Used to be good but new crew. Guy was very very rude. Didn't explain pricing and how it's triple what it was a year ago. Did everything in less than five minutes. Very untrustworthy demener. Stay away from this place!

they are very professional and very fast and they did the oil change in my truck less than 30 minutes and the price it was not too expensive. Thank you that guy who work in the customer service he is very nice

Edited to respond to the owners comment: We did call you the same day trying to get a better understanding. You didn t care then and we don t expect you to care now.First, it s important to mention that any reviews prior to about 3 years ago were under a completely different owner. Those I wish were still there. I see these new owners liking and commenting on old 5 star reviews they had nothing to do with.Now, on to the reason for this review. These people are absolutely incompetent! Same issue as other posters mentioned. I have been frequenting this business for years. I ve given the new owners more than enough chances and this was my final time. I came in for a routine inspection on a NEW vehicle that has been inspected by them the last 3 years. (The only ones to have ever inspected it!) Nothing on my vehicle has been altered since the day I drove it off the lot. Inspection failed for no good reason. I told them I ve never had a problem before and why wouldn t it have been addressed the first time I brought it here? They had no answer. Just said, hmmm, that s interesting . You are correct, that IS interesting. Do your job right the first time and 3 years later I wouldn t be making this review! Their attitude was very matter of fact and uncaring. Couldn t care less about the customer to hear what I had to say. I was not at all rude or disrespectful, just wanted understanding because I was a bit taken back to be told my newer vehicle didn t pass. They will never again receive anymore of my hard earned money from me, my family, or our business. Such a shame to see our small town slowly handed over to uncaring, money hungry, lazy individuals.On a side note, I took my vehicle to another place and it passed with no problem. I even mentioned the issue to them because I want to be sure I was in accordance with the law and they said it s perfectly legal. I am a rule follower and have NEVER had this problem with a vehicle ever! It s obviously poor incompetent workers at this location. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I was having trouble with my low tire warning system and the valve stem on my spare was pointing upward underneath my vehicle, I went to 2 different tire locations here in Santa Fe and nether one would help me. I have been repeat customer at both locations. I m disabled and this was a job I just couldn t tackle, after the two tire shops here in Santa Fe would not help me. I decided to try my luck with KWIK KAR MIKE S. They were glad to help me.. They dropped my spare tire, inspected it and me back on the road with my low tire system working!!!!

~ Update below original ~ORIGINAL:I stopped in for an inspection and oil change. They did a great job and did so quickly. Price?Everything is getting high in this age of non-inflation. But, they obviously do their best to keep it as reasonable as possible. All around good experience. And, most of all, I LOVE their audacity!UPDATE:Went in for an inspection today and found no familiar faces. Failed inspection on the same vehicle they've passed the last three years. No change in the vehicle. Just a change in personnel. Looks like they've become "That" place. Highly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I was very disappointed when I got home they did not vacuum, my windows were filthy, heavens know what else they didn't do and I said I was going on a trip. Not happy

Very friendly staff. They had to get a special oil filter for my car, so it took a tad bit longer than usual. They explained everything to me so I knew to expect the longer wait. It was still quick service. I appreciate their kindness and keeping me in "the know" about having to order a special filter.

Great staff always really nice and helpful! Waits times are not bad at all. Best time of day to go is usually early morning to early afternoon. Later on in the day they get packed. My experience with them used to be 5 stars. And, still would be. But, they told me this story about my car having an oil leak. They changed the oil. Did everything good it seemed. They are all nice people. Long story short. Went to my personal mechanic (who I just go to now) he told me not only does my vehicle not have a leak, they didn't put the proper amounts and my oil was .6 low. I have a 3.6 . Do the math I'm sure the mistake is fixable if the crew is talked to. Just pay attention to engine size when filling. Take care!!Service: Oil change

My #1 place to bring all my vehicles. The new owner is very helpful and his staff is very professional. They go over a beyond for their customers. Bonus is their prices are lower than most places. Highly recommend using this specific location (same name as others but all have different owners & prices).
