We had a nice family reunion here. This is the second time we have had our reunion at this location. The facilities are great. Restrooms are nice and the room is very big. Nice TV. Wifi provided and we used for our karaoke contest. Plenty of room to hang out and visit. We have our reunions in October, so we don't use the pool, etc. The management is very nice.Rooms: Our cabin was so cute. It has everything you need. I wish I had one of their cabins in my backyard as a mother-in-law suite. The bed was super comfortable too.

Great dog friendly RV resort. Free site specific WiFi. Nice, clean bathhouses and laundry setup. Dog park and poop spots along the paths so everything was clean. The pool and hot tub were both nice although the water in the hot tub was low and cold and the pool had debris in it. We asked one of the guys in the golf cart to address it and he just brushed us off. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

We have stayed at Coffee Creek many times over the last 10 years. All our visits have been enjoyable. Stall has been very helpful. However, if you make a reservation and pay a deposit and have to cancel a week in advance, you will get no refund. Company policy. I have stayed at parks all across the US and never lost a deposit when cancelling for a valid reason a week in advance. Needless to say, I will find another park on the future.Walkability: The park is wide open.

Enjoyed 3-day holiday weekend at the park. Nice RV sites. No problems. Friendly, hospitable staff. Immaculate showers & restrooms. Generally a quiet RV park -- except for a little bit of noise from the nearby I-20 freeway traffic. Grass has little burs that we constantly had to pick out of our dog's fur. Reasonable likelihood that we'd camp here again sometime in the future.

I ve only been here for a few days, but I m already so happy I found this RV park!! I m on a nursing assignment and am living in my RV for the duration. This park has extremely reasonable monthly rates. The sites are huge with plenty of space in between them. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, clean and with such comfortable lounge chairs. The restrooms and laundry facilities are clean and in good working order; the washer & dryers look new. Theres an exercise room, a game room, a fishing hole, and a really nice playground for kids. The best part is how friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating the office staff is! I highly recommend Coffee Creek RV Park!

We loved this RV Resort! The spaces were large, super clean and lots of grass. The bathrooms and the laundry facility were amazing! I loved that the RV sites were set back from the road and private and set away from the highway. We enjoyed all the green spaces around the resort, too.We would come back and tell all of our friends to come here!

We had a good stay. The staff members were very nice! We had a great view of the woods. My only complaint is the dogs that were left outside barking continuously during quiet hours..very early and really late. My family and I had an overall good experience.

We stayed in our camper but there was cabins to rent. Very nice clean park, not far from anything you will need. Pet friendly. The staff where very sweet and helpful.Noteworthy details: Game room, workout room, pool, hot tub, laundry room

I got married here in 2021! And my whole extended family wants to go back! It was the perfect place for our small wedding with so many of our guests from out of town. We could hang out and actually visit! All the staff were super sweet. Such a special day AND wknd thanks to Coffee Creek and the crew there! Forever blessed by them

My husband, dog and I had a wonderful 3 month stay here. It was clean, quite and most people were friendly. The pool/hot tub were clean and open all winter. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings a lot. The facilities are newer and nice to use. There is a horse and cow farm next to campground. It never smells and they rarely make noise. They are enjoyable to watch during walks. We we're happy with our stay. The only downfall is it's at least 20 minutes from a nice larger town with stores.

Clean and cute cabins. Park is well maintained and quiet. Nice pool area and laundry facilities. Restrooms with walk in showers are very clean and spacious. So many wonderful staff members here! Thank you to each one of you for your kindness. Truly needed this quiet time away from the city. Fell asleep to frogs croaking in the ponds, woke to birds singing each morning. We will be back.

Really great clean park. Well spaced level sites, gravel pad with cement patio and grass between sites. FHU, cable TV. Verizon good. Wifi worked pretty well. Convenient to I-20 but very quiet. You can't see the RV sites from the highway (hwy 281). Bath houses and laundry buildings are very conveniently located and very clean. Meeting rooms for groups. Swimming pool and hot tub. Many really cute cabins in the wooded area along Coffee Creek. Very friendly staff. We would stay here again for sure.

The cabins were nice and met my family's needs. Staff were nice as well. I was not sure what to expect as not much information as far as amenities were provided on their website. It would have been nice if their website was more informative and organized. The cabin we had included a bed and pull-out couch, bedding, a shower with towels and wash clothes for 4, eating utilities/cups, fridge/oven/microwave/coffee pot, table with four bar stools, tv, and a nice view. RV spots could use some work but are pull through. We will be back next year.

