These folks sure took care of me. I am from Arizona and was going to pick up a tractor near Houston. I was on a tight timeline and had a trailer tire go bad near their location. They were very busy, but because of my situation they took care of me right- a- way. I was back on the road in less than an hour. I can t say enough good about how they treated me.

Stopped in for some air after replacing a flat and Diago was kind enough to jump over and help out. And even rotate the tires before continuing the commute.Outstanding service from diago!

THEY LEFT MY FULLY OPERATIONAL CAR IN A JUNKYARD, AND ALSO LET IT SIT UNDER A PECAN TREE FOR 1 WEEK. MY CAR WAS FULLY COATED WITH PECAN SAP, AND IT WAS ALL OVER THE WINDOWS AND THE WHOLE BODY OF THE CAR! I HAD TO TAKE IT TO A CAR WASH AND SPENT 32 DOLLARS AND STILL CAN'T GET THE SAP OFF!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HAMMERICKS!!!!!!

Was passing through San Saba and had a tire separating from the excessive heat on the road. A local gentleman saw we were in need and recommended Hamrick's. We dropped in and had a new tire on the truck in less than an hour. We were able to keep the truck running to keep the a/c running for the wife and the pets. Fast, friendly service in a time of need, couldn't ask for anything better.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

The staff is friendly and very efficient. They are reasonable and offer cya5 services of times long ago. Integrity, professionalism, and knowledgeable, all words that describe this company. No one ever wants to have their car repaired, but if you want it done right, go to Hamricks.

Great service - they were sent by AAA for a flat tire in what felt like the middle of nowhere (road trip). It was on a Sunday and they even opened the shop to install a new tire for me. Very quick and professional. Thank you!

I was stuck on the side 190 west at 11 PM with a flat tire on a trailer. I called Connie and gave her the tire size. The technician was there within 25 minutes, he was great and very friendly. I was back on the road by 11:45 PM. I highly recommend using them for all your automotive needs.

The manager, Lynn was very polite along with his staff. I was having car issuses with my check engine light along with others and they ran a free test for me and charged me for the oil only. I was almost 2 hours from home so this was a lifesaver. Highly recommend.

We were on a trip and had a flat. They got us in right then and got it fixed and even put the spare back under the car. Really good people. Even gave us recommendations for lunch.

Thank God for Hamrick's Automotive. They went out of their way and sent somebody 35 miles in the middle of the night to change my tire on the side of the road. Very professional service and they are really great people. If it wasn't for them who knows when I would've made it home.Service: TiresService: Tires

We were an hour out from Fredericksburg, heading there for a weekend trip and our tire blew out. My husband tried to replace with a spare and that was flat as well.Tried to call our insurance company to send help may have taken hours if we waited. Phone signal was weak and because of Covid they wouldn't have been able to offer ride along for us with the two dogs.Luckily a few people stopped by the side of the road to assist. One person called a friend from local dealership willing to offer us a ride.We called this to tire shop up hoping they carried our tire we needed and they had it in stock.The technician returned to the car with my husband and replaced the tire and drove back on it to the shop and we were good as new. Thank you for saving us! I'm a nurse that had been caring for Covid pts since the pandemic and this was our anniversary trip. So blessed to have had kind people in town assist us.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a appointment for 2 weeks for 8am got there and had to sit and wait to have my parking brake fixed on my 2002 dodge 3500 we waited until after 1100 am and still had not been see for our 8am appointment so finally I talked to the owner about it and he apologized and ask to us to come back after lunch

Very nice people, very busy shop. Watch it when you check out though. I got a tow from very near Camp Billy Gibbons to Hamricks. I was told the fee would be $2.50/mile, for every mile over 7 miles, because I had AAA. The reason for my tow was, I had a flat, and did not have a key to the locking lug nut. They were able to get the flat tire off when we arrived, and put on my spare. I went in to pay the bill and was told the total was 136.50. I thought that sounded pretty high, so I politely requested to see a breakdown of the charges. Instantly, and I mean instantly, I was told "oh, it is actually just 86.50. Then I questioned why I was being charged $3.00 per mile, instead of the $2.50 that I was quoted. I was also charged for a "flat repair", even though all they did was put on my spare. Before it was all said and done, the bill dropped to $62.50. Watch'em, watch'em close. I'm sad to have to do this, because all of the employees are very friendly, and the owner is a very personable guy. Please change your current policy, to charging correctly.

This has to be the worse shop I have ever seen. my truck broke down in from of them a week ago so I figured I'd give them a shot, i haven't heard from them since.when I called to ask what was up the first 2 times the ladies had no answers now they have excuses for why no one has even touched my vehical. Granted it may be my fault I should have know better trusting a place that double as the local bondsman I mean the building looks shady the people are off putting and the ladies are rude as hell. Call them, all they say to pick up is "hamricks" it's like they're don't know if you called for a car or bail. Don't worry tho I'll let y'all know just how shady when they finally get information. Wish I could go to another shop, told them that. But sadly the only other one is a diesel One. This right here is why people have trouble trusting mechanics, ladies thank you for helping bring our industry down
