Top of the line parts and excellent service#thekatandjakshow getz all their parts from here... wellll, uhhhhmmm, that iz of course when autozone ain't got what they needin' but thatz only cause Kat Daddy gets himself a likin fer that intelligent girl that wurks in the Santa Fe TX auto store_tha one in the zone.Yep, mhhhmmm that there girl got the smarts when it comes to knowin all things automotive

The employees here are mostly very knowledgeable about the products and services they provide and they can usually point you in a good direction if they don't know much about a certain product or issue you might have...

These guys were really helpful and friendly! Was working on my rig in the parking lot after dark and only had my phone for light and one of the employees, Kevin, was nice enough to give me a flashlight. Really nice guy and a good orielys

Always got what I need being in the automotive business. I like the ability to order parts and if they don't have them they will get the as soon as they can. Parts are reliable, it is a very nice environment, and helpful people are working to get you help to get you back to your project. They got my business for shore.

Very helpful employees answered all the questions I had. And offered to help me with my purchase to put it on my car. Which I politely declined I got a mechanic husband who is the only one who touches under my hood lol he would get jealous if I did. Jk but all in all great experience.

I was looking for a blade removal tool and y'all do have it he looks in the computer he didn't see it no I think you should put that on your in your store because people use that a lot all right that's it you good one star out of me

One of counter clerks, Matt, was very helpul in helping find the best price and quality in a new set of windshield wipers, this young man went as far as installing them for nothing extra...Good citizens do exist!

Staff is so knowledgeable about parts industry they don't need a computer to get you what you need and sell quality parts unlike the bigger chain stores. Best employees out of every parts house in this county.

Seems each time I come in here they care more about the phone ringing and the person on the other end, then the customer there at the store with products in their hands trying to spend money. Then if you are actually talking to a staff member another one will walk up and ask them a question in the middle of your conversation and the person you are talking to will stop and answer the other staff member. That is not good customer service. I think i will start going to Auto Zone down the road.
