Imagine taking your car and the dealership not picking up the phone, you call from another phone number and they answer until they know who you are. This is what I have experienced. I have expend a lot of money in a clutch change and, Nissan Cavender still tried to deliver me the car with sounds the vehicle didn't have on shifts 3,4,5 between 4000 and 4500 Revs while pushing the gas pedal for more torque. I will update the revision as more information becomes available. I wouldn't reccomend bringing your car here as Nissan Cavender will try to push their failure on the car or you. Update: I have received a phone call back. Today is 09/26/2023.

Mike who was the service manager on my car has been so helpful ! Very informative and he got the job done ! I am very satisfied with my experience at this service center !

Roy, Lincoln, and Mando always do a great job for my family when we buy Nissans. Which we always do, this is the only place I will buy a car. They are honest, reliable and hardworking. 5 stars baby.

Vinney and service is awesome. Would give a 5 but I waited over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I understand all that they do and it is great that so much is checked. So, a good suggestion is either hire more people or schedule less customers who just need this type of basic service. I did an 8 AM appointment when I called and let them know I had an appointment at 10. First time it has taken so long for this service.

Was absolutely amazing service and staff was friendly and helpful. I was told it was a 2-3 hour job! Was in and out in an hour and a half. Great job service department

Service department still has the staff I have come to know and appreciate. Thankful for Vinny and Jacob for always making me feel welcome and taking care of my vehicles!

To be honest no snacks or sodas available like mentioned from previous ratings. Only water and coffee was available. Simple oil change took 2 full hours.

There isn't one person that didn't make me feel comfortable & always great job working on my vehicle.. Luv the little detail after the work is done !! I'm thinking of buying another Nissan that's how much I appreciate them ..
