This place is amazing. I pulled in at 7 PM last week after picking up my daughters car. I flew in on a quick trip from Iowa and found a low tire. They helped me instantly, and were very friendly. They told me it was no charge since they didn t really have to fix anything. Unfortunately, I only had a few dollars cash and my cards. The gentleman told me to donate to charity, which I will be doing on their behalf. I ll definitely be back. Great to be greatly with a friendly face and top notch service!!

Manipulation is their key they do have good tires have been there many times many years but now it seems like they have some younger guys working there and they'll give you one price for a tire and then when the older guy show up like the owners they'll switch the price it's getting ridiculous at that place they try to charge me $80 just for a tire rotation after I got one tire I asked if they can rotate my tires you added 80 bucks I was like nope then the guy gets an attitude act like he didn't speak English anymore usually I love the place but now they're just getting manipulative

I hate having to deal with automobile mishaps while traveling. I had a tire issue and figure I'll just get a used one to hold me over till I get home. I jumped on Google maps to find a shop close to my location and that's how I happened into mRodriguez tire shop. The young gentleman who helped me I believe he said his name was Henry got right to it as another gentleman ascertained size and type of tire on the car already. The stock tires are unusual in the fact that Toyota produces them directly for the auto manufacturer Toyota and Mazda so if I replace one it's to the dealer I go. Henry and the other man had me in and out in a matter of 15 minutes no muss no fuss. Very professional and to the point. When I was presented with a very reasonable bill i noticed something that really made my day. Henry and the other gentleman had sold me a barely used tire of the exact toyo tire product that was on the car and is stock equipment. I noticed a huge inventory of slightly used tires and a nice selection of new also. Me and Henry even had a short talk about entertainment and music. Just an all around great experience. I recommend this tire shop to all who have tire needs. They are definitely a cut above any shop I have ever dealt with in the past. Thank you Rodriguez tire shop of San Marcos.

This is the closest tire shop in my neighborhood. They open at 8am, very efficient and quick in fixing my busted tire. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone living in the vicinity of San Marcos airport.

Awesome shop, glad I found these guys! They dismounted my current tires and placed them on some aftermarket wheels I brought in. Before performing the install, they did a full inspection on my new wheels and showed me some damages they found. They re honest people and did worked fast! Charged me half of what discount tires wanted to charge me too. I Would highly recommend

He fixed my mower tire right away. It's working great now. Bad luck struck when my truck wouldn't start. He was super helpful pushing it twice into place, put a charger on the battery and when that didn't work he offered me tools to change out the starter. Luckily the started cooled off and I was able to get going again. He went above and beyond what others would do.

This place is awesome. We got there in a nick of time before they close. They took their time. They put our tire on after we purchase the used tire because of a blowout on the road and the tire that we have will be replaced by the company but being on the side of the road any longer wasn't an option. These guys got us in and out and sent us on our way. Did a great job

These nice people helped me in a time of need. I had flew from FL to pick up a auction car and they sticked with me to help me find my problem. I went to other places and they said we don't have time for you. But these people helped me in my time of need. Juan and Hector helped me out alot.

This place gets NO STARS!!!I drove in and the place was closed waited... When they arrived the young man was very nice and honest.They wanted $100 for each used tire. I needed 2I asked for a discount if I would put in an order with a deposit for 4 road tiers...since mine are off road. Note: I buy used tires this size for $65-$75 dollars before. So the young man calls his father I guess...who pretends to be on his cell phone all the while and tells us the tiers I was offered are no good. He goes of to the back yard and finds 2...which he says are $200 each USED!!!REALLY??? I asked if he had smaller ones or redular road and he says yes $at $100 each...so...I tell him you are trying to sell me regular used tires for the price of off road tires...you know they are not made the same so I will continue my way with a worn out wire out tire(s)Because this man is heartless and has NO INTEGRITY!!! My advice is to shop around and compare prices...I just found a place ...Same city...that is doing all 4 at $280!!!I hope the Rodriguez tier shop gets no more victims...to rip off.

The guys were quick fast and great, installed my tires that Walmart couldn't install, even though I bought them from Walmart .. I even left went and got drinks for the guys ..