Quiet, safe,pretty location and well laid out. We stayed 2 days just to rest and refresh after a long, hard day of driving. Nice staff. We didn't use the shower,rest rooms as we are self contained but the areas we did go were neat, clean, and properly cared for. I don't understand why someone would want to "trash" this park. I would stay here again for sure

Beautiful park. Probably one of the best ones we have been in. Clean spacious sites. Plenty of room around each spot. But it's so far off the beaten path if you are only going to be there a couple of nights. You will want to stay longer.

**we've been back since our 1st visit. The kid park has all New equipment **Nice RV park with pull through sites. Dog park was nice and clean the grass was nice and short it has a good fence to keep the dogs in. Plenty of clean restrooms. The kids park needs repair and updated equipment. Workers where real friendly

An excellent RV park only a short distance off I-20. Transient spots are roomy, level and nicely landscaped with grass between the sites. Hookups are convenient and work without problem. Park is well kept. Has a number of different buildings that house laundry, restrooms and meeting spaces. Pool and hot tub are clean and well kept. Easy access to sites, no overhanging trees or encumbrances to catch you on tight turns. Will definitely stay here again.

We are brand new to RV camping, and decided to meet some fellow newbies at Coffee Creek. This was the second time ever to use our RVs for both couples. The pull-throughs were very nice, the bath houses and pool nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. On a different review we read, it said that all sites have a picnic table. I think he meant to say NOT all sites have picnic tables instead of "Note all sites have picnic tables" because they were far and few between. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Gilbert Pecan Co, and also Natty Flats cute little town. It was an enjoyable weekend and we hope to be back soon!

We stayed at coffee creek for 2 months. They spaces are large and spacious. The park, bathrooms, and laundry rooms are some of the cleanest I've seen. The staff are always bustling around cleaning and maintaining the cabins and grounds. They are so friendky and willing to do whatever to help you. There is a bit of noise from the highway on still nights, but it is not bad at all. The park itself is very quiet, and the patrons are very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend this park to anyone.

We needed an overnight stay and pulled in to Coffee Creek after hours. We were able to fill out a form with payment information and choose one of the 3 available spots. The park is very nice and exceptionally clean. This was a very pleasant and restful stay.

Our 2nd family reunion here. Offers excellent facilities, rv hookups and adorable little cabins with front porches. Sheets and towels so soft. Rooms so clean and cool. A nice pool to cool off. Very convenient right off 281 and Interstate 20.

It is a great place for a night or two. About 7/10 of a mile off the interstate. Clean bathroom/shower facilities. Friendly check in. We built a fire and set out for a bit watching the cattle and horses in the field a across from our site. No problem leveling up the MH. Would stay again.

My husband and I camped here on Memorial Day weekend with our 2 year old son. We stayed in our pop up camper in spot #12. We arrived after 6pm on Friday night and the office was closed. We called the after hours number and were told to pick a spot from 1-12. We picked spot #12 since it was on the end of the row and had a nice large yard. Our site had a fire pit and we were told even though there was a burn ban we were allowed to have a camp fire as long as it wasn't windy. Unfortunately, it rained all 3 nights we were there so we didn't get our camp fire. The bath houses are the nicest I've ever seen in a RV park/camp ground. They are huge private baths that have the toilet, sink and shower in each room. They were large enough for the three of us in my family to use it together. That's a very nice feature when you have a little one! The pool looks just like the photos. It's super clean and well maintained. They only had one fishing hole due to the drought but it still had water and fish in it. My husband spent one whole day there catching and releasing fish. The owners are very friendly and seem to be willing to go out of their way to help you out, although we had no complaints or special needs. We liked it so much I think we will be going back next weekend!

We re full timers from Fl. but first time exploring in TX. This is the cleanest RV park we ve stayed. The bathroom, laundry room are really clean. I highly recommend this place.

This is a awsome place to stay. Not sure what some of the negative reviews are all about. We called ahead as we were needing a place to stay 1 night and it was going to be late. The lady said come on in and just pick a spot and settle in the morning. When paying for our night I asked if we could stay a couple extra hours and she was very accommodating and understanding. Very safe and I thought the grounds were very well maintained. Perfect spot to stop on the 20. This is a great stop! Thank you for hosting us for the night!
