FANTASTIC service. Super fair pricing. Appointment at 3:30 (I was 10 minutes late!) they had my car inspected with an estimate in 30 minutes or less. Needed new rotors and brake pads, they changed my oil, AND patched a tire (not a normal service they offer), was all done in less than an hour and a half. I know less than nothing about cars and I wasn t talked down to, they didn t OVER explain anything, and I feel confident no over charging or upselling was done. 10/10 service all the way around. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will take my car back for any future services needed.

Daniel R. was just super nice, we brought in a '98 Ford Ranger we bought for $400 that had some transmission and operating challenges we needed him to understand just to get it in the garage to do a front end alignment. The App kept us informed after we did the drop-off ensuring he was able to drive the vehicle in. Within the hour as promised we were able to pick up the vehicle. Daniel R. then went over the various options we have on a warranty so we could make a good decision. After checking out we actually hung out for a bit joking about the Ranger and vehicles in general. Great guy, great company!

Absolutely AMAZING customer service. Heard a sound while heading out of town and they checked everything out. Turns out it was a wheel bearing and they allowed me to see everything and explained it all to, we stopped by at 5:35 feeling awful cuz it was close to closing . They were awesome!!

The crew there was just straight awesome!!! I didn t have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in for some break work and an oil change. They knocked both services in less then an hour and had me on my way. Very friendly and customer service was great. I highly recommend.

Dropped off my car around 9 and didn t have appointment, by noon they sent me an update followed by a phone call. Once I told them what I wanted done they text a few hours later and my car was ready. Very friendly associates and very happy with the work.

Our family recently had an unexpected issue that required a strut replacement of work that had been replaced previously by Brake Check. Luckily, it was under warranty still so the parts were covered. The explanation of covered parts, services, pricing and timeline were clearly communicated. The work was completed in a timely manner. So, even with a Saturday afternoon drop off, our family was without the vehicle for less than 48 hours.

On the way home from a family vacation, I started experiencing a grinding on braking. Stopped by this brake check and was pleased to find no wait. They got my van right in, did an inspection, and took me around the van to walk me through everything without me asking.They were very clear and fair with the work that needed done (and that didn't need done) and got me back on the road with new front brakes and rotors very quickly. I'll definitely continue to be a brake check customer!

Daniel and his team were awesome! I took my jeep in to have both the front and back brakes replaced. They not only did the work in a couple of hours, there were no extra charges from the up front quote. Thank you so much for helping keep me safe.

My family and I were driving from Austin to Dripping Springs and my car popped an alert about a tire being under inflated. We thankfully saw the Brake Check store and pulled in for help. Funny enough the store hadn't even officially opened yet in that location but the team there were kind enough to take us in to fix our flat (for free) and were incredibly accommodating to our family.We'll definitely be coming back for routine services even though it's a bit out of the way from where we live.

The guys that work here are amazing!!! They really do help out alot. The savings on oil changes are great. The 6th oil change is free. They also fixed my power steering pump months ago. It's still running great. No problems with it. They told me I needed to replace my rack & pinion. So I fixed that later. I went in today for an oil change. 2nd oil change 50% off. Also, they fixed a bad bolt on the caliber. They also checked my brakes & said they are still doing good. So, I have peace of mind now. Worth the time & they really know what they are doing. I'm going to bring in my other vehicle later for a oil change, Alignment, & shocks. Recommend doing business with them. After all I am a none stop customer here. They know me! Since I bring in all my vehicles here. Lol it's also nice that they have history of my last visit with them. I honestly can't say enough about the great service they keep giving me on all my vehicles.

Daniel was so kind and honest. I was never pressured into buying things that were not a necessity. When I told him I was in a rush he was so fast and efficient and had me on my way so quickly I was amazed! I will be taking my car to this shop from now on! Thanks again Daniel for going over and beyond my expectations y all are fantastic!

This dude who have ultimate patience of being integrating with deaf customer, shows me around and helped me understand that what is the problem of my brakes. Crystal clear and very affordable, handed good tip to this mechanic. Highly recommended for this place

Great customer service. Took my car with a weird tire related noise. Turned out to be a rock panel pice was rubbing on it. They checked it and were honest about it. Didn t charge me for it. It s definitely a place where I d take my car for service in the future.

Brake Check in Schertz got me in and out quickly, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I ended paying less than I had expected considering the condition of my brakes. The feeling of having a safe car to drive is priceless.

Brake Check in shertz, Texas is a good place to get your brakes done or an alignment. I had my rear brakes fail on me and took out my axle seal as well. They repaired both on short notice and it was done. Consequently, the axle seal failed again, I made an appointment. Do you have that done and they took care of it with no questions. I also also had them perform a friend of alignment, and everything is all good. Thx a million!!!

Let me tell you, I had been desperately seeking a shop to just replace my brake pads only. I called Brake Check in Schertz and they took me right in, they were so accommodating, so helpful and they took the time to show me what I needed. They took care of my car right away, when every other repair shop ignored my budget request and ignored what I know I needed. Brake Check got my business from now on! I'm even sending other people their way. Thank you!!!

I went into Brake Check with so much anxiety. My car was making a horrible noise and I was already assuming that I would be spending my whole check. Brandon reassured me and fully informed me about my issue. Ryan and Brandon got together and helped me and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I appreciate what they did for me.

These young men were very polite. Customer service is a big pluse in my book. They notify me what all needed to be replaced and updated. Hear me out on what kind of issues or difficulties that I was having with my vehicle. I know they may not have experience or knowledge for. I understand, Some people prob. Would cut me off and be like idk that's not my job. They took the time to listen and give suggestions what could be... and advise to get checked out. Very polite, knowledgeable, well trained, and sell skills.

Amazing service! I called in last minute before taking a trip to see if someone to take a look at my car and see what was wrong with it. Without hesitation, they were able to make the time to check it out. A week later I brought my car in to get it fixed, they were honest with me on pricing and what took top priority on getting fixed. I m extremely happy with the customer service and professionalism they showed from the very beginning. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back for future maintenance.
