HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENTI took my car to get the brakes checked out due to some squealing. When I went back for the car come to find out that my brakes are actually in good condition! They were really honest with me about it and explained what could be causing the squealing despite them being in good condition and that it wasn t anything to worry about. They could have easily lied to me and charged me to fix a problem that didn t exist, I m grateful they didn t and that level of honesty and integrity is worth rewarding and recognizing!

by 8 a.m. there were already two cars in front of me so I had to wait. The thing was that they gave me a heads up and I knew what to expect. I had called several other places and they told me to bring it in and they would get to it right away, but when I let them know I only had an hour because I had an appointment afterwards they told me I should schedule it for another day. all three places like called said the same thing so it sounded like they like they wanted the business but we're going to keep me waiting longer. I appreciated the fact that Quick Align was up front.

I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Quick Align since I moved to San Marcos in 2001! They have helped me with 6 inch lifts on my trucks, installed all the accessories, and provided more repairs than I can count! Oil changes, alignment issues, brake jobs, air conditioning, you name it and they have done it. Their repairs are always quick, priced fairly, and done right. Their honesty in whether a part can be repaired or replaced to help save money is also very much appreciated. These guys are the only mechanic shop in town I trust to work on our family's vehicles.

I took it in for an alignment at 7am. I was, fortunately the first customer there. They got right on it. It took around an hour. They made the adjustments necessary and I was on my way. They informed me of the repairs and I was on my way. It would be great if they had appointments. Very happy with the overall experience.This is an update from a recent experience I had. I took it in for a water leak. They concluded it was a water pump and also an Intake manifold gasket even though no water was showing. They estimated for the water pump almost $900. The gasket replacement was $1300. I left and went to consult with Dr. YouTube and decided to do it myself. $65 dollars later and a couple of scraped knuckles later and 1.5 hrs, it was done with no leaks. I feel their prices are exorbitant and unfair. There were a couple of other things that has brought me to the conclusion that I can't trust them and will no longer do business with them. To me this is unethical. Sorry....

The Staff here is amazing! From the owner (Bill) to every tech and front desk help. Everyone is so friendly and they take the time to listen to your car needs. Quick Align treated me with respect and got me back on the road SAME DAY! I had my brakes worked on, oil change done and my AC checked. The prices where very fair. I also found out they would have given me a ride to work if I needed! As a woman, I feel like I have often been snubbed by car shop workers and have had more than one try to over charge me. Not here! Very kind, honest, good working employees and management. BONUS: When you walk into the shop, it is clean and does not smell like a tire/car shop. They have free wifi, good seating, coffee, bathroom and magazines. Great experience! They have my business!

not a good shop to take for an alignment on your vehicle........ quality control is terrible........dropped it off a day earlier so they would not feel rushed and do a good job on performing an alignment on my 1999 Suburban 2WD. i get it back and, what do i find? my inner fender wells are bent towards the tire on both sides....one tight turn and there goes my tires.....On top of all that. my steering wheel is still not straight...... what annoys me the most, is the fact that i paid for this service.

The gentlemen at Quick Align are the best. I have used them for years, and I have been referring friends to them since my first visit. They are honest, their work is top notch, and they genuinely want to do the right thing.I first went to Quick Align to get a quote for brake work. I had just been a place that specialized in brake work and was quoted an $800 fee for "necessary" work. I took my vehicle to Quick Align, and I was told that all I needed was a small repair. My bill was $30. My brakes are still working great and that was several years ago. Quick Align could have quoted me an unreasonable fee and made lots of money, but instead they earned my respect and my business for life.Bill, Eric, and Joe have helped me on many occasions. They are such good people. I am grateful that they run such a respectable business. I would give them more stars if I could.

