If you like making it home to your family, avoid this place.The owner does not want to own up to the damages his shop caused by not tightening the lug nuts.Since the beginning of this ordeal the owner Cesar has been looking for any and every excuse to get out of paying for the damages and now I have to have faith in our court systems.Be safe everyone.

Took my 16 yr old with his 1st car to get a set of new tires! This place monopolized on an opportunity to make money! Rather than sell us a set of new tires as stated, these crooks pretended to sell us a new set, and placed 4 retreaded tires on my son car instead, measured at Firestone at 7/32 2hours later. When we called back to speak to George or Nick, no response both times. Thank goodness I used a credit card, disputed the charges, and had everything documented. C&C Tires will end up out of business fast as result of their shady practices! The consequences of doing ugly business, is it ll come back to haunt you! BUYERS BE WARNED

Unfortunately went to a chain store that sells and services tires, two times in three weeks regarding low air in a tire. 2nd time they said it was repaired after a 2 & 1/2 hour wait with an appointment . Nope went flat 2 days later. I Went to C&C today where the gentleman diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem correctly and I paid and was out the door in 35 minutes. Thank you for your knowledge, honesty and a fair price!

I bought OEM Acura parts for my Acura MDX. They installed my brake pads, and two new rotors on the front. They did a great job. No complaints whatsoever. Only costed $250 labor! Dealership estimate was $855. For labor alone.

I called and the young lady answered told her what I was looking for went to check for my tire 245/55R19 this is a rare tire to find. Gave me price. I went over they took care of me really quick and I didn't even have to wait long. Definitely will be coming back wonderful staff inside office and the gentleman in the shop were very courteous and very polite and professionalism. Go visit they'll take care of you immediately. God bless you ALL and thank you for being. I would give them a 10 Star but a hi 5

Honest old school mechanic shop with decent prices and advice! If your car is having problems this is the place to go to! No bs upselling, straight to the point and will give you the best rates on where to find parts and will install them! I've been going to this place for years and these guys know what they're talking about! Would rate 6/5!

Been here a few times and they always take good care of me. Got me a good deal on 1 used tire i needed last week for my Trailblazer and patched up a tire quickly today on my wifes Charger. Good people and fast service. They were busy and got me out of there within 30 mins.

Very friendly, fast service and prices are reasonable. Went to get my brakes fix and I was back on the road in no time. Definitely will be doing more business with them.

This is my goto spot for over 7 years. Every time I get a hole/need a patch its super quick. Service is friendly. Since all the air pumps in the area always seem to be broken and/or raising prices, I usually go here just to air them up...its free of charge, but you should tip!

Good prices; great customer service! Cesar goes above and beyond to explain every detail of the job at hand. He gave me several ideas on how to make my truck look good, but also how to save money on doing that. I was just in for estimates today and he gave me everything I needed to make decisions to lift and add wheels/tires. I'll be back as very few places treat customers this good!

Went there to get my tires rotated and balanced. The tech said $18.50 so I agreed. When I went to pay the woman inside said $60. I said that s too much and she just said to pay. I went outside to the tech and asked him how much and he said $50. I paid the $50 and will never go there again. I was told 3 different prices! Your tech NEVER said $18.50 per tire. I NEVER agreed to $18.50 per tire so don t even try putting words in my mouth! I asked how much to have my tires rotated and he said $18.50. If he had said $18.50 per tire I would have gone someplace else. You will NEVER get my business again!

I called the Schertz location looking for 4 good used tires, the person I talked to told me he had a set of 4 like new tires at their New Braunfels location and quoted me $480 total. I called the New Braunfels location several times to verify and confirm, but no one ever answered the phone. I decided to drive out there, when I arrived I told one of the guys about the quote that was given to me for the tires, he refused to honor the price that was given to me and said it was not enough and he would.need at least $650. I tried several times to call the Schertz location to let them know what was going on but again no one answered so I decided to leave. To top it off the tires were not even close to like new condition, this was a complete waste of my time and gas. Will never do business with these people again!

Friendly service when I come here. Last time I came the guys had to struggle with a damaged lugnut on one of my tires. I kept watching them switch tools and different people would try. I worried they might give up on me but they didn't. They also kept me informed of what was happening. I was grateful for their efforts and diligence to get it done.

I went once to have a hole patched and after that experience it is the only shop I go to. They have mounted and balanced two sets of tires for me. The price is right but the service is what I go for. Great people that do a great job.

