These guys went above and beyond to get my vehicle done the same day and make it safe they even offered to stay late on a Friday evening to get the job done I will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone I know

Online says 30 if you bring your oil but I was charged 35 (maybe each car is charged differently). Not bad I guess since it was done quick.

Great experience and very understandable of your issue. I was worried about towing a cargo trailer for 900 miles. I went and got my tires and brakes inspected. The front desk gentleman heard my concern and understood why I wanted the inspection. Upon inspection, he comes back and told me my brakes are good, but the tires all need to be replaced just to be safe. Showing concern is a big plus in any business. I knew that the back ones had cracks and the front ones had their wear. He confirmed it and suggested changing them and an alignment as well. I went shopping online for some good deals and got the same brand tires. I asked if he could install them and it was okay with him. I was happy to know that I wasn't limited to their tires and that I could just buy my own. They installed them and I was happy with the service. The front desk gentleman even said that it is safe now to take that road trip with a smile.I give them 5 stars because of their professionalism, understanding, showing concern, for great service, and making me feel safe. Many people don't see the importance of mechanics and how hard they work to make sure that you are safe in your car. Cars are machines and can break down and put your life in danger. These people make sure you are safe while on the road. Thank you, Tire and More, for your great service. I appreciate your dedication and hard work. I highly recommend them. Oh and the price of service is great too!!!.

So, my A/C died. At the recommendation of someone I know, I took it to a dealer. Dealer said that a part that was no longer manufactured for my 2005 Mazda was leaking, and I needed to replace the assembly. Even drained the freon because it was a hazard. I couldn't afford it, so I didn't get it fixed.Then I had a friend of mine look at it and tell me that my compressor was locked up and was most likely broken, so I scraped the money together to buy the new compressor and filters, then tried to take it to a Reliant Cars and they wanted to charge me $1300 because they didn't want to use prebought parts. Can't afford that, so I didn't get it fixed.I go to this place, tell them what's been going on, they give my car a look, and within one day I got it back! Apparently, the dealer lied, and my friend misjudged the situation. Nothing was leaking, and the compressor wasn't broken. It just needed to be recharged and because of the dealer, refilled with freon. I am so happy to have A/C again! I will be going back to this place if anything else happens to my car! Thank you so much for your help! You saved me from buying a new car.

I had a fantastic experience with Tires and More and I highly recommend them!I got home late last night to find that there was a nail in my tire and it was losing air, Tires and More happened to be the closest tire repair business to me so I dropped it off and called in the morning to have it patched. The owner was very quick with a great price and above all else extremely personable! He does a great job and and is a friendly person to talk to. I will for sure be returning anytime I need some work done.Service: Tires

Fixed my horn and powersteering pressure line. They were extremely accommodating, and their price couldn't be beaten by a mile anywhere else. They did a great job, I will definitely be coming back with future car troubles.

I experienced an emergency battery failure and needed a tire check up on my RV today! I contacted Tires and More and they were able to add me to their list immediately . Edward, the owner provided the best customer service, the rates were very reasonable and the staff very efficient in completing the tasks! I needed the service to be done immediately as I am living in the RV and could not leave it overnight! I highly recommend Tires and More in San Marcos, TX!Services: Tires, Battery

I would just like to say that my experience was amazing! My step father came to Edwardto get his transmission rebuilt and never had one issue after. So I figured I'd give him a try.. I was not disappointed. I went in for a check engine light and how horribly my suburban was driving. Come to find out I needed an engine Nobody wants to hear that. I definitely came to the right place. Edward was amazing never once gave me attitude don't know why people are saying that. I even called him a couple of times to ask about progress never once was annoyed with me calling. I was greeted with kindness and reassuring that I would be taking care of. I will definitely be back to get my husbands old school truck up and running. Keep up the great work!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I found Tires and More from a recommendation from a local dealership. I m not from the area, so I wasn t sure where to look. I was very happy with the service provided.The team at Tires and More advised me on how to improve my truck s suspension when hauling my camper. I brought the parts in, and they installed it that day.A couple weeks later, I ordered 4 new tires for my RV. I came in with my camper, they promptly installed my tires for me, and I was on the road in minutes.I would absolutely recommend Tires and More, and will likely work with them again when I m in the area again.

