Had a truck in the Houston area. Unfortunately for us we needed a tow truck. Called Gass Automotive and the sent a driver out named Raymond. Great service at a great price. Towed us back to there repair shop and had us up and rolling in no time. Would highly recommend this company.

Don't take your motor home here. Took it in for an air break issue. 2 weeks later, I was told one of my tires blew a week earlier, while they were inflating it. While still at their shop, I ended up having to pay someone else to come to there lot to replace the blown tire that was less than 2 years old. While the other company was replacing the tire late at night, one of their tow truck driver threatened to tow the tire repair vehicle if they didn't move it immediately because it was in his way. Didn't get any repairs done by them. I won't get into the he said she said details. Just take your motor home somewhere else.

These folks are GREAT. On a scale of 1 - 10, they're a 12!We took our motor home to Gass for annual service. While there I mentioned an issue with steering vibration. They worked with us & the chassis manufacturer to troubleshoot it & come up with a repair plan. All repairs done in a timely manner & completed when promised. Thanks to all of the Gass staff!

The only exception to this review is the nice lady who helped me eventually get my excavator from them and pay the ridiculous amount $430.00 after driving 5hrs from north of Austin to get my stolen recovered equipment from them, then they charged me a additional 150 to move it 18' feet to my trailer and then couldn't get it loaded, I had to go across the street and get it on the trailer myself. The worst attitude,treatment, and lack of business professionalism I've seen in a while

I ve used Gass Towing several times and they are always awesome! Clint, Chris, Chuck, and Tommy always make getting the customer taken care of the priority. No matter what time of day you call, you can bet that they are going to be there quick. There are several competitors in the area, but Gass is the clear choice.

Watched one of their flat beds burn through a red light this morning on 1764 at a high rate of speed. Good thing the first car at the light was paying attention and slow rolled their turn so they wouldn t be t-boned. They got on 45 south so I guess that trip to Galveston was really really important.

My work vehicle was towed to this facility and will have engine work done on it. Everyone was very nice. However when my daughter's small truck needed repairs she called and asked for a quote. They informed her they would let her know a base price for the service. A week goes by and no call. I call and inform them we haven't heard from anyone yet. I stated the same information to the gentleman on the phone and he said he would get back with me. When I received a call back 10 min later I was informed they didn't work on small trucks. I asked why my daughter wasn't told that in the beginning and why it took a week to get that information after a second call. I got a sorry.

Very nice facility got inside was nice . My vehicle was towed there. Only issue was when it was towed they left the hazard lights on .so after paying $440 my battery was dead . I had someone there to jump me but another guy said I couldn't and then he wanted 20 dollars to jump start ot for me . Really come on whoever left the lights on them you want another 20 aftp jump it for me . Ruined that ok feeling I hadtjen the dude kept my my jumper cables

I used GASS for towing my class A RV. Jamie was prompt, clean and very professional. Nice guy too. I had a wonderful experience with GASS auto. Five Stars for Jamie and the company. Keep up the great work

Owner was very rude behind $40 inspection only because I didn't have cash and made a big deal out of it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take the equipment are vehicle there

We have a very high time demanding company. Any time our trucks are down not only does it cost our company money, it also costs our customers money. ANYTIME we have ever brought our trucks to Gass, they get us taken care of in a very timely manner. Everyone here is nice and professional. Before I worked for the company I do now, I was an otr driver. In this area it's hard to find a shop that will get you in and out in a timely manner. And have the problem fixed right. Trust me I looked! I finally found Gas Automotive and have been bringing my trucks here since then. Facility is clean, tons of room, their technicians know what they're doing, the ladies in the office have the answers to your questions and if not, they'll find out. And in my opinion, most importantly, the owner is hands on and will talk with you like your old friends. If your looking for a shop to bring your truck for Repairs, Road Calls, or Towing. I would definitely recommend Gas Automotive!

I found myself in the midst of evening rush needing tow assistance to my dealership in Clear Lake. I contacted the dealership and they immediately coordinated my pick-up with Gaas Automotive.Chris was the driver, and showed up in a timely fashion across town to help get my car situated. He was professional, personable, and made me feel at ease.His tow truck is the CLEANEST I have ever seen with the air condition blasting. There was antibacterial gel in plain view and readily available.We naturally sparked conversation which made the experience pleasant. Before I knew it, we were pulling into the service area at Infiniti.I would use this service again in a heartbeat, and share the contact information with family/friends/colleagues.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Total relaxation in this cozy ,friendly, beautiful place! The tacos are the bomb diggity , no doubt, its a guarantee that if you dine here , you will dine again and will always get the same great taste , !! The service is always top of the line, this is my favorite taco truck !

Was referred to them by another shop. They consistently kept me updated and were able to address other items found beyond what I brought it in for. Prices were competitive and they even helped me to return my truck home when the job was complete which was beyond my expectations. They are a very reputable business and I will use them again when needed.

