Great shop with excellent customer service. My vehicle was brought over here for insurance repairs. These guys were able to do quick yet professional work to get me back in service. I appreciate the hard work guys. Thanks for taking care of my truck grill guard and special lighting equipment.

I had my 2000 f350 lifted at Big Es and front ball joints out in. Had a 6.5 inch pro comp leaf spring lift put in. They let me leave the shop without telling me my Carrier bearing for drive shaft needed adjusted back down because of the lift and being a two piece drive shaft. Terrible vibration in truck when I left after they test drove it. 3 days later my passenger rear U bolt was loose and rear block almost slid out from leaf spring. I would never have them do a lift on your vehicle. I tightened everything myself and never went back, they didn t even torque the passenger rear U bolt.

GREAT SERVICE FROM THE BEGINING TO END.For me it's all about customer service and if your looking for great customer service and knowledgeable people you need to talk with BILL & ERIC. Both men went above and beyond expectations. NOT JUST TRYING TO SELL YOU PRODUCT. these two men treat you like a customer should be treated not just dollar signs that walk threw the door. Words can not describe how pleased I am as one of there customers.

This is a great shop with management/ownership who cares about what they do. They don't discriminate old cars like most shops in the area.
