AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I entrusted my car to this shop for minor bumper repair after it was backed into in July. The entire process turned into a nightmare. It took them a month to complete the work, and when we finally picked up the car, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off.To start, there was paint overspray all over the hood, both lights, and the wheel, and nobody at the shop seemed to have noticed. The bumper, which was the main focus of the repair, had a shoddy paint job. It was evident that there was dirt on the bumper during painting, and instead of addressing it, they simply sprayed over it, resulting in a bumpy finish.When I brought up these issues, our representative, Anthony, was incredibly rude, condescending, and dismissive. It was only when my husband intervened that Anthony changed his tone, although he still defended their actions and refused to acknowledge any fault. We had to escalate the matter to the manager, Ginger Lopez, who, despite not being the collision manager, was filling in that day. She was understanding and committed to resolving the problems.However, the issues persisted. Despite agreeing to clean off the overspray, upon picking up the car, they had forgotten to address the overspray on one headlight and the wheel. Ginger assured me I could return in a few days to finalize the cleanup when they would also address the bumper finish.Several weeks later, Ginger informed me they were still waiting to hear back from the insurance for the bumper repairs, which should have been covered due to poor workmanship, not an insurance issue. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach Ginger to address the remaining issues with the wheel and headlight.This place is willing to deliver subpar work and exhibits extremely poor customer service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, hoping for a positive resolution, but after four months of waiting, I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment. What should have been a simple repair turned into a prolonged headache.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Chuck Nash and the repair of collision damage on my Chevy Silverado . Anthony Diaz Manager of Collision Dept was excellent. True to his word, kept me informed ! @Hertz car rental is in same building and they too were top notch! I rented car from them while pickup being repaired. ChuckNash and Hertz rental car are fortunate to have such wonderful employees!

Do not take a vehicle here for repair unless you are ok with not having it for at least a month and a half minimum. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time took 3 months to figure out a transmission issue but we will never use this place again. The sign out front says "hiring technicians". They might want to actually look for a good technician.

Anthony at the collision Center is very helpful and informative and will keep you updated as to when your vehicle will be ready to pick up. Their body shop does great work and will resolve any minor issues you have upon completion in order to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job they ve done.Great collision repair!Also, Alvin Hicks at the service center is fantastic at handling your warranty or extended warranty needs and is very informative and will keep you updated on a regular basis. My first choice to get my truck repaired was Chuck Nash. Customer service was wonderful. The employees knew exactly what to do as far as a rent car , drop off pick up. I hope I don t get rear ended again , but if I do I will go back to Chuck Nash Collision!

Updating my review accordingly.I picked up my vehicle Late September after dropping it off End of July. And ever since then it's been issue after issue. I advocated for my car to be repaired due to the current car market but honestly, at this point dealing with this body shop has been complete disappointment after disappointment.Ever since I have picked up my vehicle from the repair shop, my sensor lights continue to turn on as well as my check engine light. I've googled for hours what it could be, the light coming on when it's raining is common, not a huge deal. But none of the people state that the check engine light turns on or that their vehicle completely stalls after it does turn on.I've taken it back 4 times to get looked at, the last time I told them the car stalled and they assured me that it was the sensors and that it'd been fixed. A week after picking it up, my lights turn on all over again.I tell the body shop that I'm frustrated and that I expect my car to be repaired and either in the condition it was before, because it never had lights turn on or issues with the check engine light, or total out my car at this point if they can't figure out repairs. They said nope, you gotta figure it out yourself and if it's related to the accident we'll get it covered but if not, well good luck. If my vehicle never did any of the things it's doing now before my accident then it's safe to say that it probably directly relates to the accident.Don't trust their "guarantee/warranty" for their work. According to the manager, Brandon, they aren't professionals so they can't guarantee anything.This has been the most frustrating and regretful process I've ever found myself a part of. $12,000 later and they don't even care to address any of the issues that may relate to the work they did.A waste of my time, money and resources. Don't waste your time coming to Chuck Nash unless you are okay with not having your repairs guaranteed and have the possibility of the vehicle having further issues after a repair is completed.0/5 would be the best option for this place.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Repair took way longer than was told, had to be re done several times before it was correct. Bad customer service, contact person would never return calls, or keep me informed of status. I was having to keep calling in order to get updates/status.

