Had a blowout on 45 right by the Dog Track and the jack in my car wouldn t lift it enough to change myself.Called Big Boys #3 on the advice of the Shell station attendant. Although he didn t have a mobile rig, they came out, pulled the tire off, took it AND the spare (which was flat) back to the shop and came back with a good tire mounted to my rim as well as a ready-to-go spare. I was able to finish the rest of the commute home without any issue at all.Incredibly friendly and helpful. Very fair price considering the tire replacement and roadside service. If I run into anymore tire issues while in the area, this will hands down be the first place I go.Great job Big Boys #3 and Thank You again!

I would give them a -5 if i could. This used to be my go to tire shop but they also claim they do mechanical work on the side. Trust me when I say DO NOT GET ANY MECHANICAL WORK DONE HERE! Stay far away from them. Tires well let's just say I will never do business with them again even as far as tires because of how bad of condition my car was returned to me after they tore it up. My car sat with this shop for 3 weeks charged me $800.00 to replace my clutch kit and my car was returned in non drivable condition and my check engine light on. Very very crooked place stay far away from them. The owner doesn't care one bit. I will provide before and after pictures so you can see for yourself. I asked BJ what happened to my car and all he could say was he didn't know...it must have happened at the shop. No offer for replacing the grill or helping fix what they broke. He didn't even put the drivers side cv axle in correctly and didn't bother to tell me that the passenger cv axle was broken. Smh it was definitely my last time I will ever go there for anything. They lost a long time customer over this and the word has been spreading fast from me.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR MAINTENANCE!!!! I brought my car here and have been a faithful customer to these people. I came in to have an oil leak fixed (my car was running just fine before the fix) once I picked it up, it failed on me. I have called numerous times for them to take another look at it and have been given the runaround, they dodge my calls and completely lie. I m a single mom with just one vehicle now, I have no working vehicle. Thanks a lot big boys. Don t bring your car here to get it fixed because they obviously don t know what they are doing, willing to screw you over for your money, and not answer your calls.

Have been using this tire service for 12+yrs. Great prices with honest people that have the experience and advice any customer will appreciate. I now live in Freeport and drive all the way her to get my tires. Thank you for the great service.

These are really great people. They have worked with me replacing my truck tires and doing my brakes at prices in can afford. I only get 1000 a month to live on and they always work with me.

They are always great, they mounted and balanced 2 tires I had bought on a website. Even put in the new TPMS sensors for them. Great service and great prices.

Employees here are extremely rude. If they can t even handle basic communication, I wouldn t trust them to handle anything more than a basic inspection. Have been coming here for years, but unnecessary rudeness means no more. Owner clearly doesn t care either as he brushed it off and just straight up ignored me after I told him. Imagine doing some major work here and having problems and this is how the owner would treat a customer. Go at your own risk.

My experience with this shop was my first and will sadly be my only experience with them. I drove over an hour away from my home to there shop to buy 2 tires that I had been looking for. I paid $70 for the 2 tires which was a great deal and then he said that it was $40 if I wanted them to install them so I paid that as well, normally when one pays to have tires installed they normally balance them during the install which they didn't so as soon as I left my truck was shaking all over the road so I went straight back because I had an hour drive home and couldn't go over 40 mph being the tires they put on were on the front. So I went back and I personally swapped them to the rear which made it a little bit better I was going to go back but they were closing already. I finally made it home after having to only drive 60mph otherwise my truck was all over the road. The next day I went to 3 local tire shops finally finding one that was able to get the balanced as good as they could be they said the tires were badly out of round and we're bad tires. I msgd the guy that I had dealt with at big boys and he pretty much laughed me off going as far as " " my msg saying that he's glad I feel that way. When all I said to him was I felt he shouldn't be selling tires to customers when there's no way they didn't know those 2 tires were bad. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I'd like my money back but I'm not driving 2 more hours round trip to go back out there if he's going to act like a child.

After a really horrible day, this company was so helpful! I literally brought my tire, went to use the restroom and by the time I came out the tire was ready to go! The staff is really sweet and attentive, and the tire was half price from what I was going to pay anywhere else! I recommend this business for anyone with a tire issue! Definitely will use them again

The shop damaged one of my alloy rims and tried to hide it from me. When I discovered the damage the shop guy said he had to use a pry bar and it caused the damage. When I involved the manager she informed me that this happens a lot with their equipment. The shop has a disclaimer against any rim damage so I have to get it repaired myself. The shop looks like something out of a 3rd world country. nasty and disorganized. If you have a nice car with great rims don't ...take it here!!!. They should only do work trucks and trailers. Beware shops that post "Not responsible for rim damage" and lies to customers.