Outstanding repair shop. Super fast and efficient service. They have repaired several tire punctures for me. Never a wait. In and out in 10 minutes. Recently they replaced the exhaust system on an old Jeep. Work was quick and very well done. Highly recommend.

Definitely would not recommend! Called in before arrival and was quoted $30 to put on my two rear tires I had purchased and balance them. When I arrived the guy tried to say he couldn t do it because they were about to close, when I arrived at 4:45pm and they closed at 6:00pm! I informed him I called and the lady told me I could come. The younger guy then went on to say I needed to turn off my air bags so they wouldn t explode, something I ve never heard in my life. I told him there was no such thing and he replied if anything happens it s my responsibility! While changing my tire the older guy came over and tried to say my truck would be $50 instead of $30 after I was quoted that on the phone. When I responded I was quoted $30, he then went on to say I would have to pay $5 per tire for my old tire disposal which was not stated over the phone. Once the truck was finished I was instructed to pay the lady who I spoke to on the phone at the window and she tried to charge me $50! When I responded she quoted me $30 over the phone she stated, you can take your old tires then . I told her the old guy quoted $5 per tire so which makes $10 so where did she get $50? Then her and the young guy started speaking Spanish. Then she said ok $40, I gave her a $50 bill and she told me thank you and just stood there. I told her you said $40 so where is my change? The audacity. If they wanted the tip that bad they could ve had good customer service skills and easily got the $10 they were seeking. Never seen anything like it. Very disappointing.

I have been here about a half a dozen times and always received excellent service until this last visit. They did my rims/car a great deal of damage. It must be the new crew because I never had this problem before. I talked with the owner Cesar, and he made things right. Better service than other places. I usually watch them do the work and this time I didn't, but I should have. It is important to be a good consumer.

The staff is amazing!! Especially, the guy who sweeps up and cuts the tires. I asked him a question about my tires and he answered quickly and was very knowledgeable. He seemed like he was a part of management. Good hire!

Do not bring your vehicle here if you want parts of your rims missing. Shop wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake when confronted about it. I understand mistakes/accidents happen and if that had been the case with the missing parts the mechanic/shop should always be honest with their customers and apologize. I will not be coming back to this shop or recommending them to anyone. They lack honesty and respect.

I've only used C&C Tire Shop for there tire service so not sure about their other services. I've used them 5 or 6 times to fix nails/screws in my tires. They have always been fast and always done a good job. Today I was maybe 6 in line when I pulled in and it took them 15 minutes to get my tire patched and me out the door. Ten dollars is the rate that I paid.

Very patient, trustworthy and profressional! The Customer Service is above reproach. Eloy, C&C Manager went beyond to offer me a great deal.Only critical remark i have is their facilty's color scheme is a bit dark and drab. Suggest a brighter color scheme inside and out to enhance their workcenter.

YOU WILL NOT FIND TIRES CHEAPER ANY WHERE ELSE. We have been coming here for years. ALL of our vehicles get tires from this place. Walmart mechanic recommended them. The tires are great and have never failed us. Great price and service and friendly helpful employees.

THEY MAKE UP PRICES! Brought our tow trailer to get a flat tire fixed, the tire was not in the trailer, we brought it in they fixed it, they didn t take it off the trailer nor put it on the trailer- take guy told us $10; went to pay inside and the lady said the cost is $20; we told her the gentleman outside said $10 and then she told us $15.So I guess the price is based on what you re driving and as supposed to what is getting done. WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND!

Not bad in price. The place looks like what you'll get. The employees tend to talk about you if they are confident you don't understand them. So if you're bilingual in Spanish and English good for you. Besides the work on the car it's hard to say whether you can trust the guys here or not the last 3 times I been here they tell me different things. One guy is not why about making fun of you or anyone you bring with you so wear your big boy pants when you go. It's small with no parking so if they have cars taking up the slots you will have to park off the side and wait and hope no one pulls up in front of you as there are no appointments and you will have a first come first serve treatment.

I always go this when I need a new tire or patch. I m pretty sure the service is based on who you get because I ve been by a few times and I guess because they assume I don t know much try to make it seem like they don t have a used tire in my size and tries to show me a brand new tire then once I turn them down they magically appear with a used tire in my size. But so far I ve never had a problem with them nor their services. This is always my first choice for my tires.

Great and fast service came in with a bolt in my tire I picked up on 3009 they had me back on the road on 15 minutes very helpful and friendly
