great mechanic!I went in previously to get my tires and oil changed and a full tune up! he called me and communicated with me along the way and was super direct with pricing.today I went in because my car was stalling when I put gas and I describ3d the issue and he literally said he thought it was a certain issue gave me a quote right away and had it done before closing.honest and great communication and flawless work.what more can you ask for?

As soon as we stopped at this shop, one of the guys came over to look at our flat tire, and it was replaced in no time. Quick nice service. I highly recommend it. Is right at the frontage road of I35 S. In San Marcos, Texas.

Roy told me on Christmas eve he could do my transfer case sealant for sure today it would take 4 hours but he can have it done today if I bring it in early so I get up early drive from Kyle way over to his shop where is machanic tell me he not here come back later or another day then I wait til he get there for him to tell me to come back tomorrow he has a lot of of work left over from before Christmas he need to do sir do not make promises you cannot keep I would not recommend anyone do business here unless you want to be played with

So so helpful & kind! Had to stop during a roadtrip & they were able to look at my car and find the problem within 5 minutes of me pulling up. Roy s the best mechanic in town!! Took very good care of my vehicle when no one else would/could. Dropped off my vehicle at 11 and got it back at 5 the same day!! Amazing work, Roy was very professional and the prices are great

One of my tires needed to be replaced and two of my lug nuts needed to be replaced. He immediately did everything the same day because he knew it was dangerous and didn t want my sister and I driving around like that. He did everything for an extremely amazing price (matched with amazing quality) instead of taking advantage of us like most shops would. He was so sweet to us and made sure we were completely taken care by the time we pulled out the lot. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to Triple R. Thank you sooo much Roy!Service: Tires

Roy does great quality work! He took his time to figure out what the issue was and even explained it to me in laymen terms. I had full confidence that he knew what he was doing and I was getting a fair price. I will definitely go back for any future repairs and highly recommend Triple R Automotive to anyone that is looking for a great mechanic.

Friendly and great price. He recently did my sons back brakes on his Dodge Avenger and I was surprised on how quick he got us done and amazed by the price. He saved me about $70+ easy on his price. Definitely will recommend him to friends and we will be back if we ever need automotive work.

This is my second time going to them and once again, a great experience. Down to earth Mechanics. They didn't overcharge me like most auto shops, for checking my vehicle just to see what's the problem. Their charge was really reasonable and fair for the fix on my car. Thank you Roy.

Great service, great prices, great mechanics, great staff ... great everything! I have not one complaint in anything or in any way. I mean that. I've been a regular customer for some time now and my experience with them only gets better! I plan to keep going and telling others of there great service. If your ever in need of any type of mechanic work for practicly any vehicle you may drive I strongly encourage everyone to go to Tripple R! They are truly there for us. I recently brought my car in to have a mystery sound checked out. I had taken my car to 3 other mechanics over the past two years, but no one was able to fix it but Roy! Within a couple of hours he had diagnosed the problem that no one else could! He promptly fixed my car up and got me back on the road ASAP. We will definitely be coming back!

I don't know who answered the phone but they were very rude and condescending towards me. I'm not a car person and I had some questions my car and was ridiculed for my lack of knowledge.

I stopped by to get a check engine light read and the Customer Service was excellent! The problem was addressed and explained in detail, thank you again, I will be a repeat customer for sure!