Good crew that gets you back where you need to be: driving. They got 20 yrs of experience and are very helpful and friendly and won't make you wait for service another 20 yrs like everyone else does.

Called Pedro, asked if he could put my new tires on and all with a cost quote. Was there by 8:10, he did it all within 45 minutes jacked car up, wheels off, tires off, new tires on and wheels put back on and ready to go. Affordable, and fast no waiting and extended prices. Way better than other tire places! Thank you Pedro

This guy sold me a messed up tire I should have looked at it first plus he charged me way to much for one tire $85 45 for the tire and the rest to disposable the tire .Never again

I was in a rush on a long road trip, I called ahead to see if there was any wait time, the man over the phone said there was no wait. Upon arrival nobody greeted me or asked me why I was even there. At this point I m wondering around the shop and the man on the phone was never even there. There was only one car in front of me being patched and it took 45 minutes. After this ordeal I called the store and spoke to the same manager. The manager (who was never even there and lied about the wait time) then made me hand MY CELLPHONE to his employee. The manager promised me a discount for my troubles but the employee told me he was lying and he still charged me full price. Stay away.

This guy is the real deal. Fixed our flat the right way, the old fashioned way, no plugs like other places we have gone to. Fixed it in no time flat and saved our trip. ...and on a Sunday no less. Another service was going to charge us 4Xs what he charged. Another place said we would have to wait 4 hours. I would definitely use him again

Well the website claims that they re open on Sunday. I was there well before they opened and waited patiently. I called After about 20 minutes after the scheduled time that the sign claims they open. The man answered and said Sorry we don t open on Sunday. Let me call my brother to see if he s open today and I ll call you right back. I m glad I didn t wait around because he never called back. We went to Discount tire and purchased a new tire. Don t advertise that you re open if you re not. Sign clearly shows they open on Sunday.

I went here the other day to get a replacement tire. The guy advised a patch instead. I agreed and paid. He said he patched my tire and aired it up. Next day when I woke up it was as flat as ever. Went to another tire shop the next day, the guy told me that the tire had never been patched, that nothing had actually been done and we paid $20 for nothing. Definitely some of the worst service ever.

Awesome place for used tires! Got a 215 60 R16 with great tread for $50 out the door!! Bring cash tho they don't take credit. Very friendly staff as well!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a used tire from these guys not even a week ago and it has a leak! On top of that, I felt completely ripped off by the guy. He charged $50 for the used tire and wanted to charge more to dispose of the old tire... I could have gone to my usual place in new braunfels and gotten a tire and had the old one disposed of for under $50 and those guys are reliable and trustworthy! On top of that, he wanted cash, which to me means that they are supposed to charge less, but he wants to pocket the money. I will NEVER go to this shop again. I hope they go out of business due to their BAD business practices. Update: I just took the tire that I bought from them somewhere else to try and have it fithe, and it is unfixable! Don't trust these guys!!

Had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon (we re from out of town), Walmart had a 3 hour wait and these guys fixed us right up and got us on our way in less than half an hour!

All I need is a spare tire put on my trailer but even do myself if they let me use their tools internet says they're open till 6:00 but I called at 5:00 just down the street and he just kept saying "no it closed" so don't know if they're good or not just know I was counting on them since the internet said they're open till 6:00 and would have paid extra had they let me come and do it but he wouldn't even consider it

Place sucks, rim busted, all I needed was a tired swap on a new rim, Guy jacks my car up and takes my tire off and I didn't have cash so he sends me in his truck to the corner store to get cash out and I come back. He puts the tire on and drops the car. I paid 70$ for a balance, rotation, ect. Nothing I paid for was done except the rim. And he didn't give me my change saying its gas money for his truck . Only reason I paid for that much was cause I would have been stranded. If you have no other option, I wouldn't go there.

Fast for a one man shop but wanted to charge double the Walmart $$ next doorto mount and balance with zero warranty then asked for a tip. Shrewd guy so keep your eyes open.

They were great I've had two emergencies I've had to use them twice and both times they never overcharge me they were very quick and I were definitely use them again

Service Depending on the brother you get. One of the brothers is honest and will treat you right. The other one over charges you and trying to make extra money in his pocket. I will not go there again because the bad brother is there most of the days.
