Gary and Matthew were easy to communicate with. I Broke one side of a double panel window on a Friday, they were able to come out and measure for a replacement that day. They stated it would take about a week for the replacement to be made and installed. Their time estimate was correct and I had it fixed by the following Friday. The price was fair and installation went quickly.

We had a severely fogged up double pane commercial window at work. I shopped around quite a bit and got estimates that were 20-60% higher than Glass With Class. Gary was the only person I talked to that came by to actually look at the window first. He took the time to examine the window thoroughly inside and out and then explained to me what was going on. He answered all of my questions on the first call and on the day of install. The window was installed promptly and they left the area and the window spotless. Excellent customer service at every stage. I would definitely use GWC again.Service: Installation

Last couple jobs I had done here were just sloppy. They left the broken glass from my truck window inside the door and I had to take the door panel off and vacuum it out myself. It just sucks when you pay a little more to deal with a local shop and they don't reciprocate by doing even a passable job.

I highly recommend these guys! After 20+ years of driving my luck ran out. I caught a rock just right and got a crack in my windshield. Thankfully it was small and thankfully I called Glass With Class. They gave me the best quote and got me in same day. Super nice guys who do excellent work!

Had my windshield replaced last December. An issue came up where a gap in the seal formed. Took it in and they quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed it up within half an hour. They came out the same day and did a wonderful job. They were nice clean quick and precise and i am very appreciative! The other glass company told me i had to wait til Monday and today is thursday! I have a 3 year old (broken window culprit) and am so grateful we didnt have to go days without the window being fixed. Thanks yall!

Gary said would call back with price, never did. I called the next day to inquire as had found, no one answered phone. Done with them !

I got another quote for 35 dollars less from another company, but when I spoke with Gary and explained the technical difficulties I was having straightening my wife s car out after an accident, I felt compelled to go with Gary because he was understanding. The day of the appointment it was cold and rainy and Gary pulled a truck out so we could get our car in the shop and out of the rain. We test fit the windshield and it fit. Gary said he would do it for less than we agreed upon and I told him thanks so much. That evening I called and said we would be there about 5:30 and he said it turned out great and told me where he left the keys. I asked where I could meet him to square up the bill and he said don t worry about it, it s on the house. My wife and I were both choked up since this was near Christmas. This man went above and beyond fixing someone s misfortune, and gives me faith in humanity, especially with this crazy world we live in. Thank you Gary! You will have all of my glass business from here on out.

Recently worked with Gary to replace a broken window in my vehicle. Overall great experience. The store front is nice too (unlike another autoglass shop I tried first), and I received a better price than I was quoted elsewhere. Would recommend!

Im so happy I found this place. My son broke his room bottom window. And every place I called to replace the glass pane charge between 150-200. So I looked on youtube and found a video on how to rplace itmy self. So when i called this awsome place perosn was so friendly, nice, patient, and trustworthy. And when I arrived he was so patient on telling me how I measured my window to make sure it would fit. He even showed me step by step on how to replace it . I'm a female and i was hable to place the glass pane my self.

Gary is definitely the guy to go to for any cracks or windshield repairs ,friendly guy with years of experience! Just got my windshield on my car fixed in no time ! Definitely would recommend him !

Gary was a great help to me on a recent work related glass installation. He helped with transporting and installing a very large piece of specialty glass that he had manufactured for me. He went above and beyond to help us out!

HORRIBLE SERVICE I CALL THEM 10 TIMES SET UP A DAY WITH THEM TO COME AND ESTIMATE IT TOOK HIM 3 WEEKS TO COME AND MESURE THE WINDOWS WHEN HE FINALLY COME HE MESURE AND SAID I WILL CALL YOU AND ABOUT 2 DAYS TO GIVE YOU THE PRICE THATWAS 2 MONTHS AGO ..,,, I STILL WATING
