I was hit almost head on by someone who ran a red light. Of course with my luck they had no insurance. I was in such a panic and the officer kept making comments saying my jeep was definitely totaled. I was so upset and felt so lost. My insurance directed me here and when I went in I was bracing for the worst possible news. The ladies name that helped me was Alicia and she was AMAZING! She made everything so much easier understandable. and the best part her and her team were able to SAVE MY CAR! There are no words for how truly grateful I am for such an amazing set of people! They were all so professional, fast, and communicative. If I could give 100 stars I would! Thank you all!

I was rear ended and recommended to take my car to Classic Collision for repair. I was quoted a 2-3 week turnaround but I was able to get it back in only 4 days. Taylor was my adjuster and she contacted me with updates throughout the process. Javier did a great job on the repair, and even cleaned the interior and exterior. That was a nice gesture that I appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone needing body work!

My daughter got sideswiped and the officer deemed it no one s fault so with no insurance to cover the repairs I went to a body shop close to my house for an estimate. After waiting nearly two weeks for the estimate I decided to go to one further away and it was the best decision. Javier with Classic Collision came out and looked at the car and identified most of it was rubber marks from the other cars tire and he went in and got a wipe and a scanner because we told him the lane departure was acting up. He started cleaning the rubber off and then set the scanner up and didn t find any error codes. He also showed me how I could align my daughters bumper at home.When I asked how much I owed for the scan he said nothing he just likes to do nice things for people. Wow! Can t find service like this now a days.If you are looking for a body shop that is honest I highly recommend visiting Javier at Classic Collision. Thanks Javier!

Hit and run caused nearly $10k in body damage to my Tacoma. Front end and back end damage. I also had full front paint protection applied about 8 months earlierNoe was my service advisor and I received text updates almost daily and Noe would call with more details to some of those texts. I never once had to call asking for an update all the way to the end. Truck was complete a week earlier than promised.It looks solid. Paint matched perfect and no gaps or misalignments with the new parts installed. Paint protection was reapplied as well. I have one small gripe that I won t bother mentioning here since it had nothing to do with the repairs and won t even dock a star for it.I was a bit concerned at first about this place because it looks like utter chaos with almost nowhere to park and can barley see the front door from the street. But I would come back here if needed and would recommend Noe 100%

They just repaired my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500.I appreciate it they did an amazing job.I recommend this place highly. Why this is not the number one? Go to too body repair shop in Schertz Texas I will never understand. I've never had any outcome as good as this one. We only place a definitely would never send anybody to his caliber collision in schretz, Texas or in Cibolo.

They did a fantastic job on my car. It looked like it was brand new! Not to mention the very friendly customer service and the updates on where they were with my car. I ve had to go twice with my Mazda and every time it s consistent and great service. Consider this place when you need your car fixed.

Alicia is extremely rude and lies about the work done to vehicle. This was a shop chosen by my insurance. This is the absolute worst experience. No updates were given, and work was awful. My vehicle was in the shop for 3 months, and several corrections had to be made before vehicle was ready. It took 3 months in shop, and I was using a rental car the entire time due to their incompetence. Unprofessional and unorganized. Sloppy substandard work done on my vehicle. Vehicle engine was fine before entering the shop (went in for body work) but now has more problems than when it arrived to the shop. Battery and tire issues among other problems. When questioned, the evasive explanations and coverups were repulsive.

These guys did an excellent job and perfect paint job I needed. They were so informed and kept me informed about the whole process by text along the way. I even got my car back a day early and it cost less than the original bid.How excited was I. I would recommend them to you for anything else you may need, because they kept me informed and did a fantastic job, plus have one heck of a Manager seeing over all operations right in the Front Office.Voted Best in my Book for this years Car Repair and Service for 2021 !!!!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic

At this point completely satisfied. They stepped up to the plate and delivered service to our needs. If they keep this level of service, they will replace our former go-to for auto repair, Calibers Collision.

QUESTIONABLE QUALITY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATIONNOT RECOMMENDED!Had my car fixed and painted here from an accident. Got it back a month later and noticed other car's paint on mine and few screws missing on the side-skirt. Had to go back to get it taken care of. A week later when I washed my car I noticed chipped paint on the side and realized that the hybrid emblem is missing. I'm guessing it was ripped off and the paint came off with it. I really don't care about the emblem but at least you won't see any chips if the emblem was put back. Very noticeable was the new paint turning yellow on my grey fender after a week, so I called Chris F. at Classic Collision to address the issue. I asked for a loaner vehicle knowing i have to bring it back in to get it repainted and its going to take a while. I was told that they will call me back to get this problem solved. 7 days has gone by and still no words, so I called to check on whats going on. Chris told me he'd call me back by the end of the day to let me know but still no words for another 3 days. I've been "ghosted" I guessServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend! I had to have the front grill of my SUV replaced and they did an awesome job! So friendly when I walked in the first time, kept me up to date on the status during the fix, quick turnaround time and professional. Insurance recommend place. Took my car for estimate on front end damage in July 14th. Estimate done to includr pictures. Gentlemen sais work would take 7 to 10 days since most parts are local. Made appt to drop of car on july 28th. No estimate found but left car for repairs. 2 weeks pasted heard from no one so called them and parts had just been ordered. Went back and forth wrong parts being ordered or sent. Finally I get the call that my car is ready on September 1st. Went to pick up my car the next day and drove 1/2 mile and my oil light was and car was acceleration was 4 to 5. Turned around and took car back. They said they knew what the problem was. I picked my car and took it back 2 more times that same day and told them my car wasn't like that when I dropped it off and I wasn't taking it like that. 5 days later I get a call from my insurance that my car was towed to the dealer bc Classic collision didn't know what the problem was. I blame CC for this issue as i drove my car without problems until I left it with them. Today is September 22nd and the dealer still has my car. I am disgusted about the situation but will NEVER take a car to CC. Joseph in the front office is the only reason for the 1 star.Service: Body & Trim