These guys were awesome!! Went in for an alignment, it was done so quickly and they did a great job. They also figured out the other issues my Jeep Wrangler was having with the brakes and had it fixed faster than I had expected. My jeep has never driven better than it has since leaving there. Great communication keeping me updated at all times and very honest. Highly recommend and I ll definitely be back!!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Quick Align is the BEST place to have your car serviced, not just alignment. I cannot recommend Quick Align - San Marcos enough. Years ago my brakes were starting to squeak. Brake Check quoted me $800 for new brakes, Toyota quoted me an even higher fee, and alas I tried Quick Align. Eric looked at my brakes and told me that I had plenty of life in my brakes, but I had a small repair that was necessary. $38 later and my brakes were repaired and lasted another 4 years. Quick Align has done all my repairs and maintenance on all my vehicles and all my friend s vehicles ever since. Also, they are kind enough to give me a ride to work when they service my car. They are just wonderful!

I definitely recommend Quick Align! They we so helpful and even gave me a ride home while my car was in the shop! It was nice to get work done on my car and not feel like i was being scammed as a girl/college student. I saved $230 by choosing Quick align over another San Marcos mechanic.If you want a quick fix, a job well done, and reasonable prices for your auto care, choose quick align!!

Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff, fair prices and quick repairs. Brought my Ford Explorer here with both rear wheel bearings shot to hell, a big problem on this generation of Explorer. They had it knocked out in less than a day and also discovered the last time I had it done, the other shop installed the wrong bearings .. no wonder they lasted less than a year. These guys are good, they know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

Bill and his crew are the best and most caring, most honest mechanics in San Marcos. They have done the breaks for my car, and I have also recommended one of my employee to have his car worked on, from oil change to several maintenance issues. I also referred a customer of mine who needed her car checked before heading out on a road trip. All very satisfied with the level of service AND they give you a ride within San Marcos while they work on your vehicle!

I take all my cars and trucks here and have never had a bad experience. In fact, I've had a better experience than any other place. In addition to vehicle maintenance, they also helped me purchase and install the right ladder rack for my truck. There are many other accessories to choose from. I highly recommend Quick Align!

These guys are great! Don t waste your time and money on those chain shops that claim to do a free multipoint inspection of your vehicle when you bring it in. I went to Firestone three times before taking it to quick align, and man am I kicking myself for having taken it to anyone other than this shop! Extremely knowledgeable and fast! I bring all my vehicles to quick align now.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Not sure how these guys have 4 stars. For a simple job they told me it would be 5 hours and $450+. Called up Jerry's Wheel and Alignment in Pflugerville and Jerry had my car fixed in less than 2 hours and it costs $100 flat! People need to do their homework before letting a shop work on their car! Spend 15 minutes and call around first. Also, do research online to see how long a job should take and the average cost. Even though Jerry's shop is an hour away, the fact that I'm saving hundreds of dollars is well worth it! If people were educated enough to know they were getting ripped off then Quick Align would not have 4 stars.UPDATE: The head person at Quick Align contacted me today about my posted review. Although he sounded a bit mad, I could tell he was just wanting information on how to provide better service in the future. Props to him for taking the time to listen to my feedback. We may have bumped heads on prices, but a business that takes the time to read and address their reviews shows that they are dedicated to providing a better experience to their customers.

These guys want what s best for you and your car. Had another mechanic tell me I needed new brakes so I went in for brakes and check engine light, they discovered that my problem was actually my hub bearing and not my brakes. So they fixed that up real quick and gave me estimates for the other issues with my vehicle and prioritized them. Even offered a free ride home if it was going to be a while so that was nice. Definitely going back to these guys for future repairs.

This was the first place in San Marcos that I had taken my truck to. I told them I thought my ball joints might be going bad, and so they said they'd take a look and let me know before they performed any work. They called later that day with a quote and the price was outrageous. They said all of my ball joints had play in them. I decided I'd try and tackle this on my own or take it somewhere else. After paying a fee for them looking at my vehicle I took it to Lester's. Lester's quoted me for nearly half the price to change everything, but in the end all they needed to change was the brake pads. My ball joints were fine and I didn't need an alignment. They took a pry bar and there was no play in anything with my suspension. I don't know what Quick Align was looking at.Take it to Lester's Shop, not Quick Align. They will only do what you need, and do it right. And most importantly, they are fair.

