10 minutes? They advertise 10 minute oil change but it's only 10 minutes if you're not getting the full service. And if you want the full service you're paying for, YOU have to ask for it or they won't do it otherwise. This was what they told me when I asked if they had done the full service. I still had to ask to check my air filter, etc. The tech guy was polite and helpful though but doesn't make up for high prices and lack of "full service" in my opinion.

Very courteous and friendly. I was there for an oil change and state inspection. They explained what they did and were finished in a short amount of time. Will be back!

I can t recommend this place. We ve been coming here for a few years now. I thought my last encounters were just off days. Six months ago they mixed up my plate # so I couldn t renew registration online. Went back for a printed correction to hand-carry for renewal. Their toner was going out and the copy was not completely visible. They said no worries it s in the system correctly and it should be fine. Nope. Tax office wouldn t accept. Had to go back for a legible print. Then 3 months ago they said they were out of my air filter, but still placed the charge on my bill. When I noticed it hadn t been removed, they found the filter and installed it. Then today I paid over $130 for an oil change and was asked if I needed a receipt cause they were out of toner. Really?!? No toner? Then while waiting for a digital receipt the staff asked for a customer to rev up their sports car. Repeatedly. So, we re waiting - there s noxious fumes of something burning, the very loud sound of a reviving engine, the shouts of approval from the workers and all that ADDED to the already 100+ temp. Are you serious? It s like we were being punk d only I m still not laughing. Won t be back.

I stopped in here for a vehicle inspection. At first, I really wasn't that impressed. I pulled up, and the guy says it'll be 10 minutes. He takes my insurance info and mileage and goes back inside. While this is going on, a lady pulls up and goes right into the inspection bay.As I'm watching that go on, another guy comes over and asks for the same information. I say, "I've already given my info to the other guy." He says, well I'm the inspector. I take a deep breath and just let him have his moment, and he then asks to take my truck for a drive.I've been having some foot issues, and when he sees me hobble, he offers to drive me to the door. It didn't take him anytime to do the inspection. When he comes into the office, he tells me the amount then offers to get my money so I don't have to walk to him. Once I'm done, he goes ahead of me and opens the door of the building for me, then goes to my truck to do the same. They had even pulled my truck close to the door so I didn't have to go far.That is the kind of service you look for in a company! I was very impressed with that.My only complaints were the bit of a big head at the beginning and the greasy arm mark left on my arm rest. Other than that nice guys!

I am in charge of maintenance for the fleet at work and I take all of our trucks to this Bradzoil location as needed. Jody runs a highly effective operation over there and I have yet to be disappointed in the five or so years that I've been taking trucks there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got my oil changed there, and came to find out they didn't completly screw in the skid plate cover.Came off on the hwy. Took my car to get checked my a mechanic and oil filter wasn't tighten and oil was leaking. Tried calling but no one ever answered. Definitely not going back. Serious accident could had happened because they don't do there job properly.Service: Oil change

Jody(Manager) and his guys did and do an awesome job. What service is ALL about. If you want a trip back in time to see what a service job looked like visit this place. Way more places could Definitely use a lesson from him and his team . Way to go Bradzoil!

My usual place for maintenance couldn t run my inspection today. They recommended this place based on proximity. The staff took a few minutes to get to my car. There were a couple cars in front of me, they said 20 minutes. It took 35. Few guys just standing around, I figured the inspection should go quickly. The tech inspecting my car couldn t find mileage so he pressed buttons and wiped my trip meter. All in all, about an hour plus another 25 minutes on the phone with the company I do trust to do my oil changes, to tell me my mileage. These guys aren t worth the hassle.

Very quick, great service! The guys were really polite and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. It could have been awkward sitting in my truck while they work around me, but they were smiling and chatting when appropriate, and got the job done! I will return.

I have using them for a while now. I used to be in service in the car industry. They did not check my engine air filter, any fluids or EVEN the tire pressure. I talked to the manager. He said that he has been the manager for 28 years. Well MANAGER, you need to train the guys better. Or be trained better yourself. It shows your lack of Quality or Professionalism. You just want my money. If you didn't check over my car, how do I know you even did the oil change in the first place. So disappointed....I will think about where I go next time. So should you....

This place is awesome! I brought in my own oil and filter. I even brought my puppy. And they let her sit inside with me without any complaining! Then I go out to my car after they're done to see that they vacuumed out the inside of my car (it was really dirty..). I was just about to go do that so they actually saved me some sweat and time :) I believe the guy who helped me was named Jody. Overall, excellent customer service!!

Not a bad experience. Could use a little more excitement in the environment, employees did not look enthusiastic. A little pricey compared to other locations like Express Lube and Firestone.was not asked to verify oil level before leaving, only issue I had

I always go to Wal-Mart but today they told me it would be a 3hr wait so I went here. I am so glad I did right away someone greeted me then they took my car quick. The one thing I loved was not 1 person helped me they all did great job guys. Cleaned my car my windows had it all nice and ready for .fast great service

Great place. The manager Jody is very honest. I went in for a scheduled owners manual service 30K mile radiator flush. Jody checked the antifreeze and said it was clean and was in specification for winter weather, and told me that I did not need to change the fluid at this time. I will keep going back.

Great service with friendly staff! Always efficient, friendly, and professional service no matter how busy they are. I would recommend to anyone needing an oil change or inspection. Only issue I have is the coupon program, seems coupons are not put out often and when they are expire before you can use them.

I have been to Bradzoil twice now and the experience is always pleasant.The customer service was great and I was out in less than 15 minutes. The prices are fair and staff is friendly. It is safe to say I will be going back.

Been coming here for a while, the folks here used to at least be friendly. Last time I got an inspection they put the wrong VIN on my inspection sheet...what a headache getting my registration renewed was after that.. this time I was ushered in by a rude guy named Austin. Guy was obviously annoyed I was there and was just rude to me for no apparent reason. I used to drive all the way from Kyle to this place specifically because at least they were friendly to me. Definitely not coming back again.

This is a speedy place. I went there for an inspection, and was behind 2 people. Plus they were doing oil changes in their bays. Needless to say, I was not the first in line. I had time, so I waited. It didnt take long at all. I sat there, and played on my phone for a bit. The next thing I knew, they were calling my name because they were done.

I came here after going to 3 different places in San Marcos and being told 3 to 4 hr wait times or they simply could not fit me in... Pulled up here and was immediately greeted, and told to pull my car up! Got right on my car and we're very professional! Need your oil changed, but don't want to wait hours, this is THE SPOT! Go see MANNY!
