Great people, gave frequent updates and did nice work.Went back in mid December after a local mechanic damaged my hood. Service manager was great, took my truck in and adjusted the hood so it would close properly. This location is fantastic. Chris is a great manager and should be recognized. Thank you for being an honest business.

Absolutely abysmal job done on my NEW car recently. They scratched up parts of my interior and left it all dirty. This has been my second time choosing Caliber Collision as the shop for repair of my vehicle, and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Their customer service is a 10/10 as they always keep me updated on what is going on, and do a really good job at staying in contact via text and phone calls. They are extremely genuine and truly care about their customers satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

I have had such great experiences at Caliber Collision in San Marcos. I highly recommend anyone that needs body work to go there. They have such an amazing staff that makes you feel at home and comfortable leaving your vehicle there to be repaired.

I have a had bad experiences in the past with other collision companies. Chris at the caliber collision in San Marcos has been excellent with communication and has excellent service to his customers. I am very happy to know that I can rely on him to make sure my vehicle gets what it needs done. He is very good at making sure you are satisfied with your vehicle and will provide excellent service. I love all the way in San Antonio but if I ever need anything done to my car I will for sure go out my way to work with him again.

The crew at Caliber Collision are beyond welcoming and eager to help. The second time my car got broken into they promptly fixed my ignition issues and knee panel. Chris was especially helpful with other issues related to my window shattering as well. Great guys!

The best experience I ve ever had with a repair shop. They said they expected to have my car until the 15th, notified me it was done on the 8th. Super fast! Kept me updated via text during the process, the car was perfect when I picked it up and they even cleaned it for me. Would definitely use them again!

Had a parking lot mishap where the person next to me scraped and dented my door when they left the parking spot. Caliber collision was able to repair it extremely quickly and the work was incredibly well done, i can t even tell where the dent was before hand! If I ever need repairs done again I m more than happy to return.

Don't think I'll be working with this business in the future. Had an accident and was working with State Farm to get an estimate on the damages from an accident that happened on 1/24. I had put in my claim on the 24th and just needed to schedule an appointment. Today on the 29th, I call caliber collision because They have yet to call me. They can't find me by claim by name or anything really. I even showed them the claim with their name on it direct from State. They directed me to State farm.. okay sure I went back to my claim and selected to go to Service King instead. Maybe they could help me. Gave them a call and they had My claim ready to go as soon as I gave them my name. Night and Day difference. Go to Service King instead! I have an appointment for 30 minutes from now and it sounds like it's going to be a real quick process. Lovely customer service agent with Service King

The lady I spoke with was very rude and short with me. When I asked for an estimate she would not allow me to get a quick one for another 3 weeks out because I wasn t using the insurance I have.

I can't say enough about this Caliber Collision location! I used the on-line estimate facility to get a rough idea about repair cost and then went to the facility to confirm details. I was met promptly and the car repairs were confirmed. It turned out that the repair was SUBSTANTIALLY LESS than the estimate. These guys are honest and I do not hesitate to recommend them!!Oh, and this is our second car they have repaired. Both were done on time and on cost!Service: Body & Trim

I hit a deer in my brand new car and took it here. Because my car was so new and the production lines are so far behind, I had to wait on a part. They never let me feel forgotten. They text and called me to keep me in the loop. I will never forget the kindness and customer service I received here. Trust me when I say I have had way worse experiences elsewhere! Top notch!! I got rear ended pretty bad. My trunk was messed up and back up camera was broken. The trim along the back was broken. Caliber Collision did such an amazing job at replacing all the parts and making it look better than it ever has. I was so impressed by how well the staff communicated with me as well. I got sideswiped the day after Christmas so I took my car to the San Marcos Caliber to get my repair done. The process was so easy and I had no worries about leaving my vehicle with them. David was my representative and he is awesome. He keeps you informed and keeps everything simple for you. Nancy, the receptionist, is amazing. She is so sweet and always has a positive attitude. If you had to choose any caliber, choose the San Marcos location. They get you in quickly and my car looks like new!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Took my car in for an estimate & was able to leave it for repairs the following day. They replaced the front bumper & grill because of an accident & my car looks like new. I took my Nissan Sentra to Caliber Collision to repair the grill that s was damaged. They walked me through the process of replacing the part and checked to make sure there wasn t any extensive damage. Everyone was super helpful!