DO NOT USE GASS! Overcharged my insurance for the tow. It was roughly $850 for 7 miles. Left my husband and I with 2 animals in the coach for close to 24 hours without offering us even so much as a bottle of water with nothing close to get food. After being in the lot all that night and the next day after the second full night in the coach with it still not being looked at and being properly diagnosed, I then had it towed to another service facility roughly 12 miles for $300. Thankfully, aware of the entire situation my insurance company has still agreed to consider our claim due to the treatment we received at GASS.I am happy to say GASS will not get the money. I believe I got the work I needed done for 1/3 of the cost it would have been here. Thankful to be on the road again shortly after a tearful insulting experience. There's much more I could explain but it's not worth any more of my time.

I've never been broken up with by a mechanic, so this was a first. This was after spending about 12k with Tommy. He's actually a pretty nice guy personally, but I would not trust his team to do motorcoach work. Everything we had fixed by them ended up having issues. Just paid another $2k for 5 fuses and a tow and he told me to go elsewhere when the tank he ordered came in as the wrong size. He wanted us to spend another $6k for a tank and then either welding work or fiberglass work. We have now found out that the tank was not even the main issue. He was nice enough to not charge us on the tank that didn't fit and he replace back to my old one, but it's just not a professional experience for a motorcoach. He makes too much on heavy diesel work to really care about the quality of work on motorcoaches. He only has the motorcoach repairs advertised because he has his guys work on his and his close friends. If you have a diesel work truck, probably a good experience. If you have a motorcoach, go elsewhere.

We had a difficult time trying to get our car out of impound from this place. The man we dealt with was very unprofessional; he was very rude, cussed at us on the phone numerous times, told us he would not even meet us at the impound yard unless we sent him photos of the $ needed to get the car. Never in my life have I had to send any business photos of the $ I'm paying them with. The guy also refused to allow me to get my driver's license out of the vehicle for two days until my in laws got involved and filed a complaint about how we were being treated. Eventually, we did get the car but it was such an ordeal.... I don't see how they stay in business with such poor customer relations.

Worst experience ever! Chuck assisted us while at Gass Towing. He was completely unprofessional and even yelled at me while I was there. When I told him that I was going to leave a google review, he then threatened to respond by telling the world the reason my friends car was towed in the first place. Extremely unprofessional! They know they have you over the barrel Bc your car is in their yard. They are rude and have a power trip bc they have the keys to the gate. I traveled there from 4 hrs away to see my truck, had the proper state sponsored paperwork and they wouldn t as much as let me look at my truck in their yard. Thanks for the customer service guys. I ll make sure that none of my trucks ever land in your yard again.

Few places specialize in the repair of big trucks, and I finally found one near me that I can trust and know that my truck will be safe and secure. Gass Automotive did extensive repairs to my 2007 Freightliner while performing a thorough inspection. I have visited the shop three times and will only use them for my future towing and repair needs.Service: Special vehicle towing

D(and Supervisor) Rude and distasteful customer service. Ordered a tow..first tow canceled... Second one came nine hours to arrive.. thn was told by driver tht I couldn't ride with my vehicle due to COVIN-19. Lyfe and Uber even lets you ride as long as your wearing a mask.. drive got upset with me asking an drove off leaving me stranded.with supervisors approval...

Wonderful service came on time I couldn't complain about anything had a wrecker come out for League City Towing they said they couldn't get the car out of the parking lot then call gass they came through and got my car and towed it to the house right where I asked. no problems at all we always use their service and Charlie is a great guy came through try to help us with our car to start it before even leaving very thankful for himService: Car towing

Simply put, Whittington Auto Wrecker is efficient, reliable, and friendly in a stressful auto moment. I needed my car towed from my apartment to an auto dealership, and Will showed up, no questions asked. He got my car hitched quickly, made friendly conversation with me the whole time, and did everything he could to de-escalate a stressful situation. I was especially impressed with how quickly Whittington responded to my request for a tow--ten minutes after my phone call, he was there. I highly recommend Whittington for a friendly, efficient tow experience.

This place is a sham. They will charge you 800 dollars for 300 dollars worth of crap repairs. Not to mention call you and harass you at your place of work everyday.Asked for tommy to call me with a price before doing the repairs he never did he just did the repairs charged me 800 bucks and threatened a mechanics lein.Never let them near your car or your wallet. Horrible customer service. It's the holidays and they are straight robbing their customers.

Bad Experience and Bad attitude. Tommy acts as if he is being put out then over charges you by 100% for what he has done. His help Jon is rude too. This place needs to learn some manners. Crappy attitudes equals crappy business. I will never set foot in this place again.

Top notch diesel repair ship. Randy is an excellent mechanic and got me back on the road when I was dead on the side of highway 45. Now that's service that you never see anymore.

They don't value their customers. COVID-19 is their excuse to not allow you to ride alone with your vehicle with mask. Don't spend your money on expensive toes to be left behind.
