This place is amazing, upfront from the beginning, and very helpful.I couldn't fix my problem, but at least Shane helped me to see that my ecm was not the problem by checking it and letting me use one of his in my truck.Moving forward, I recommend this place for your needs, and I definitely will bring my Biz. To them.Integrity and honesty go a long way . Thxs

These people helped me out quickly and easily. I was a bit of pita since I was down chasing down my issue for almost a week. But got my ecm inspected and a new one back in 36hrs. Thank you.

My father in law in South America had his combine's computer die on him, down there the only option was the dealership part for over 10K dollars and 6 month backlog, the nice folks from Ignition King let me borrow one of their computers to bring over and waited for me over a month till I returned with the old part.We are eternally grateful as without that part he would have gone broke.Service: Electrical

These guys and girls not only provide the best customer service, they're also very serious about your truck parts. They are timely, respectful and professional. I have always had the best experiences with them apposed to the other guys, by far. I would recommend them to anyone with ECM issues and beyond. 5 stars well deserved.

I don't know about others, but Frank and the crew really did me a fantastic job. Took an 04 C15 Twin Turbo ECM. The first time it would not start, drove 3hrs to Ignition Kings fixed it that day. Drove another 3hrs back home, installed and it worked perfect. 9 months later, the ecm turned on my 3/4 jake solenoid while I was idling. Disconnect 3/4 jake solenoid wire and drove it home, ran perfect. Call Frank and he told me the possibilities, but by all means bring it in. Drove that 3hrs again, but this time I had to leave it. So you can imagine the drive time, but we'll worth it. Dropped it off on Friday, they call me on Tuesday telling me it was ready. I cannot speak for others, yet, I must say they really stood behind this warranty, with no charge to me. Picked it up, installed the ecm and it works great. If you want great service talk to Frank. However, it does help when you have a pleasant attitude with and toward others. And whether we admit it are not, we need each other to keep things rolling. They have my business and all who I can can convince to use Ignition Kings. Till the next time.

Called to see if they could fix or rebuild or replace my ecm. Dropped off unit on July 23, 9:00 a.m. said should be ready tomorrow July 24. On Friday Frank said he couldn't find anything however the power source and drivers need to rebuild I agreed to $895.Talked to Frank on he said it's put backed together however his tech was going to test on aFriends truck on Saturday and call me and I can pick ecm up.No call on Saturday. They are closed on the weekends. I advised them that my truck has been down all week and I needed the job done. So that is why they were going to make arrangements for Saturday. On Monday I called Frank he said he didn't know if tech had completed the test are not. I have a customer in this area so I dropped in to check on status of Ecm. He said they were just going to give ecm back to me. I am a Essential truck driver owner operator. However I run 2 other businesses. Waisted time and money traveling 100 plus miles for poor customer service. I told Frank all he had to do was just tell me it was going to take a little more time. However he said he should have just told me from the beginning they could not help me.

From the 1st time I had a Ecm repaired back in the day (early 2000's) till now, they are the same down to earth people. Very fair pricing. The last time I bought my DDECV in to be repaired but after testing it was fine and I had a different issue vs the Ecm. There was no charge for the testing....Thankful

Contacted ECM King because I needed my DDEC2 ecm checked out and the few companies I could reach gave me several different answers. Basically no bottom line price ! Actually got Frank the Texas ECM King manager on the line and even though the company has decided to stop working on the DDEC2, he said he would help me out and test the unit. I shipped it to them and within 3 days Frank had contacted me back and said the unit was tested and working properly plus told me what to check on the truck when installing. Just wanted to get it running again so I could sell it. Thanks Frank and the ECM King team for helping me out! Great to find some honest caring people these days!Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a ddec2 a few years back gave them my core that had a bad injector drive in it, installed the new one and it worked fine, well 3 months later my truck some one got under my truck and cut my wire harness and stole my ecm well had to start from scratch and go back to ignition king to buy another ecm well they said they only had on left and they didn't work on them anymore. Since i didn't have a core they told me they would sell me another for 900 , so im like that's a great deal so took it home and installed it and it had the same miss in it as my old ecm had in it called back of course the response was we dont work on the anymore click! Called back next response something is wrong with tje truck click! Got tired of the run around purchased another ecm for a different company plugged it in and worked fine. So be careful with this company they will paint your old core up make it look new and sell it back to you

I called to ask a simple question the lady heather was very rude, very fast and just pushed to get me off the phone. She would put me on hold mid sentence. They say they don t work on Volvo but in their phone they have a new VN series that would not have a Detroit series 60, it would have a d13 or isx and on the very rare occasion a d12. I have lots of extra work between the companies I work for and I will not be doing business with ECM king. In the middle of explaining the Volvo she just said no and hung up on me. I m very sorry for your customer service. You should take that Volvo down it s fale advertisement.

Sent down there to have ecm and idm check.they said nothing wrong ..sent it back only charged 25 for shipping.i call to double check the said nothing wrong ...well i check everything..replaced idm anyway ran perfect .first time using them never again cost me alot of time and money

If you want to repair the ecm one time take it to ignition king I waste time and money taking it to maverick electric in oates rd the first time....
