Amazing! Chris Case was very attentive to my car and communicated with me very efficiently! Everyone at the shop was very nice! Got my makers parts ordered within a week and the servicing took about an hour! I felt very confident going here and will continue to bring my car here while living in San Marcos. Thank you Chris and Goodyear team!

Adam helped me out and gave great customer service on my two flats. They didn t have my tires in the store but they were on it and ordered them in for me. The tires came within a day and they took care of them for me and worked with me. I will definitely be coming back here. They were fast, friendly, and care about their customers!

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change, we were greeted by Daniel who was very nice and personable. He let me know it would be a little wait so we left and would come back when he let us know it was ready. Great place!

I arrived at closing due to long wait with my tow truck and Daniel went above and beyond to not only take my car in but prepare my car for intake and to expedite my service the next working day.Daniel further made sure to walk me through the whole process and helped me through every step.I am thankful for all their professionalism and care everyone took for my car and my own well being.5 big stars!!!!Highly recommend!!!!

If there was ever an exemplary of service Daniel is the man. We came in with flat tire in a rent a car,in no time he arrange us a new tire from the rental company and got us on our wey "give this a guy a beer ( or a raise)"

I brought my daughter s car in because the driver side window would not operate. Within a couple hours it was fixed and fully functional! I live in the State of Ohio, and our daughter lives in Texas. I had a lengthy conversation with the manager (I apologize for not remembering his name), and I told him how efficient and friendly and accommodating this Goodyear is. My husband and I feel very comfortable and confident sending our daughter and son-in-law to Goodyear. Coming from out of state it was very difficult to find a reputable car mechanic, and we thank you for your services and your friendliness. I highly recommend Goodyear, and i was very pleased and impressed with the manager!

I wanted to share my experience on repairs for my vehicle. I currently live out of town. Traveling to San Marcos my car made a loud noice, after checking I didn t see anything ; however the next day the skid plate partially was hanging. My son recommended Goodyear, he received great customer service and was happy with his repairs on his vehicle. I did take my vehicle in to Goodyear and I also received fast, great customer service and left feeling safe as they made the necessary repairs. I m very appreciative and grateful to the team at Goodyear in San Marcos Texas. Thank you very much.!

used wrong part on my car, had to have it redone someplace else after it broke down on me out of town.. i opened a claim and the coporate side of good year is just as horrible.. after using good year san marcos for a number of years and several cars i will never use a goodyear anywhere again

I really dread getting anything done with my car, but the two men that helped me today were so nice and helpful. The service was super quick and prompt and I felt they were honest about what I actually needed and what could wait :) would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This was the 4th time in 3 years I came back to good year to get services done on my vehicle.I absolutely love coming to get my vehicle taken care of by their team.They are diligent in their work. They take their time to see what is wrong and fixing it properly. They are very supportiveI will choose no other place to go. These guys all deserve great blessings.If you are looking into your vehicle being taken good care of and getting fixed properly I will recommend these guys.If I could I'd give them thousands of stars instead of just 5.Thank you good year team for taking care of my vehicle.

Came for new tires and also asked for an oil change. They called me to say they could not align my vehicle because the tie rods were too rotted and absolutely needed to be replaced. I declined having them done, but they were kind enough to provide me with an estimate of $1300 for the work. I brought the car to my mechanic today (the next day) and he replaced the boots becuase they were worn, assured me the tie rods were completely fine and charged me less than two hundred dollars for everything. My biggest takeaway is to not let them do any work on your car and get a second opinion. I can't help but wonder if the tires were price gauged too after this experience.

I had taken all my previous vehicles here for tires. I will not make that mistake again. I brought my truck here to have a tire patched and they told me they wouldn't do because they didn't feel comfortable doing it. I respected it and chose to trust them because they are the "Experts," right? After getting the tires replaced and paying I decided to see how much the tires costed because I felt like the amount I payed was really high for some street tires. I then come to find out that what I was charged compared to what I found online was a hundred plus dollar difference per tire. I decide to use Goodyear as my "Trusted Advisor" respectively in this matter and I wont again. I suggest price shopping and to make sure they give you a competitive offer.