Eddie and his pops were awesome! They helped me as soon as I walked in the door and got to work looking for a new tire for my car. I really only stopped by to price check the cost of one tire to see how I should proceed, but when they told me how little it was going to cost I was ready to change the tire out right then. Right before changing the tire, Eddie stopped me and said plugging it would be just fine. I appreciated that more than anything. They didn't try to beat me for more money by replacing a nearly new tire, but kept it real with me and gave me the service I needed. On top of all of that, they were quick! I was in and out in less than 15min. Top notch business and people. Thank y'all!

Went in yesterday had my own 2 tires and was charge $50 to mount them on my bare rim , which i thought was a little high but whatever i guess things are expensive right now. Today i sent my nephew to ONLY MOUNT MY other 2 tires on my other 2 Bare rims and the OWNER tried to charge me $100 thats crazy Rodriguez is was less and and very good.Specifically went it and specified the size and the tires were looked at before before getting quoted.Service: Tires

Called about getting my new rims mounted making sure they ll be safe and the guy on the phone told me to find a different shop last time I went one of the employees dropped my brand new after market rim infront of me and didn t dare to say anything. Do not take your business to this shop I dont recommend it . They are rude and unprofessional!

I wish I could give no stars. This guy took advantage of me in a time of need. I had just put on a used tire on the car and the vechile kept shaking. So I went to tires and more so they can take a look at it. As soon as I pull up he said I needed a new tire. I had told him the vechile will still shake i told him its not the tire but something else. So I asked if i purchase this new tire and if it still shakes can you help me figure out the problem. He said yeah sure. So off course it wasnt the tire. I come back asking if he could switch the back to the rear. I told him i would pay him even tough i just spent $135 on a new tire. I come back and he said I don't have time for this. But sure make me buy a new tire you do have time for. He said I am going to charge you for asking questions. He got angry with me for no reason. Hopefully I just caught him on a bad day, but i think not. Listen he doesn't care about the vechile or you he just wants the money. He charges 20dollars for balancing thats alot compared to other people in the area. But Rodriguez the shop down the road helped me out. They stuck with me and fixed the problem. Hey if your listening just give me the 65.00 dollars that I paid for the used tire.

The BEST tire store I've ever seen. Almost brought tears to my eyes to have a company make me feel like they're on my side after so many bad customer service experiences. The "More" is the BEST part.I went to multiple tire stores around town, and one actually tried hard to sell me tires that were the wrong size, and didn't offer to put them on. None of the others offered any service other than tires, and didn't have them in stock, or offer to find them.I called Jesse on their day off, and he gave me information on when they're open, even quoted a price.I came in when they were open and dealt with Edward, and he made me feel like a friend right off the bat.They didn't have my tires in inventory, and within minutes he ordered some online. He didn't charge for that service. The tires will be in tomorrow morning. Alignment prices are good, and he was very knowledgable about Toyotas.He said come in tomorrow morning, and the entire job will be done in an hour or less.When I got there, he was working on a Mercedes, and that customer also says he loves the service at this location.It doesn't matter to me really, but the 2 men I talked to did speak excellent English, if that matters to some people.The location is excellent, right off 35, around restaurants and gas stations, on your way to Walmart. Very easy to find. Also the building is professional, and comfortable with chairs and AC.Truly a great find, with amazing customer service, good prices, and knowledgable people**HERE IS THE KICKER** My 2017 Corolla, I had never used the spare. It had a hole in it, and was unusable. Edward not only sealed the tire so I could get home, he also put it on at NO CHARGE.I will refer this to anyone. It is the best tire and more shop I've ever seen. I highly recommend it.