I had my car fixed here through insurance and was working with Scott, my experience with him personally was good, although he could've been more proactive with updates, he was very nice and even had the shop fix some minor dents that were there prior which I greatly appreciated but my overall experience wasn't so great. My car was in there for a month and a half with a lot of random excuses and miscellaneous issues that caused even more delays. They never offered me a loaner car or to pay for a rental once my rental coverage ran out, even though the delays seemed to be at the fault of the body shop because not once was I told there were parts on back order or anything that was beyond their control.... I picked up my car with my headlight and blinker disconnected and also a $200 pocket knife stolen out of my center console by one of the employees. Not the best experience from what was supposed to be a highly recommended in-network shop with my insurance company.

This collision center replaced my bumper due to rock damage falling off a big rig (very minor damage). I've got a rally sport Camaro, which includes a front spoiler underneath my bumper. When I got the vehicle back, the spoiler started to fall off. So I took it back a second time to have it fixed. They gave it back to me with a gap between my bumper and spoiler and claimed it was due to prior damage. When I took my car there in there first place, there was no gap, so they gave it back to me in worse condition. You can clearly see that they didn't put it on right, because the left side of the spoiler overhangs the bumper, and on the right side, it's short. When I tried to tell them I was unhappy about it and it still didn't look right, they said too bad, there is nothing more they can do. I don't recommend this place.

Had to get some bodywork on my GMC Truck and decided to take it to Chuck Nash Collision Center in San Marcos, TX and I m very pleased with the repairs. Anthony Diaz is the specialist that handled the repairs and he kept me updated while repairs were being done and I highly recommend his services. I have taken my truck her twice to get some body work done. The staff here is professional and courteous, and they keep you in the loop every step of the way. Mark Pena was great to work with, and his attention to detail goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this shop!

David Villaldo is the guy to go to he s the best took care of my husband and I gave us great prices and the truck we wanted!My husband and son went before and another sales guy treated them poorly didn t even pay them any attention or listen to what they were looking for he just wanted to give them a car like how we going to trade in a truck for a car.But David listened and finally got our dream truck

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would! PLS DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM!!! Horrible service!!!!! My wife was hit in my new truck, I hadn t even paid my first note yet. I took my truck to chuck nash bc I bought my truck from their dealership. I was told it would be probably a month, ok. After month 2 I began calling for updates. All I was met with was lies!!! Anthony was my case worker. Horrible! I was told by 3 different ppl different updates on my truck. For a month I was told it was in painting. Lies! Then I was told it should be in prepping for final touches. Lies! That same day we decided to see in person what was real. After being taken to my truck I saw that my truck hadn t even been taken apart!!! I was told by Anthony the file was being updated by Mark, the manager who was not my case worker. Mark later denied it. We were lied to so many times. They were more concerned with trying to get as much money from the insurance company as possible than fixing my truck. They claimed they needed more hours to fix my truck while it sat there not being worked on. Once I got my truck I went over a speed bump and my truck bed opened and the handle popped out. I fixed it myself! Long story short they were horrible!! I DO NOT recommend them to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Anthony was very professional. I was extremely impressed with his constant updates even with all the hiccups with the supply chain and insurance adjuster drama. All things considered, he would be the first call if we ever needed collision repair again.

I was involved in a hit and run accident and that was bad enough. But then researching who I would take my car to I Found Nash. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Katie and she directed me what needed to be done. The whole crew there was amazing and they reassured me that they would take car of me and my car. Mark Pe a the manager gave us excellent service and I m completely satisfied with my experience and repairs done to my vehicle from this facility!

Horrible horrible experience I had with this body shop. Not only did they take WAY longer than they said they would to fix my car, but I also had EVERYTHING I left in my car stolen. Even my car manuals and insurance card. When confronted, they had no idea what happened and apparently their security cameras don t work. They leave cars unlocked outside of the building as well as leave the keys in the cars so anyone can really just jump the fence an steal from the cars or even the cars themselves because the fence is all broken. I filed a police report and the cop was witness to the cars being left open and keys left in them. They did nothing to replace what was stolen even though it was well over $1000 worth of things since they aren t responsible for things you leave in your vehicle, but this could ve been well avoided if they actually locked the cars before leaving them outside. Unless the theft is coming from within the shop, who knows. They also put oily parts inside my car on my brand new leather seats and therefore I had oil all over my seats when I went to pick it up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE HERE unless you want careless people working on your car. Mark, the manager was super unprofessional and condescending about the whole situation, and nobody was actually able to help me find my stuff or had any answers to what could have happened to it. If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. Terrible service.
