I travel the country for a living and this is actually the nastiest place. I ve been in a very long time. I understand they are remodeling their men s bathroom, but there is feces in all of the port John so I would highly recommend. Do not stop.

Total ripoff - the only sign you can see from the highway has Diesel and Gas pricing on it - Diesel was $3.69. Pull up to the pump - $4.69. Sign around the side of the business states that. $3.69 is for the big truck pumps - glad it was easy to get across the street to get it for $3.69.

Is really sad when they start making new rules now you got to walk all the way to the front entrance when you're getting diesel fuel for your truck in the rain because now they're closing the back door at 10:00 I really think that a lot of these places just like to inconvenience the driving because what is the concept of locking the back door because it's something bad is going to happen it don't matter what door they come through if they mind is made up to do something bad then their mind is made up but why inconvenience the drivers who spend the most money. now we got to walk around in the rain just to make other people feel comfortable. !!!!!!

This place has two prices posted for diesel.and lady was rude when was asked why . If I could give negative stars I would. These owners should be ashamed of themselves and that clerk and night needs to fired! No wonder they had zero business while stripes was steady business....

I am a regular customer at One Nine Fuel Network travel plazas and Pilot truck stops. Recently, I stopped at the One Nine Fuel Network in Santo, Texas, for the first time, during the night 8 pm. The experience had its positives and negatives.The staff at this location was notably friendly, and the facility was impressively clean and well-organized. However, my visit took an uncomfortable turn while browsing around their impressive selection of merchandise. I was interested in a pair of sunglasses, and when I asked the price, I was told it was $20, which seemed reasonable for a retail plaza.As I continued browsing, I picked up another pair of glasses and asked a different staff member about the price. He stated they were all $20. I decided not to make the purchase and put them back. It was at this point that the situation took a turn. The male staff member made a somewhat sarcastic comment, asking if I intended to buy any of the glasses. This comment, made in a sarcastic manner, made me uncomfortable.What added to my discomfort was that a few moments later, I noticed this same staff member whispering to the young female staff members, all who then began glancing at me. This behavior implied that he might have been discussing me, and it made me very uneasy. Consequently, I chose to leave the store.I am sharing this experience in the hope that corporate takes notice and considers providing additional training to employees on how to handle various customer situations professionally and respectfully. Additionally, I believe it's crucial for the pricing to be clearer and consistent, both on the signs and at the fuel island, to prevent potential confusion among customers. However, there was some confusion regarding the pricing.The large freeway sign displayed a price of $3.99, while the smaller sign indicated $4.59. At the fuel island for trucks, it was indeed $3.99, but it was unclear whether this rate applied to cars as well. This inconsistency could potentially lead to confusion among customers.

Expected regular convenience store prices, a sack of donuts, 24 oz Monster, 24oz body armor and mindy pie cost me almost $20 are you crazy? I will never stop here ever again and make my purchases elsewhere. The only reason for the second star is because they have clean restrooms and truck parking. Don t shop here if you re smart because there s a more affordable station on the other side of the highway

Don't normally read reviews of a gas station so I was caught off guard. Diesel price on the tall road sign sign says $3.49 gal but after fueling up noticed the pump price said $4.49. The clerk said when asked "that's for the diesel pumps in the back for the big rigs" Bad business practice and dishonest IMO

Stopped late one night. Regular unleaded was $3.19. Need premium unleaded. Was $4.69. I was too tired and too mad to go elsewhere. Most other stations are .50-.60 over. Will not be back.

This place just ripped off my 13 year old. He went to buy a muscle milk and the man told him 2 dollars and charged my card 5.40 ! Then refused to give the child a receipt! ... completely dishonest and disgusting. I sent him back in to get a refund immediately. I certainly hope they refund with no issues or I will be reporting this theft. Either way I will never give any business to these crooks again.

Many have complained that the advertised price of gas does not match what is on the pumps. Therefore, I skipped this location for refueling, but did stop to use the restroom. The convenience store has a rustic/frontier feel to it. The restrooms were a wreck with one of the urinals wrapped in plastic.

Their drinks and snacks are hardly ever priced and depending on the individual working, it's usually the owner, overcharges. I go to gas stations I know what items usually cost dude. Also pass on the fountain drinks and tea Thensubway is pretty good though.

Do not stop at this place. Bunch of trash working at the counter. They have over 200 1 star reviews. Overpriced and price gouging fuel. I asked about the price they have on the lit sign and the price at the pump. They got offensive and rude about it and refused to sell to me after that. Lol. Bunch of dope heads working. The lady without teeth working at subway is the worse. She came outside ready to swing at me just because I spoke mind about their price gouging.This store is a joke. Everyone needs to report these people to their superiors! If you look at their reviews, the complaints are all the same. I m calling shells cooperate to tell them about this. Everyone should do the same!

I never went inside but I noticed reviews at places the owners respond by apologizing, but here nothing. Like they don't care. Spend your money, complain, we charge what we want at will so leave seems to be the attitude here. Didn't go in but I'll bet their hindu as more places I see are becoming.

This gas station is using the old bait and switch. They're advertising $5.09 a gallon for diesel fuel. After I started pumping, I noticed the pump was marketed at $5.49. This didn't care for my complaint. They stated, "it is what it is". Don't stop here. These people are scammers

OmG this place is really overpriced. I'm glad this is the only time they're going to get me so if you pass by here I recommend not to go in the store. I'm adding a picture of my receipt so you can give yourself an idea of how much they charge for drinks and snacks.

I always enjoy going there. The staff is friendly, the station is always clean especially the restrooms. The food is hot and delicious. Plenty of parking. At the busiest times when the lines are long, you move through quickly. I seem to get better gas mileage with Shell. Best station in or out of town. The pumps are easy to get to also.

The one star rating is because the place is convenient . Restrooms are mediocre. Service is sadly lacking.Approached counter to pay. Clerks are chatting to each other. I asked if I might pay. Without a word she rang up my purchases, watched me insert my card and walked off. I called to her asking if we were through. She replied oh did you want a bag? When I said no, she turned away again. No greeting, no thank you, no receipt, no good bye.My visit this time was about 10 am, October 12, 2020. There are other options for snacks, etc.at that intersectionI won't be back.

The price on the big sign outside said diesel was $4.79 so we pulled in thinking that we would save some money on fuel but when we got to the pump to pay it was $5.50 not happy about the big price difference. Other than that it was a nice store

On road trip....This gas station is advertising $2.89 g if you pay cash for diesel. And still charged us $3.14 g mentioned to the service and he said it s the back pumps.... please explain to me where there is a sign to use back pumps for that price.

Don't stop for anything more than a bathroom break. This place is overpriced on everything and doesn't seem to like placing price tags on items for that very reason. Beef jerky was $20 a bag and the clerk joked about having a $50 bag on the shelf. Luckily the subway doesn't live up to the stations standard of price gouging.

The gas station was clean and orderly. I stopped to get a Joe of soup and Subway and was disappointed at the conversation I was listening about about non-compliance. These things should take place in the office not in the restaurant floor. I ate my soup and I am writing g this review and the group is still in there in the floor. May be these people like hearing themselves talk. Goodbye.

Seriously over priced left my stuff on the counter. Not paying 50% more than other places.Rude staff,Restrooms were ok.Staff standing by doors smokingGO ACROSS THE HIGHWAY TO THE STRIPS is my best advice.

Was there in a semi and got told to move out of my parking spot so trash truck could dump the trash i will never park there again