I recently brought in a used car we bought for the family that needed some major work. New tires, new brakes, alignment, and some other things. It s great to have a place where you can trust that your car gets diagnosed accurately and needed repairs are made to keep you safe on the road. Thanks, San Marcos Goodyear!

Came in with a blown out tire and they were able to help me pretty fast! Helped me save money on less expensive tires, and understood when I couldn't do all the services they offered. I was soooo stressed when I walked in and the store manager and staff made me all that disappear pretty much instantly. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect experience at Goodyear! Found out that I had to replace my AC unit and they were so helpful. Very kind and communicative staff! My car was in good hands. Definitely taking my car back for maintenance and other repairs as long as I m in San Marcos :)

I ve been going here since 2013 there have been good people here for the past 10 years. I have served me well but recently there was a new Asian man there and he decided to charge me $210 for an oil change, granted I ve only paid 140 for the past 10 years on my V8 Mercedes. This location hired a thief And someone untrustworthy in the store. I m never coming back and never will. As soon as he told me, it was gonna be over $200 and grab my keys and I walked out and I will never ever go back, don t trust the new employee at the store. He is a thief and he will charge you more then you need to be charged. Don t be fooled and allow this thief to take your hard earn money.

Hands down best service I ve had at a car place! Went in there after a extremely stressful day and they were so nice and so helpful! I couldn t have asked for better service from the nicest people ever!They replaced my battery and helped me figure out other car problems I was having as well as things that I may need to be aware of in the future!I 10/10 recommend coming here! They don t make you feel stupid if you don t know anything about cars and explain things in a way that s is really helpful! There also affordable!

Used wrong part on my car, drove out of town and car broke down from faulty part.. said they wouldn t refund due to the fact the shop out of town had to repair their faulty work in order for me to get back in town.. I ll never use good year again

Took a vehicle for a simple oil change. Was told that they could change the oil "right now". After I waited for a half an hour and my car had not been taken into the bay I left. This place needs to be more responsible and do what they say. Not recommended.

Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, courteous, and professional. They were able to quickly replace my tire and did not try to up sell me on unnecessary services. I have gone to this location before and will be back if I need anything else!

Daniel was amazing. I had purchased road hazard from what I know now is a franchise goodyear and Daniel was very tenacious in making sure I did not have to pay full price for a replacement tire due to the negligence of the franchise goodyear that sold me the road hazard. Thank you for not giving up on helping me with my situation.

I took my car in for a bad shimmy when braking and for several maintenance items, including a new battery.They replaced the battery, but didn t clean the buildup on the connectors. They said the brakes were fine, that the issue was cupped tires and replaced the two front tires.This did not stop the issue. I took the car to another shop where they discovered the the front brake pads were so gone the rotors were warped. When they fixed the brakes, the shimmy was gone.Very disappointed with Goodyear.

I will not go to Goodyear ever again. I have never paid 20 dollars for a plug but I had to go to class and then to work and Goodyear is walking distance to campus, and for 20 dollars they would probably do a really good job. Sadly that wasn t the case. After coming back when they said they would be caught up they then couldn t find the leak so they we going to need to dismount the tire. Right then I should have told them to stop but I ok ed the service at 11:30 and told them I ll be back at 2 to pick it up. I called at 2 to check on the status after not hearing from them. They said their still working on it. Finally at 3 o clock, 30 minutes after I had planned on being at work I get the call to come pick up my truck and that the tire is unrepairable. They still charged me for the 20 dollars and as I m trying to pick up the truck they are still trying to do the preliminary checks that they have had hours to do. I guess that s what you get when you go for convenience. I d rather push my truck to Kyle
