Service was quick. Easy entry. Fast friendly check in. Decent waiting area. Easy check out. I would give five stars but they were pricey. I was in a hurry and didn't ask the price before getting the work done. I would have declined knowing the price for what was done.

I have had a good amount of experience with other service dealerships. I purchased a 2023 truck at another dealership, while I came to this one for a service issue. I talked to Kaleb to get my truck in and he showed me nothing but respect from start to finish. Called me with any updates as he heard from them. If any vehicle has a issue again I trust it will be in great hands here.

What started out as a nightmare with insurance (shocking, I know), ended with critical repairs under an existing extended warranty. Service Advisor Richard Torres initially met with me several weeks prior and had his alignment tech(Wilden Sommer...also amazing) test drive my wife's car. Returned 5 minutes later verifying my complaint that an issue still existed from a repair a year ago, a repair I have been battling to get fixed. Fast forward: insurance denies and fix, and Richard immediately shifts into extended warranty repair coverage. Now, before this started, we were placed into a loaner truck thanks to Will Paul. Very nice 2020 GMC. In the end, $3416.99 covered under a $300 deductible thanks to Richard's persistence and hard work. While unable to complete additional maintenance right now, I will be returning to this dealership for Richard to handle. Service is always hit or miss in a dealership, but this time Chuck Nash Service and Richard Torres hit the bullseye!

Chuck Nash has officially lost my business. I brought my truck in for an oil change and its interior was returned to me filthy!! I take pride in keeping my truck clean and taken care of and this is absolutely unacceptable. The tech left dirt and oil stains all over my passenger side seat. Oil residue was left the front of my steering wheel and dirt was left all over my glove compartment. I would understand if there were a couple of grease stains on the outside of my truck but the way the interior was left is RIDICULOUS! I spend way too much money at Chuck Nash for service and parts to be treated so uncaringly. I will be finding another dealership to perform service on my vehicle going forward. This has upset me to no end!Service: Oil change

Had 10:30 appointment arrived at 10:15 the auto did not go on the rack till 11 am, took hour half for oil change and tire rotation :( :(