I had some complications with an oil leak on 11-11-2019 . I was referred by Take 5 to bring my vehicle into your establishment. When I arrived around 10am (not busy whatsoever) I walked into the lobby area I was greeted in a nonchalant manner. It was not an "hello sir how may help you" instead it was a straight " what's the problem?". (I blew that off). So I was trying to explain what was wrong with my car, then gentlemen started rushing what i trying to explain and I barely got a chance to explain what it was and I showed him where the problem was. Then automatically says we're just going to charge you $90 to look at on the lift, when I already knew the problem. Not giving me a chance to speak, I was going tell the mechanic that I would go purchase the part he walked into the establishment going to look for the part. I drove off and left, I guess y'all really didn't need any business. The money wasn't the issue, the fact I didn't feel welcomed when I visited, I wouldn't want my vehicle touched by the staff. Maybe it was a bad day for your employees, because Customer service wasn't there at ALL!

Stay away from this rip off business. I went in for an alignment and was told there was a bubble on my tire, so I needed 4 new tires before I can get an alignment. I told them I would do this at a later date and left after waiting 3 hours. They charged me $74 for an alignment they did not do. That s stealing. Young and older, stay away, they literally steal your money.

Called to check on an appointment and person on the phone was extremely rude very unprofessional. Used profanity to my son that called to see if he could make an appointment. I am not sure who this coward was but definitely would not recommend using this company for any service.

Brenda and I were in need of tires for her car. We went first to a competitor of his, but they weren't open when they say are (turns out: much to our good fortune). So we went to Tires and More... There, we found excellent service, good quality used tires at a very good price... and got a payment option to boot!Tires and More now has new (and very satisfied) customers!

I showed up on a Friday afternoon they didnt have the size tire and rim i needed but my frown was soon turned upside down. They quickly got on the phone and found the right size tires and rims that i needed. They went above and beyond going to San Antonio to get the tires and rims and set me up to come back the next day to put them on. If that wasnt awesome enough i was given a discount on top of that. Excellent service, friendly and efficient. Customer for life!

This place is so AWESOME!!!! I was literally trying to make it till payday rolling on tires that could have blown out at anytime. I rolled in to this place, and immediately the mechanic came over, knew exactly what I needed and walked me through the process of get financing and getting new tires right away. WHEW!!!! I was so relieved. I am so Grateful, for all the help I received today. THANK YOU, TIRES and MORE!!! I am a forever your customer .

So got my brakes done here back in March told them to change my rotors if it needed it. According to them they were fine. My car started having this weird shake like a month after didn't want to take it back to them. So brought it to Jacob and Hector at the Tire Factory Outlet they said it needed brakes and rotors that it looks like the only thing that was changed was the brake pads... so needless to say I will never come back to this place.

Having problems with your engine? Need a parts replaced i.e., mirrors, door handles, etc.? Need a car checked out before you buy it? Need an oil change? Need an alignment? Need tires, new or used? Anything you need for your vehicle, this is the place to go.These people are honest, knowledgeable and have great prices.I viewed the comments and I can't believe someone would write such nonsense. Some people just have to say something bad about someone else so they feel better about themselves. Sad but true.People like that are annoying (I feel sorry for their mothers), but you can't hate them because they are obviously lacking control. We can take a look at the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and YIKES ! You will find these types of people. Maybe they were off their meds when they wrote these ridiculous comments? It could happen.I guarantee that if you go to Tires and More you will be one happy camper. I trust them, I appreciate their friendliness and am so impressed with their work that even took my mother's truck there.

Been bringing my cars here for years now and they have never failed me once! I trust the mechanics fully to diagnose and resolve potential problems before they ever become a issues for me and I couldn t be more pleased with my cars. BEWARE!!!! Took my company truck there because it was not running well at all. Ed texted me "it's your fuel pump". I said fix it. Then he texted me that the truck was missing a little and the spark plugs needed changed. I said ok do it. Then he called me and told me I needed a timing chain. I told him to hold off and I picked the truck up. It was running worse now then when I took it to him. I then to the truck to Firestone and they told me to engine was shot. No compression in cylinder 6. I then confronted Ed about the over $850 in repairs he made that were not needed to fix the problem and did not fix the problem. I am so glad I did not change the timing chain for $1,100. Ed offered me free used tires for my new truck as compensation. They may be a good place to get tires, BUT DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.

Needed 4 tires for my car...they hooked me up right away with a full set of (used)tires in excellent condition! Helped out with a payment option, as it is rent week...we were on our merry way in about 30 minutes!
