There is a DOT chief who offers a tow truck owner to send him trucks and then go fishing, and divide the money, we must report all this, this is not a game, maybe I will get in trouble but I will only report What someone who experienced this case told me.

On past inspection occasions they have been very friendly and all the officers have behaved very well. The bad thing is that I live in the area and it does take a while to spend the whole day there.
