Always a great experience here, especially with my mom who is hard of hearing. So when they tell her to turn on her lights, she turns on her windshield wipers. It's ridiculous, but funny. They are always patient and nice about it though. As long as you come in the morning it is also fast. Definitely recommend.

We are on vacation from out of state and needed an oil change so stopped in. They were are awesome! They were so nice and quickly changed the oil as well as joking and chatting with us. Definitely would go back if I were a local!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Montgomery and his team are great. Had a late model Mercedes and went in for an oil change but they were able to locate another issue that could have cost me a lot of money or done serious damage! Courteous and friendly wonderful team!!

Just bought a used car. The following morning there was a puff of smoke so I checked the oil dipstick and it looked like it was too full. Went to Bradzoil to confirm my thoughts which they did. Turns out it was over filled, they emptied some of the oil and toped it off to get the oil level just right. This was done at no charge. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so. I used to use Bradzoil all the time. They were always fairly quick and a local place to do business with. I found a larger chain that did full Mobile 1 full synthetic oil changes for $44. Bardzoil is more that TWICE as expensive! I pointed this out to one of the folks there and he just said "ya, they are cheaper." I asked if they could get a bit closer but he said "no." I really want to do business with a local small business and i do not mind paying more but NOT TWICE as much!!!!Service: Oil change

Great service. The mechanic was polite, gave me some good advice on my vehicle and didn't really try and up sell me. I felt like he told me what I needed and it was my choice to purchase or not. He was there to serve.

They are the best! Always super nice and helpful. Only place to go. I have to add to my review. I inherited my Dad's truck. One day when I started it the noise was unbelievable. When I would try to accelerate it sounded like it was going to blow up by the time I got to 20mph and it would sputter and not want to go any faster. I pulled into Bradzoil to see if they could find out what was going on. Indeed they did. Someone had sawed off my catalytic converter. This caused a few other issues to happen. Bradzoil took care of what they could then referred me to a mechanic who finished up the job. I highly recommend Bradzoil. They go above and beyond. Even if it's just an oil change, inspection or if you're not sure what the problem is. Thank you Bradzoil!!

Zero stars for this UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS, and RECKLESS business and it s staff.Had my oil change done here once previously, the staff at the time put my air filter in wrong. Came here a second time, the manager lee or associate manager lee did the oil change service.He was INCREDIBLY rude, very pushy with products, and after he gave me the bill it was someone else s paperwork with the wrong amount. This receipt had the FULL ADDRESS, NAME, and VEHICLE INFORMATION of the owner and he just carelessly handed it to me and let me ride off with it (I would trust that an actual professional would be paying attention to the PPI they re handling and where they distributed it). That being said, I never received the original copy of the receipt back either, so my personal information is out there floating around somewhere.It doesn t end there.The next day they sent one of the workers TO MY HOME ADDRESS asking for the receipt back and my credit card due to them charging me the wrong amount. I was FURIOUS. Are you guys that desperate for money that you sent someone to my house at 9 AM?I declined and told him I would come into the store later, which I did; and when I did, the same guy, associate manager lee did the corrections to the bill and had the audacity to SCOULD the staff who they sent to my house in front of other customers even though it was absolutely his wrong doing. He proceeded to say ugh.. millennials I tell you.. bro.. how unprofessional can you get..I was so stunned and angry, I called, spoke with the head manager.. Brian I think his name was, it seemed like he didn t care or even take seriously what I was saying, he just offered me a discount on the NEXT service I did with them (which will be NEVER).I do NOT recommend this business, it s staff, and it s services.And to the guy that lee scolded, You didn t deserve that and I hope you find an establishment with supervisors who treat you better and with more respect.Service: Oil change

They are quick, efficient, respectful and trustworthy. I get my inspection and oil changes done here after trying several take 5 places. The staff are knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and great at answering questions if I have them.

I arrived at 8am for an oil change. It was easier than ever. I was directed into the bay and was able to stay in my car while the oil and other fluids were changed and checked. While one attendant changed the oil, another washed my windows and checked my tires. It cost me $80 + tax for synthetic oil. The attendant noticed my mileage and informed me that I really didnt need an oil change for another 3000 miles. I appreciated the honesty, and went ahead with the oil change.

I've been here a few times. Today they took me 10 minutes before closing for a radiator flush. Always great attitude, and very thorough in their work. I love not having to leave my cars all day for something simple.

The WORST coupon policy ever. Need your oil changed today? Full price for you! Your coupon wont be sent for 5-7 days. Just go to take 5 and get it quicker and pay less. Once this is fixed, I'll happily stop telling everyone I've ever met, not to go here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Can not give less than a 1 on review or you can't post a review. I give a - 10. My wife took her car for an oil change. They only had young kids working there. The person running the register charged my wife 94.00 but the bill was only 80.00. She then paid cash and waited 7 days to get her refund. They did not sticker the window and did not ask my wife to check the dip stick for oil level. ( my wife is not mechanically inclined by any stretch of the imagination). After the motor began to knock we took the car to the dealership and they showed my wife that it only had a Quart of oil in it. And now bradzoil does not want to accept responsibility. I am going to sue but in the mean time I will be out around 4000.00. So use this place at your own risk, they do not stand behind their work. Just like the young man that was not trained to run the register correctly, I doubt if the people doing the oil change were trained correctly.

