I had my vehicle repaired at Family First Auto Care. They did a quick diagnostic check which led to a sensor malfunction. The repair was completed and I was happy with their Custom Service. When I mentioned I needed another vehicle, Karla recommended their automotive dealership down the street and found several cars I liked! Looking forward to doing business with them.

Not a whole lot I can say that hasn't already been said about this place. Absolutely an awesome experience but I want to add that it was a godly experience. You don't get very many places like this anymore where you can see the owners are led by God and just a whole demeanor and fill of the place makes you glad that you were led to them. Absolutely look forward to keep doing business with these people and may God bless their family and business

Friendly staff and very willing to work with me. Excellent SUPER reliable truck, and they even have discounted rates on service work for my other car right across the street. Very good to have this kind of business right here in our neighborhood!

Fast, Convenient, Efficient, Friendly, Honest... These words seem more like understatements when discribing this 1st generation family owned dealership. Stop going to the big dealerships and start experiencing car buying the right way. Especially if you have no credit or bad credit. They shoot you straight and help you get the best deal possible and the lowest interest rate possible.

I highly recommend this place! Let me start by saying that Jim has gone above and beyond any automotive place that I have ever used. I was initially told by the dealership that I needed a new transmission because they didn't want to take the time to properly diagnose my problem. I called Family First Automotive and they had my car picked up with in the hour to look at it. Jim called me and said that he read there was a technical svc bulletin out on my type of car and the software needed to be updated. He very well could have just told me I needed a new transmission as well but really took the time to properly diagnose the problem. Best auto mechanic I have ever dealt with!!

Love them because they are more laid back people. Good prices for their cars. And they work around with your down payment and payment. Love them and valve they have behind what they say. They are honest people.
