you read this and view with an asset lens in hopes of using this information to be better. Your attitude and administrative shortcomings have a direct correlation to the store's bottom line.I honestly expected more from this location based on the fact that the regional office is just a few clicks away. I suggest nearby management assist by retraining and educating your employees for an improved customer experience. Happy customer = Increased revenue and better profit margins. Simple concept.

Always a pleasant experience at this Discount Tire store. I have had to get some tires for my Type S and Logan knew exactly the performance tire I needed. True professional, very knowledgeable and great customer service!

Today This is the best discount tire experience I have had I usually go to the forum they are always super busy.. but notices this location was new and also noticed they had 4 of the tires I was intrested in looking to purchase forum did not have any.. They open at 8am. I pull in to a full parking lot at 7:58am. prob gonna have to wait for a while I thought about leaving but I said I will see how long it takes at 814 I'm they called me. Matthew at the desk helped me out got me all set up. He told me it should bebready by about 10 or so. This was at 825am. 5 mins later they pullin in my truck 4 guys were working on it I had brand new tires old one in the bed and on my my way safer on the road at 908 am. they guys are on it over her. Thank fellas for getting me in and taken care of now that is efficiency at its best. YAL ARE AWESOME!!!!!!! THANKYOU.

Mom got new tires here and had a good experience. So I went to get two new tires installed. Everyone was super friendly and it took maybe 30 minutes from our appt start time to finish. They even let us stay in the car which was convenient since our toddler was with us. Highly recommend.

I've had to get my tires changed 3 times in the past 2 years, all due to unfortunate circumstances. They always have the tires I need in stock (I must be lucky), they always have my car ready before the quoted time, and they always give great customer service.Conrad is especially kind and efficient. He made my husband and I feel well taken care of and like my time and car were important.

Bought 4 new Sentury tires today at the Discount Tire store in Schertz on I-35. My appointment was at 9:30, but I got to the store at 9:10. Jacob helped me immediately. He patiently reviewed all details with me. I was out by 9:40. This was the best service I ve ever received at a Discount Tires store. They under promised and over delivered, which is always a welcome surprise in this day and age. I wholeheartedly recommend this Discount Tires. I got the tires in my price range, and received professional friendly service from Jacob. Thank you.

Came in for low PSI and was told I had a screw in my tire but that it was repairable. They had me in and out within 30 minutes or less! Everyone was super friendly and professional.

I have been a customer for the last 12 years in San Antonio - Schertz - Corpus & with out a doubt - the same Exceptional Service that s how it s done - Wow what amazing job on hiring the Best employees @ all locations Today we had a flat in Schertz - so there was not even a hesitation on where we were going to get our tire fixed- we came to your location on 17971 Schertz Texas & and was greeted promptly by Mr. David D. A very fine professional young man he asked what was going on w a great positive attitude & I said well, we had a flat David says no problem we will take care of and to go inside and take care of the paperwork that s where we met Nate another fine young man, and also very professional, and loves what he does- Please give a shout out to those 2 young men - customers for life

I've come here a couple times now and have had a great experience both times. They are busy but I consider that as a good sign. Good tire shops always are. Had a tire replaced previously and had a leak repaired today, they were quick, friendly and efficient.

Every time I've used this Discount Tire everyone has been helpful and friendly. Making an appointment is definitely the way to go. I've never spent more than a half hour there and they keep you up to speed on your vehicle's progress. Great place overall.

My appointment was at 1:15 to get my tires balanced. I arrived at 12:45 and within 8 minutes they had my car in bay. All work was done in a short time and I drove away a happy customer at 1:20. I highly recommend this location. They are easy to work with and do the best and fastest work in all of San Antonio and surrounding areas. I will definitely be using this location for both of my vehicles.

Quick to get in and fast service. Didn't have my first choice in stock (Staggered sizes on 20"wheels) but had another brand in stock that was actually $20 cheaper.

These people are amazing. I had to replace all four tires of course and my son was getting ready for surgery after being sick all year. I can only afford the cheapest tires which was okay but they also said I really needed to get new lug nuts cuz mine had been broken if I ever had a flat tire out outside of my own it might be impossible to get them off or even put them back on safely. Unfortunately had zero money left to use I had done the affordable card for the four tires until there was nothing I could do and I told them that I wish I could I can come back in 2 months and save some. And I said okay and then they went and worked on my car some more and when they gave it to me I had all new lug nuts and they had done it for me because they said they couldn't live with seeing me drive so unsafely and they just didn't want anything to happen to me so together they did it out of just plain kindness. Trust me when I say I left there with tears in my eyes just because they were so nice.

Outstanding customer service! Ordered wheels online that were coming from Dallas. Received two phone calls and an email within 24 hours, keeping me posted on status of order. Totally professional and there to answer any questions we had. These people get our business from here on out! Shout out to Jake and Taylor: you guys are fantastic.
