Great shop to work with , was kept informed on status along the way. My vehicle was even picked up and delivered to where i needed to drop of my rental. Work was done fast and the whole process was hassle free. Highly recommend. Give Chuy a call

Amazing customer service! I had called multiple places before to help with my car and they were the only ones even willing to look at it and see if they could help and give me a price estimate. 10/10 recommend you goi bc here if you need your car fixed by great people with amazing service and knowledge!

I took my 2021 Ram 3500 Laramie to Big Boys Collision in San Marcos Texas and Chuy and his crew did an amazing job on my truck! A big hail storm came through San Marcos Texas and both of my vehicles had a large amount of damage. I took them to Big Boys Collision. I highly recommend Big Boy Collision for any work that you need done! They were awesome. I am a mom of 4 and work a full time job, so my life is crazy. They came and got my car. Had the pictures and quote sent to my insurance before the insurance claims adjuster even made it out. They keep me updated. The work was beautiful. ***TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE***Took my car here after hitting a deer. They returned it unfinished and had broken my touch screen. Got home and noticed airbag light is on. Cody (front desk) said it might reset or could have been "banged around" during repairs.I should give it some time to reset. I noticed my touch screen didn't work and figured it would reset as well. Left for Xmas. Neither had reset and i noticed small cracks in corner of screen. Now I can't adjust temp or connect my phone. They won't fix it.Additionally, the hood was installed crooked and the pinstriping was not completed. Apparently they contract that out, now I have to travel to the next town to have it completed. I got my car back justbefore Xmas. 1 month later , and multiple calls and visits. I have given up and am just sitting here waiting for them to reset the airbag sensor.Take your car somewhere else. I read the reviews and thought this would be a good, convenient place to take my car.***TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE****

Absolutely ridiculous, do not take you vehicle here under any circumstances. Dangerously unprofessional work, zero quality control, zero customer service. Honestly this is the least competent, least professional operation I ve ever seen. They will always promise to call you back, but you ll never get a call. I brought my truck here after a crash many months later and after bringing the truck back multiple times for multiple issues it now has frame damage that was not caused by the crash, but while in the repair process at Big Boys. They did a great job! They worked with my insurance company and got everything done in a timely manner. My car looks better than ever and they even found some hail damage and took care of it also with the insurance company.

They did fantastic work on my truck. I drove down from Austin based on recommendations, and have my truck back less than 48 hours later. They even came and literally dropped it off at my work [in Austin] when they were done. Amazing service and exemplary work. I can t say enough good things about Big Boys Collision in San Marcos. We used to use Big Boys Collision in Austin, and when our vehicle got hail damage, we looked them up and found that they had closed. Yikes! But never fear! Chuy and some of the guys have moved to San Marcos. We contacted them, they picked up the vehicle, they fixed it quickly, and had it returned to us all before the other body shop we contacted could even work us in for an evaluation. They worked with our insurance so we didn t have to. If you need work done on your vehicle, I cannot recommend Big Boy s Collision in San Marcos enough. If you ve worked with Big Boy s in Austin and you feared they weren t around anymore, contact Big Boys Collision in San Marcos. I don t think you ll be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would not recommend if they were the last shop open in Texas. I was quoted for 2 weeks and they have sat on my vehicle for what is going on 4 months now. Every time I call up there I get some other story of how they're waiting on something or they're getting something to come in. I have caught them now blatantly lying to me about the work that has been done and how long it's going to take to get my vehicle back. Cody has lied to me multiple times now about the due date. It's always next week or Tuesday or Friday or next tuesday. No matter what, my vehicle is not ready. He has also admitted that they have done absolutely nothing in some cases. Do not take your vehicle here because you cannot expect when to get it back and they will throw you through hoops the entire time. I have been paying for a rental vehicle, I have lost time with my family, and I am losing so much money at work because I do not have the vehicle I need to do my job. Biggest mistake I've ever made in regards to my vehicle (including the accident that I was in) is taking my vehicle to Big Boy's Collision.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Unfortunately we have not had a good experience at Big Boys Collision. They told me that the simple body work that my car needed would take 1 week however 5 weeks later I am still waiting and every time I call they promise me it will be ready or they will call me before the end of the day and they DO NOT! I know there is a supply chain issue but this is ridiculous.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went here for a quote on some damage on my vehicle and the man that helped me was really kind and helpful. He came and checked out my car immediately to assess the damage, and was very knowledgeable.I will definitely be coming back to them for my car damage needs

My experience with these gentleman was great. Communication was always there. Updates and changes were always relayed to me. I would use them again and recommend them.
