Edgar and his team did an amazing job on my truck!!! I couldn t be more happier with the results. I drove from Austin because I knew I could trust his word. My truck is ready for the weekend and feeling brand new! Thank you to the best body shop! I am definitely recommending to my friends and family.

Edgar and his team did a PERFECT job with my car, I couldn t be more appreciative towards them! Drove all the way from Austin because I knew I could trust them! Autocraft Bodywerks did a fantastic job of repairing my Tesla. Car looks as good as new and the work was completed much quicker than anticipated. Estrella did a great job of keeping me informed and even providing pictures. Car was nice and clean upon picking up, hopefully won t have to do any more body work on my Tesla,but in the event that I must I will definitely use this company again. Thanks for taking good care of my car.

I brought my 2023 Model X to Autocraft to repair the damage from an accident.My car had both side scratches and need to replace the bumper and tires and several sensors.Edger and his crews of Autocraft was doing a nice job to fix my car. Pretty professional and diagnose thoroughly.It took about 1.5 months for the repair.My car was come back like new !One side note is I wish the original quote to repair can be precise. It is a bit surprise for me when I got the final bill. But generally I am satisfied with the work.

I brought my Model y in for repair after damage to the back and when it comes to providing top quality and customer service, Autocraft Bodywerks is #1. Not only did my car look like a brand new car with a full detail, during pick up Edgar and Estrella greeting me with refreshments while I waited. To top it all off they took care of returning my rental for me. Great experience and top flight customer service.

After being rearended, the team at Autocraft Bodywerks got my Model 3 repaired to look as good as new! They were able to get my car in within days of the wreck to start the insurance process, which is unheard of! Great communications throughout the process and they managed the back and forth with insurance with ease. I'd 100% be a repeat customer if I ever need it! Thank you in particular to Estrella for her patience with all of my questions!

Fantastic experience getting our Rivian R1S fixed after being rear-ended. Estrella was great managing our expectations in the process and timelines. Originally estimated to take 3 weeks, we received our R1S back in a little bit more than 2 weeks. Pretty special since parts for these cars can be hard to come by. They are an official Rivian approved body shop. Why we trusted them with our vehicle is that they have trained staff to reprogram the numerous sensors on the car. This saved us days, because other shops would have to take the vehicle to the Rivian service center for reprogramming. Upon pickup, the car was detailed, and looked brand new. Great honest people who tailor auto body work for EVs.

I don t often post reviews, but I believe I need to this time. Eager (the manager) is very respectful, and a man of his word, and made my experience amazing. If you re looking for an auto body shop that prioritizes their customer service and does great work, I would recommend AutoCraft Bodywerks, you will not be disappointed!

Brought my 2023 Rivian R1S Launch Edition to San Marcos shop. Everything was done perfectly. They are very busy, but they took the time to do the repairs correctly the first time. SUV was returned clean, perfectly repaired and ready to go. They communicated via text and phone as they progressed through the work, even sent some photos.I cannot complement Sondra (Office Manager), Amy (Appraiser) and Noel (Shop Manager) enough for their professionalism and concern for my vehicle. The folks at the new San Marcos location for Autocraft Bodywerks were fantastic to work with on the repair of my Fiat Spider. No other shop would take on the difficult job, but the team at Autocraft brought my special car back to better than new condition! I am lucky to have found these skilled expert professionals. I will be forever grateful to them.

This location is new and just as professional, attentive, communicative as their Austin location. Noel, the manager, was all that. My Mercedes Sprinter could not fit in the Austin location and had to be repaired in the San Marcos location. They moved the van, repaired it to their usual excellent standard, detailed it, and moved it back to Austin, where I picked it up. Ten stars easily.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