A couple of months ago, I backed into a tree.. This accident left an ugly dent in my rear bumper which I could live with.. What bothered me the most was my trunk lid was twisted at an angle. It latched but I wasnt sure it was really secure.. Also when it rained, everything in the trunk was wet.I went two other collision places, one I had used before.. I asked them if they could just look at it.. Both shops refused saying I needed to call and make an appointment.I decided to try Classic Collision on Borgfeld road in Schertz.. The receptionist asked Joseph Gutierrez, one of their agents.. He hopped out and walked out to my car.. He manipulated the trunk until it locked right into place perfectly. He adjusted a couple of other areas. In 10 minutes, I drove away with no sign of a tree collision except for a couple of scratches. No charge!Today I went by with a tray of snacks and to meet General Manager, Andrew Kershner.I am so grateful to Mr. Kershner and Joseph for helping me. They now have a new customer.Please check them out!

Seriously great service! They went out of their way to make sure the product was as good as possible. Went over prices with me directly, and was up front with the plan to fix my car. Jason was great to work with. They worked with my insurance well. I called them based on the multiple positive reviews, and now I m writing one. Best car service I ve ever had, hands down!

My car is still getting work done. However, they have been so nice with updating me as the parts are coming in which I m happy some parts came in sooner than i thought. The communication is great and i can t wait to be able to drive my car again! They are awesome.

My 2020 vehicle bumper was done on time and they kept me informed each day. When I picked it up they told me it was so new they didn't have the software to run the diagnostic and they removed the charge from the estimate. That's honest. Work was perfect. They are very professional and I will definitely recommend.

I chose them because they are closest to me among the USAA approved shops. They replaced my damaged bumper and fixed some other oopsies. From the get go they were kind, professional, and efficient. They also turned out to be fast with perfect results! This is more than excellent management - it is technicians and office staff who care about the customer. I don t impress easily but I m impressed. I hope I don t need them again, but if I do, that s where I m going.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible job with my repair! Damaged my vehicle in the process. Paint splatter everywhere. Scratches all over it. Leaking water when rains. DONT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!Only thing good is their customer service but horrible workmanship!

Auto Collision Works Review 12 Jan 2013First, I would like to say being in the military and traveling across the country from time to time reviews are always critical for me in making the best possible decision whether it be purchase or services.My vehicle an Audi A6 had some damage on one of the doors. The vehicle doors are aluminum so I was very particular on who was going to do the work. After tirelessly searching the reviews, "Auto Collision Works" caught my attention and so the job is complete and I will give my thoughts on this business.1- The Call...My initial phone call was answered by a very professional rep who was patient and answered all my questions with ease. A big plus was it was a one stop process, I did not have to go and do an estimate then come back at a later date!!! Efficient and thorough!2- They knew exactly how to deal with the insurance company and when additional work was needed that the adjuster did not catch they handled all the back and forth with the reps I did not have to make a single call!!3- Feedback was above average...I received a call just about everyday on the status of the vehicle and where they stood on parts. This is a big plus as I know things could arise that could prolong any repair so having a heads up for rental car purposes was a big plus!!4- The pick up....I needed a ride and they came out and picked me up. The owner came out and did a very thorough walk through and the work performed was amazing. The vehicle looked just as good as the day I got it!!! They even cleaned the car...Great JobOverall a great experience and I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing this type of service!! This company worked with my insurance after my kids somehow managed to dent an entire front panel in a 'race to get the front seat' - I have had great service from my businesses myinsurance company has recommended in the past and Alamo Paint and Body was no exception! They facilitated arrangements for our rental car, and kept working with a storm coming to ensure timely delivery once their work was done. What a welcome to our new neighborhood! :)

Kerrie did a great job working on my BMW. She and the paint guys came up with a solution to a problem regarding my damaged bumper that was brilliant. It was money saving and it took care of the problem. Anasthasa at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend them if you have the misfortune of needing body work done to your car.

Alamo Body and Paint has such amazing customer service. Monica up front was so sweet and very helpful. Greg our estimator was very good at calling us giving us status on our vehicle. We will definitely recommend our family and friends. Thank you Alamo Team for making my car look brand new again!!!

After getting rear ended my vehicle looks just like new! Jason has made this experience easy and painless. He has truly made me feel like family. At this point I am not sharing my experience with friends and family because to the frustration of a car accident but because of the great service and experience Jason and the whole team at Alamo Paint and Body has provided.
