Owner very kind in trying to repair my auto issues. I pray for patients but I know it's a big and tricky repair job. I'm just hoping that it's not going to send me to the poor house!!!!

Went in for a non-working AC on a 2005 Cadillac Deville.For 250$ they diagnosed and replaced the blend door motor (100$) and recharged the AC (150$).Good priceGood peopleAnd they had a nice office dog named Moose.Will definitely be going back there for future repairsService: Air conditioning

My son lives in San Marcos and went hunting on the way home from work head on with a deer. Took his car to Discount Auto repair and Nathan Ellison took great care of his car repair. Price was fair and repair was done in timely manner. This is the second time we have had Nathan work on his car. If you have a student at Texas State and want a trustworthy knowledgeable repair shop look no further . These guys are awesome. Great shop. They are honest and hard working. Very fair on pricing. They do an excellent job. I've had them do everything from welding on my truck to A/C replacements on a few small cars and an SUV. After taking my car into another shop for a brake check, I was given a quote for over $1300 for other "things that needed to be fixed". I took my car to Ellison's instead and was given honest input and my quote is about a 50th of that price. Honest people and great prices! Also love not being ripped off for being a female! Good guys here.

Ellison's was great. The mechanics worked with my budget and helped me to get the best full service that I needed. Although my car problems were fully my fault the mechanics helped to get me the best price. BEST PRICE, FAST & GREAT SERVICE GUARANTEED!

I went in with squeaky brakes and after they checked it out they told me what the problem was didn't make up a bunch of things i "needed fixed". Even told me the problem wasn't major n my break pads still had a good while to go before i would have to change them. Very friendly and informative. Great price and as a girl that can be easily taking advantage of at one of these places, i feel i can trust them.

Been having my vehicles serviced since 2003. Mr. Ellison knows cars and trucks. He repairs what you ask for; but if something else is wrong he lets you know and shows you the problem: never presses you in to something you don't want or need.

Tried to stop in to see what it would cost for a exhaust repair at 320 and they were all locked up and closed when they say open till 530 online....so to the next shop down the street I go I guess