I went for my car inspection. Their still taking precautions with the Covid. I'm liking how you can sit in your car while they do the inspection. As well as the oil change I had done awhile back. Thank you so much for today's service. I appreciate it.

My car began smoking and the transmission went out. I pulled over as quickly as I could and miraculously ended up in Bradzoil's parking lot. I jumped out of my car searching for a problem when a technician (Lee) came and asked if I was okay.He checked out my car, found the problem immediately, expressed my car was about to catch on fire and said they could help me. I was stranded with 3 little kids, and they welcomed me into their waiting area (which they are trying to keep clear with covid) and let me take refuge there. They even offered to give me a ride home if my kids were having a hard time waiting.They went above and beyond when it came to helping me. They got my car fixed, and rinsed at a fraction of the cost it would have been for me to call a tow and take it to the dealership. And even asked if I was military (which we are but was so frazzled I didn't even ask for the discount), and gave me an additional discount.They helped this stranded mama out and were so kind. They are so generous and honest, Im so glad I got stuck there. Thank You Bradzoil!

My family and I have been going to this location since before I could drive, I choose to go here because it s USUALLY very professional, honest, and quick service. Today however I went to get a simple inspection done, wasn t in a rush or anything. Waited about an hour to be helped and I understand that is due to Covid and other regulations set in place and I m all for that. However, the guy who started to help me, his name was Wayne instantly started off by talking down on me for choosing to have gotten my last oil change at Take 5 right down the way. I sat there and was basically verbally harassed by an EMPLOYEE for me, the CUSTOMER, choosing where to take their vehicle for an oil change. He further insisted that this is where my problems will come from. Now I m all for people having opinions but when you re harassing a customer about their preference on a location, I don t see how you re not thinking how rude you re being. My family and I have been going to this bradzoil location since before I can drive and today that was completely changed due to 1 individual by the name of Wayne. Everyone else at this location was friendly and even APOLOGIZED AND SAID TRY WORKING WITH HIM after seeing how he was going about handling a simple inspection. I have nothing bad to say about the store, the other employees, just the actions of 1 employee in general.

I have been going to this Bradzoil for all my oil changes, and inspections for all my vehicles for over 9 years. Today I went for an inspection so I could get my truck registered, there were guys dealing with customers who did not know what they were doing. People were complaining and to top it off when I went to pay for my inspection they gave my insurance card to the previous customer who had already left with all my information. The manager looked like this was unbelievable to his employee. They both went back into an office and the kid came out and all he said was sorry and went on to the next person. With the confusion in the shop, the manager operates a shop that needs upper management training I am done with this shop. I will be making a formal complaint to Bradzoil and notifying my insurance company someone now has my information.

Took my truck in for a full service 2 weeks ago.. While I was there I over heard the person draining my truck say there was a lot of oil down here. I wasn t sure at the time if he was referring to my vehicle. When I asked if they were talking about my vehicle the tech asked out loud was there any oil leaks and the person below my truck said no. 2 weeks later I have large oil stains all over my drive way. Oddly enough my mother in law went to the same service station and had the same experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR VEHICLE. AND WHEN CONFRONTED THEY ONLY OFFER APOLOGIES. CAN T REPAIR MY VEHICLE WITH THAT. TRUE RATING -5 stars

I always come here for my oil change. Very short wait and friendly staff. Went today for an inspection sticker but knew I was to late due to closing time. So I pull up just to ask the hours and the manager Edward Scales says "I'll go ahead a do your inspection. We still have 5 mins". Although we didn't pass inspection, I'm lucky I stopped. Edward found out I was missing 3 lug nuts on my front tire that the dealership forgot to put on. Thank you Edward for your attention to detail, and saving me from a potential accident.

I've been a customer of theirs for over 5 years I went there to get my car inspected in an oil change they told me I could not get my car inspected because I had a hole in my brake light So I ordered a replacement on Amazon took two weeks went back up there and was told it could not be inspected because i was missing a lugnut that has not been on my truck since i bought the truck 4 years ago...my last time going to Brads!! I do not live anywhere close to them but wanted to continue using them anyways but will not ever waste my time driving to their location.when i called to let the manager know he apologized and said sorry he missed the problem the first time i had comeso i went to one of those DUE NOW places and what do you know they passed itService: Oil change

After waiting on 9/24/21 in line for 45 min their computer system went down. Went back on 9/26/21 and was next in line for my inspection when a guy in an SUV cut in line. I brought the issue to the employee's attention and he still let the guy in. Then he wanted to fail my motorcycle inspection saying that my motorcycle horn was too loud. Made a comment about it being a train horn. Where would a mount a train horn on a Harley. Last time I patronize this business.

I've been taking my Ford to Ford since she was born 10 years ago. I went once to Bradzoil and never looked back. I now take all my cars there. They have always been honest and knowledgeable. The same employees have been there a long time which I think also says a lot.

They stripped the weld on my oil pan and tried to say it was a bad weld and not that they over torqued. The car is only 3 years old. Filled out a report and was told corporate would call to work things out but it's been weeks and no call and I doubt I'll get one. They also still made me pay for the oil change and refused any discount. My family and extended family used this location but now that will change. Headed to the BBB next.
