JB s has continually worked on my vehicle after a nasty wreck in December 2022, and they have been so gracious and kind while working around my budget and kids schedules. They have maintained an integrity that is hard to find and trust in today s auto industry. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Juan and Julio!!! You guys are the best.

Juan and Julio are small business owners in San Marcos, Texas. Our car was damaged in a hail storm. They worked closely with our insurance company to make sure that all of the repair costs were estimated correctly. Since the car was less than a year old, we told Juan and Julio that we wanted it to to be repaired, "like new". They took those instructions to heart. When the first coat of paint did not meet that standard, they sanded and repainted the car again. They did this on their own initiative. Although it took longer than estimated to repair the vehicle, the finished product was beautiful.. These guys are small business owners who really care.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer 2-3 weeks ago, losing a headlight and messing up my fender/hood. These guys were able to replace all three for the best price out of everywhere that I checked in San Marcos. They got it done in 4 days. Everything they fixed looks like brand new and they even took the courtesy of cleaning up the inside of my car after working. No dust and it smelled nice.Julio, the guy at the front desk, was very upfront about pricing and what they planned to do in order to fix my car. He gave me a couple courtesy phone calls to update me on the process and to let me know when the car was ready.Overall experience was 10/10, no issues. These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone in San Marcos who needs a collision repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car in to get the bumper fixed. It looks brand new, can t tell at all where the damage was. Had my car back the day after I left it to get fixed. Super happy with the work!

When I dropped off my car I was greeted by Julio, he helped me right away and made sure all my questions were answered. I was updated regularly till my car was ready for pickup. when I arrived they had washed and cleaned my car and made it shine, I was so happy with the quick turn around and the quality of work, my car looked like new. The place was nice and clean. The representative looked at the paint concern I had about a job they did. He rescheduled a time with my dealer to bring the car in and make corrections. The corrections were later made and the car looks good.

These are great guys, Julio and Juan helped me out a lot with my van, I have a old school van and they did exactly what I wanted on my vehicle. The have hard workers here, they communicate and let you know what they're waiting for. Everyone is a 3 to 6 month wait and these guys handled everything in one week. Thank you and keep up the great work!!!!

Carvana sent me to JB's Collision Center for various cosmetic repairs on a new Audi that I purchased that was still under their warranty. I was really impressed by this shop's responsiveness and the quality of their work. They promptly replied to texts and calls and kept me up to date on their progress. The car was ready when they said it would be and the car looked beautiful. One remaining item needed to be completed and they drove to my home in Austin (40 min. away) the next week to complete the work. You can't ask for better service and I will definitely use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had some deep scratches on my door. Had to take it off and spray door and buff. The job was completed ahead of schedule and even buffed out some additional scratches not associated with the initial repair at NO COST! That is customer service at it finest. Would not hesitate to bring my SUV or my Lexus to him again. I m bringing my vehicle back to him for a buff to the roof of my Lexus which will bring out the shine that the Texas sun dulls. Thanks to everyone at JB Collision for their care and well deserved customer service. Top Notch! Would highly recommend!Service: Painting

At a loss of what to do.. I still dont have my car back after 8 months. They claim that the insurance check was lost even though I have an endorsed copy of the check to their bank. They ignore me and say their bank is looking into it but its been over a month. They were supposed to have received the check in April. So my car is just sitting at Toyota. Really just dont know what to do. Early on they lied and said my car was at Toyota before it actually was, I know cause I went and checked. So they gave me Jauns number and he was cool at first but now just ignores me. I would not trust this place.Service: Body & Trim

JB's repaired the hail damage on my Dodge Ram 2500 and did a great job. They did all of the work for the amount that the insurance company gave me without going over the estimated value of the repair. They even polished the headlights at no cost. Great body shop! They are super helpful and do an amazing job. I brought my almost brand new elantra in with a beat up front and got it back looking brand new. Even up close. Their discounts are 10/10 as well. I basically paid next to nothing out of pocket to get my car fixed up. They also go above an beyond to help out. When my insurance refused to pay for new parts they went out of the way to ensure I had certified ones so I didnt lose trade in value. I will definately be back (hopefully not anytime soon) if I ever need work done.

What I like, the price was amazing, the quality of work was equally amazing. I will highly recommend this body shop to anyone. I didn't even recognize my own car because it looked so clean! They even gave me a ride to home and then turned the car back over to me in 24 hours. Great value and great service!

Took my elantra in with a broken windshield and damaged hood due to vandalism and JB made it look brand new!! Very happy with the work they did! I highly recommend! Not too bad the work they do its ok the prices are reasonable the only reason lm giving 2 star rating its because they are not clean while working i belive that if your vehicle is clean when you leave it and when they call you to tell you the job is done your vehicle should be clean
