Earlier in the week, one of our windows broke. This has never happened to us, so we were clueless on what to do. We decided to call the Thad Ziegler Glass company in San Marcos and spoke to Tim McGee. Tim quuckly put me at ease saying he could take care of it. A few days later, Tim and Mr. McCarty came out to my home to inspect the damage and to provide me a quote. Upon looking at the window, Tim said he could do the repairs now, not later, but right then and there. Within 30 minutes, we had a fixed window. I highly recommend the Thad Ziegler Glass company for anyone needing glass work done at their homes. Speak to Tim, he will treat you like family.Thank you Tim and Mr. McCarty. Excellent Quality! I brought in some damaged mirrored glass panes that belonged to an antique buffet that I was refinishing and Ziegler Glass exceeded my expectations! The mirror was cut to perfection and fit perfectly, I couldn't be happier! Great pricing and fast service too.

I had the back window in my Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie replaced. They were very friendly, thorough, and did an exceptional job on the window. In fact, when the technician was completed and I got into my vehicle afterwards I was pleasantly surprised that my truck had been detailed. I did not see glass anywhere on the inside and the bed of my truck was also cleaned. Customer service was great and the technician was honest and trustworthy. The price was very reasonable and if I need any other windows replaced on my vehicles, I will definitely be going back to Ziegler Glass. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Great job, the lady at the front desk was kind and very helpful. The guys in the back got the job done well and in a timely manner and were also helpful. Definitely will use them for future projects.

Kept saying they were going to come on certain days but did not show up twice. Took three weeks to finally get the window fix and they aren t even done fixing it. The crew came to knock the window down and now they left for lunch leaving my business without a window! If your gonna take it down you should put a window up not just leave it completely open or take lunch first than come and do the job! Highly unprofessional and would not use or recommend them to anyone!

Brought in my buddies 1997 Chevy for a new windshield. It had some issues with rust behind the window seal, something I wasn't aware of before taking it in. Randy, the guy that was doing the work, informed me that he has a way to fix the issue. I gave him the go ahead and I was extremely impressed on how it turned out. Not only did he do great work but the price was the lowest in town. He got me in the same day I called and was done in about an hour. My friends and I will definitely be using Randy at Ziegler Glass again. Thank you from a very happy customer!!

Have had good experiences on three occasions with Ziegler Glass in San Marcos, TX. Always friendly and went out of their way to make suggestions for cuts and re-use of a couple of giant bathroom mirrors. Price was reasonable. Service courteous. (I don't always give five stars to companies, but the negative reviews here are so rude that it's hard not to want to boost the score.)

The auto-glass mechanic knows exactly what he is doing and very efficient at it. He had me in and out of the shop in less than two hours. Would have been less than an hour, but we were waiting for the delivery of the glass. This place has not had an auto-glass mechanic for the past two years as I understand. They now have one who is very respectful to the customer and will not bleed your bank account to fix your glass. I drove in, knew nothing about the place other than the sign out front said auto-glass installed, and had a need. If you go here for auto-glass take some advice, talk to the glass mechanic guy, the lady is often rude (don't why they keep her) but the guy is always good to work with and honest.

Always fast and quality mirrors, pricing is on point. I ve gotten two different sizes, oval and rectangular, custom mirrors.

Was told there would be a three week wait to have someone come take a look at a double pane window in an apartment...fine. Left my info with the company and waited a little over three weeks. When I called back, they didn't have any record of my information, so they basically wasted a month of my time. I should have known they'd have terrible service given how rude their staff are on the phone. Give your money to a local company that is worth it; not this one.

Great pricing. Friendly staff. Had my windsheild replaced in my 2016 mazda 6. Helped me with a special request i had for my windsheild since my car isnt exactly stock and also transferred my txtag and registration all in record time. Do not hesitate.

Called at 8am inquiring about windshield replacement, by 10am I recieved confirmation that the windshield had been delivered. Dropped the car off at noon and the job was done before 2pm. Even used shop quality adhesive to fix part of the door panel that was starting to seperate. All-in-all, superior service! Not to mention, I saved over $200 from what Saf-Lite quoted me. Definitely earned all my furure business.

@BrendonTTP you must be the privileged few a double pane window for a apartment hmmm smells like daddy's money rather than ur own and even if its a busy place the fact they forgot ur info world melt down. Horrible service. Talked to three different people and got three outrageously different prices and one even told me he couldn't get my windshield fixed for 4 days. This was in the middle of the day when they weren't even close to closing. I called another place and they came out and replaced it for me for significantly less and told me that this place was trying to overcharge me by unnecessarily replacing the molding.