We've been using Quick Align for a couple of years now on various cars and our Suburban. They can fix anything, including things other mechanics won't touch, or have misdiagnosed. Really good diagnosticians, too - they know their stuff! And as for the pricing, they go by the book. It's standard pricing across the industry for each job. We'd rather have them do the work than anyone (and we've tried many different mechanics through the years)! They start and finish strong, and they "work smart". We highly recommend them!

Exceptional customer service.My AC went out two days ago but I was afraid it would be so expensive to fix since I am a college student I don't have a lot of money. I was going to put it off until I could go home (Houston) where our family mechanic could fix it. However, since we live in Texas this week the weather is going to be 110+ degrees. I knew I couldn't afford driving around in this heat with no a/c especially with my husky puppy. So, I decided to look around and call different places for diagnostic fees. After intensive research, I found this place had the cheapest diagnostic fee and best google reviews. Additionally, they had same day availability while other places did not.I decided to bring it in here to get it checked out. I dropped it off at 9:30am and they had it ready by 11:30 am. They also offered complementary ride back to my apartment so that I didn't have to wait there and they also came to pick me up.Best of all, after the diagnostic it was determined that a very minor thing was wrong with my a/c in which they only charged me the diagnostic fee of $49.95 plus $4 in parts and my total with tax came out to $54.28I am very pleased with this small repair shop. They are HONEST and hardworking. They definitely did not take advantage of that fact that I'm a girl and know nothing about cars.Thank you for everything! All the staff was friendly as well!!!! I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends who are looking for an affordable place to get their cars fix.

I brought them a VERY complex alignment job on my racecar. Every stock component has been upgraded to an adjustable racing part. This complicates an alignment tremendously, combined with a custom set of final specs and this isn't an everyday job. Several shops wouldn't even look at my car because it wasn't stock. I own a performance shop myself but I do not have the equipment to perform this part of a build. The guy at the counter was all business, he asked all the right questions and as expected, gave me the, "we wont know until we see it" disclaimer. After we agreed that this could potentially be a can of worms I left the car with them with a "spending cap". Not only did they perform the job within the quoted time frame, they charged me less than the max quote. I towed my car back to my shop and did the final once over on the suspension. Every bolt was tight none of the 4000 dollar suspension and brakes were damaged and the car drives phenomenal. I expected a couple of tweak sessions back at the shop, in which I fully intended to pay for the time. These cars can be tricky to get right. As I make changes and learn the new set up I fully intend on using these guys. I will also be bringing them my F250 tomorrow for an alignment after Firestone in Kyle screwed it all up.

The most recent time I came in, they commented about how the transmission was acting on my Dakota (I had taken it to another repair shop because it was closer to where it had failed instead of getting it towed to Quick Align) and that I needed to have the installers take a look at it. Sure enough, when I had the other company check it out, seems the transmission had failed once again due to internal components and would have to be replaced. Thanks to the advice from Bill, Eric and team, I am not broken down with another expensive repair on my truck. That is why my folks and I only trust our vehicles to Quick Align!

We dealt with Bill and Eric. Quick align continuously gets us out of binds that we find ourselves in two recent repairs that we thought would cost a lot of money ended up coming out under budget since we have a commercial Fleet they were able to get us to the front of the line with some of our trucks that we rely on to do 5 to 10 jobs a day.. if they had not expedited us we would have been out a lot of jobs and had to explain to our customers the delay in service we will be taking our trucks to them from now on. they also have a maintenance schedule where they can keep track of our Fleet for preventive maintenance.

Bill, Eric and Team are the most trustworthy, best trained and friendliest shop in Hayes County - maybe Comal too! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.They take personalized service to the next level and EVERY business in San Marcos should use them as a service model.Keep doing what you're doing!!