They are super helpful when I wanted to apply with Snap finance and made sure everything was good before letting me go. I got 4 rims and tires and even took split payments between card, cash and the financing to make it work.

This is my go to tire shop! They have always been super helpful, honest and always have great customer service! They are also really fast! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes when I was getting a new tire!

Big Boys Tires #3 is awesome!! Service was great,very quick and super friendly. They also have really good and fair prices. I found myself in a situation and wasn't able to get to the shop until a little after closing time, they waited for me znd still got my tires fixed up for me. Great place of business and wonderful people. Thank you so much Big Boys!!

Went by big boys tires #3 on February 10 2023 got there at 7:50 they open at 8 had 4 tires that needed to be mounted and balancedThey didn t balance the rear 2 didn t put in water to see if they had any leakes leave there around 9:20 head to work never had a chance to go over 60 mph get off work and get on the highway truck shakes horribal after 60 mph took to another shop this morning February 11 to had them all rebalance and none of them were balanced right all of them were way off and it drives perfect had to spend another 60 bucks beacuase they couldn t do it right the first time

Great service at a fantastic price. The employees are super nice and very informative. I told the lady on the phone what I needed. We brought the vehicle in the next day and drove out with 4 used tires in superb condition at a price far below anywhere else. I definitely recommend Big Boy Tires #3.

Went to 3 different commercial tire shops. Had a wheel balanced. Still had the same problem. Went here and within 10 minutes they found out the tire was full of fix a flat causing the shaking. Great service. Finally fixed problem

Stephen made me one heck of a deal on some Firestone tires. I was in and out in short order. I'm very satisfied and they have made a loyal customer out of me now. Cleanest tire shop I have ever seen and everybody working there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the wares they sell. All in all a very pleasurable experience thanks guys!

Hell Yeah Brother!!These guys are WAY more competent than those discount guys. They got my tires installed and balanced better... or should I say THE RIGHT WAY in one go. They cost a lot better too!

I went in. Was greeted by nice people. Told them what I wanted. Then changed my mind on tire size. They put up old tires and got the new ones. Never saying anything other than "no problem". Felt bad because those tires weren't light. Didn't have my key lug. They removed the key lug with no issues and sold me replacements right there. It was a fantastic exp. Also I had 30 min total time here. Blows discount out of the water. Highly recommend these people.

Dropped my nephews off at the elementary school across the street and had another parent tell me I had a flat tire. Tried to go to the gas station next door only to see the air machine was broken. I pulled in and asked if they could help. They stopped what they were doing, turned on the compressor and patched a hole from a nail in the 35 degree weather, all while I got to stay in the warm car. They were all super nice and didn t act put out because I showed up unannounced. I appreciate their quick help and great customer service!

I wish I could properly express how grateful I am to these people. They have hooked us up on multiple occasions and they are quick and affordable.Plus...THEY DO MORE THAN JUST YOUR TIRES!I had gone to a different place for different work, and then suddenly I was told I needed to spend over $700 on new tie rods in addition to other services I needed.... well I went to Big Boys cause I needed new tires too, and they were able to figure out what was wrong with my car and it was NOT my tie rods. It was my control arms. They fixed it for LESS than the other guy, AND I got my new tires, and some friendly conversation to boot. My car has been driving better than ever for several months now.These people are HONEST and they have EXCELLENT customer service.They will have my business for as long as I'm in Santa Fe. Love them to death.

Really great people! I work a very busy schedule and they did everything they could to accommodate me, including meeting me after hours to put my tire on because I was running short on time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their tires replaced

I took my car here to get a nail hole in a tire patched. The service was very affordable, and on top of that, the people running the place were super friendly and nice! 100% recommend them!

There are used tire stores everywhere these days. I've been to several in the area. Big Boys is one of the only places in the area where I don't have a struggle to communicate. They also seem to have some better quality of used tires that cost maybe 5% more than other places, but they last longer and don't fall apart after a few months. Service is good, fast, and courteous.

Steven and his wife are the foundation of this place. They have excellent customer service and work ethic. Instead of hiring they should just clone themselves... pleased customer... And yes Steven it "rides like a Cadillac" lol

So terrible I spent $70 for a tire Saturday Oct 12 and didn't put it on till the next day. When I woke up this morning to go to work it was completely flat I call them and told them that said they would Exchange it and when I went up there after work all they did was plug it up. And i ask the guy if that's all they gonna do and not exchange and he said use tires has holes in them. So I pretty much bought a tire that has holes in it from them. I will never return to this place or even recommend anyone to them.
