Was on our way to a wedding and our car started acting up. Saw this shop on the way and stopped, we were able to get in within seconds and do a battery check. They freely cleaned our battery put sealant on again and we were on our way within minutes! Great service!!

Best oil change experience I have ever had!! Super friendly and fast! I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will recommend all my family and friends to go to the Sanger location.

My family has been coming to Kwik Kar for several years. The service is quick, and the customer service is always wonderful. Very friendly group. And my boxer gives her whole-hearted approval, as well!

Awful experience! I received an oil change and the gift of my skip plate flying off from underneath my car 6 days later. Michael informed me it s not their fault..parts wear down over time. Really? 6 days after the oil change that particular part (THE part unscrewed by your technician for the oil change) just happened to wear away. I was dismissed and told there is nothing they can do. Do not take your vehicle to this place! They are inept, rude, and do not care about reaching a resolution to resolve concerns.

I have always had a great experience with this location. My dealership stripped the oil drain plug and when I brought the vehicle in here for the first time, not knowing how badly it was damaged. The tech made it his mission to get it removed and replaced it at no cost to me. I offered to pay for the new drain plug, but they didn't change me.

Sanger staff helpful & friendly. Don t understand why home office requires customers to enter the same personal information each visit.. have filled out the same form 5 times computer age should make customer visit easier.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I would leave zero stars if I could. I have been bringing 5 (FIVE! ) cars to these folks for oil changes and inspections for over ten years. Something has changed. Never had a problem and now they appear useless. Just got an inspection and apparently they are having trouble with their computers so it didn t got through to the state . I can t pay it on line. Their solution? Take the sheet into the county tax office and pay it there. That s a half day at least! Last few times they wanted to replace light bulbs that were actually working? And filters that I had just replaced. I will never in my life step foot in this establishment again. I would strongly advise folks not to go here if you want to avoid this kind of nonsense. I don t know what has recently changed, but it needs to change back if they are going to survive as a business.

Went into today for inspection and the people were very friendly and professional. I have been going there for a few years but the girl that met me today was very professional with a smile! Told me bye and to have a great day. The guy that checked me out was very personal also. I will be going back!

As a woman, I HATE getting an oil change, but Kwik Kar Sanger makes the process so much more enjoyable. They are always kind and there is NO pressure or upsell happening. 100% recommend

These gentlemen are always so quick to help and so kind and courteous. This past weekend I couldn t get the cap off to change my low beam headlight. I drove up there and they changed it for me for free! Love this place!

Kwik kar did an awesome job and they were fast. I want to keep shopping local when I can but, the price of an oil change is getting a little expensive . I will try to stay local as long as I can afford it.

We called to see if open and no line for oil change and inspection ! We got there and no line! Probably less or about 10 minutes and we were done!Prices are a little high but not many options around here.

Car broke down on the highway. Was able to limp it to the kwik kar in Sanger, TX. They figured out the problem and had me on my way in 15 minutes! Really appreciate the great customer service and care for our vehicle.

I have used them for all of my oil changes and related maintenance for more than 20 years. I have never had a bad experience with them. Every person who works there is polite, friendly and helpful. They are honest and competent -- a nice combination ,I think
