After being frustrated with increasing prices and decreasing customer service at other quick oil change businesses, I decided to give Gentle s a try. Little did I know how much I was missing by not supporting this local mechanic shop from square one.Took my 2020 Toyota Corolla in for an oil change. After a few minutes, the owner came and told me that he didn t have the proper oil filter for my car. He said he had one that might work, but he didn t want to potentially damage my vehicle.At that moment I was sold .Gentle s would always get my business .a mechanic who is an honest, fair priced, locally owned business. While they can t service my Corolla, fortunately they are able to service our Sienna van. Service is always quick, fair priced, and high quality.What s even better is that they are located directly across from the library and city park, so we always take our kids with us for oil changes so they can get get some out-of-the-house fun while the van gets services.If you have been on the fence about Gentle s, take the leap and support this fantastic local business. You. Will. Not. Be. Disappointed.

Exceptional Service at Gentle's Oil & TiresI recently visited Gentle's Oil & Tires for an oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making my short wait enjoyable. The technicians worked efficiently, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in top-notch condition. Gentle and his son saved my life today. I visited Kwik Kar in Sanger yesterday where they tried to charge me $115 for a basic oil change. I was told they didn t touch my car before I changed my mind (which was a lie). Gentle informed me my oil cap was missing and that my filter was punctured. I can t say enough about how incredibly grateful I am for The Gentle men who are genuine, truly caring and very punctual. God only knows what would have happened to me this morning if I didn t make it to them first thing, I showed up at 8:04am and they took my keys right away and got me on the road at 8:20am! Best place in town and I won t ever make the mistake of going somewhere else again!

Awesome service one the cheapest and best oil changes only cost be 56 dollars for a full synthetic oil changes the owner is very helpful and nice highly recommended

Randy and Michael are great! Always my go to go get tires mounted or patched for the last several years. They have done dozens of tires for me and I have never had an issue. I look forward to great conversation as well.

Hours:M-F 8a-6pSat 8a-10a (2 hours)Sun ClosedBest guy to go to for both oil and tire. I make sure to get my oil changed here . He has given me a good deal on good tires with honest advice about them. As another said, there is no need to haggle; the prices are very fair and he does a better job than any Kwik Kar I've been to or have heard about. I recommend him for anything that he does!He'll recommend honest guys like him if there's anything his shop doesn't do such as fix oil leaks, install a new muffler, etc.

Can't say that I received honest work. I Paid to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced. I asked them to make sure they were balanced well. I even asked when they were putting the wheels back on my vehicle if they were all balanced well. I was assured that they were. Left the next day on a trip to Austin with my family. Had to stop at a discount tire in Fort Worth because my steering wheel was shaking so bad. They had me come out to the shop to show me that the tires were never balanced. They knew this for sure because the factory weights were still on the rims. This was my first set of tires since the vehicle was new. All the tires were out of balance by a large margin. It is impossible to just throw a New tire on a rim and not rebalance it. Existing weights should always be removed before spinning the tire to achieve balance. I called to confront the owner and he said his machine showed they were all balanced. This man lied to me, and cheated me out of my money. I had to pay him and then pay discount tire the next day. Take your vehicle to town if you are having new tires installed. Maybe use this guy if you need one patched in an emergency.

Came in for a simple oil change. Never been here before but I gave them the sticker with the exact type of oil (synthetic) on it. After leaving and looking closer at my new sticker and receipt it showed they didn't put a synthetic blend in my car. I was a little upset because I was in a hurry but went back because they said they would fix it. When I returned the man argued with me that the sticker did not say synthetic. I asked him to see it and the corner with just the "syn" was ripped off and when I pointed it out he said oh it must have accidentally been ripped off. I KNOW that sticker was perfectly fine on my windshield and when it was given to him. The dishonesty will definitely make me never come back here..
