I choose to believe that I was taking care of as if I am a loving family. When I walked in, I was greeted wholeheartedly and welcomed. Water, coffee, tea a ride or welcome to stay and wait. If I don t know the exact problem and diagnostic was done, and if I know the problem it was addressed and taken care of. If I didn t have time because it would be a long process or had to order parts and my vehicle was still safe to drive, I was welcome to come back and my convenience. Everyone was really welcoming and I felt safe. Love these guys.

I have taken both of my vehicle for inspections and repairs; Christian Brothers went above and beyond to ensure my vehicles were fixed promptly and efficiently. From their knowledgeable staff to their impeccable attention to detail, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They even provided me with a ride back home with their shuttle service, which was definetly helpful.Highly recommend!"

Even though my car wasn t completely repaired, Jeff was honest and up front and stopped just shy of $2k because he said it would drain me going further. I appreciate the honesty and all the work that went into the car. Definitely taking my other 4 rides here when they need work. Other places would ve just kept going, saying you need this and this, and me shelling out $10k.

I m so happy to have my car back running smooth like butter. The prices are reasonable but the service is excellent. Jeff, the manager, took time to explain everything to me in detail. I m really grateful for the much needed care my vehicle received.

I LOVE taking my car here for services! I have had nothing but amazing experiences with their customer service. They are friendly when you walk in, and are upfront and honest about work that needs to be done. I love the worship music they play in the lobby and you can just tell that the work they do is service to customers and not just cars. They have me as a customer for life...so grateful for them!

My alternator died and needed replacement. I was in an unusual situation where I needed my vehicle repaired and returned as soon as possible. The staff was very understanding and I was grateful they were able to accommodate my situation. They are a truly professional group of people! They kept me apprised of the evaluation and repair status every step of the way. Their price was also very reasonable. They were kind enough to provide me with a courtesy ride home and as well as a return ride to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

If you re looking for a place you can trust, I recommend this establishment. They are kind, courteous, and go above and beyond to do the right thing. You will also rest easy knowing your vehicle is repaired or maintained above the standard. Can t say enough about this place.

I can not emphasize enough how incredible there service is! I am a repeat customer and will all ways be going to them for anything car related. Very honest and the best service you can ask for. 10 out of 10.

My husband and son went in today to get a safety for a 1990 Honda CRX. The person who helped my husband 1st of all is honestly lack of knowledge and rude. I dont remember getting a safety that requires them to check under the hood. He fails the car cause there is a power steering leak (if this person knew anything about cars or his job he would know this car, this year has NO POWER STEERING, it isnt equipped with it). Husband tried to explain it to him but he just ignored him. Then he fails the car again for the tail lamp lens is cracked or broken but it only had a hairline crack. But it works and its not affecting the light at all. This guy didnt even try the horn nothing. This place is a joke. There is nothing christian about this place.Ps. And no I wont be removing this post. People need to know what kind of business yall are running.

Each and every time I walk into Christian Brothers for service, it never ceases to amaze me how each employee projects a positive attitude and explains how the needed work is to be done in lay terms. I have also stood behind customers, who were there, because the work that had been previously performed, had some problems. Without hesitation, the attending advisor ensured the customer that everything would be taken care of in a way that would be pleasing to him/her. That s what I call great customer service after the sale. So, I for one, have been a customer, since they opened their doors, because of their great service, positive attitudes, and if needed, a ride back home or to the office. This was my first time at this location, Absolutely welcoming and friendly staff, I brought in my vehicle for a oil change and a state inspection they also did a full bumper to bumper multi point inspection on my truck and only recommended service that the truck actually needed and other services that could wait, I appreciated the honesty and integrity these folks have here!

They are not the cheapest place in town. But by St. George they do a thorough job and back it up with an outstanding warranty. With new and used car prices at ludicrous levels these days, it s prudent to repair your vehicle, if feasible.I hope I don t need to have a serious car repair any time soon. But if I do, and this location keeps the same ownership and management, I most certainly will come here for my future auto repair needs.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with CBA. They greeted me promptly when I arrived and took my car into the service bay at the appointed time. I had a couple of issues and they took the time to explain my options. This was the first time I had my car serviced at CBA and I will definitely be a return customer.

I missed my 1st appt and due to the situation with my car, they were able to fit me in. They even started working on her the same day I dropped her off and a few days later, we were rolling again!!. Thank you Christian Brothers for your great service

Was introduced to this company after moving here last year. I'm a loyal customer. Service is always friendly and fair. They really listen to you and offer the best solutions to your issues, not just trying to upsell you or get you to get unnecessary work done. The staff are courteous, friendly, and quite knowledgeable of their trade. I would recommend, and I have recommended, family and friends to utilize their services. This team amazed me! They let me know that my vehicle lacked the components needed to adjust for alignment. They did not do the best they could, charge me and send me on my way like the previous shop did a couple of weeks ago. The best part, there was no charge! They even suggested my auto needed a tuneup, something two other shops should have diagnosed on several visits. I guess it s true, you get what you pay for! I will be using Christian Brothers Automotive for now on.

Terrible service. Was quoted $850 for a harmonic balancer replacement and was told that the vehicle would be completed by August 14th. Received a call on August 18th that the job seemed harder than they expected and that the labor charge would increase. Repair was completed on the 21st and was priced at $1,500 (Note: GUNN Chevrolet gave me a guaranteed quote for the same repair for $900). My vehicle was given back to me with a chirping noise whenever I accelerated over 2,000 rpms and smudges on the passenger fender near the hood latch. Returned to have it fixed - only to have them try to bait me into getting another repair done with a diagnosis (even though the issue was known). They do not care for their work nor their customers it seems; stay away from this shop. Far too expensive for the quality of work. Highly recommend Simmang's Automotive in Converse as an alternative.Service: Engine repair

People here are great people. I had 2 issues with my vehicle and they did great and fixed them all with honesty. 1 issue I had with the vehicle end up to be just a connection of wire and just needed to reconnect and cleaned up and they did it as courtesy with no charge. They examined the vehicle thoroughly and gave me some points that needed to get done with the vehicle. I recommend this shop over any other shops In town.

Team was efficient with my appointment. I was out in about an hour for an oil change (had an appointment set). I recently purchased a new car as well and my experience was so good here I cancelled the maintenance plan with my dealer so I can do future business here. Office feels warm and inviting and everyone was super nice. I never ask or expect it but I appreciate the military discount you gave me as well. As a former military member I can also appreciate the values this business incorporates . Don t change a thing! Awesome service and future returning customer for all my auto needs.Service: Oil change
