WOW WOW WOW!! Great SERVICE and HONEST so very knowledgeable of AUDI & VW, Go see Valad!! He has earned me a as customer and he is way better than going to the dealership!! and GREAT PRICING!! Very Impressed!!!Part2 had my transmission service today, Valid did another Great Job on my car!!! and very affordable!!

There needs to be be more shops like Austin Imports! Upfront,Honest, best communication I have had with a mechanic and quality work. Definitely worth the 60 minutes to have my Volkswagen servicedThank you again Austin Imports

The team at Austin Imports has been keeping our son's MK4 GTI running well for about 8 years now. He was a student in Austin and we live in Houston. It's especially rewarding to know he had someone local to him (more or less) that is trustworthy and wouldn't rip off a distant parent. We've purchased multiple parts including a fuel pump, complete stock suspension, stock headlamps X2, and multiple ignition coils from them over the years and have never had even a hint of a problem with anything. They even did a complete timing belt swap including water pump for us about 4 years ago. I'd NEVER trust anyone else to our MK4.

Sold me the wrong part for my 02 Subaru wrx. I tried to explain what was wrong with my car I even had engine codes to help show what was going on with my car. but he didn t want to see them. I bought a USED 02 sensor and was completely the wrong sensor. Unless you have a vw DONT GO TO THIS SHOP.

They've been caring for my diesel Volkswagen for years. They take great care of her, always get us in quickly. Honest, reasonable prices, and do a great job.

This shop is by far above and beyond all the rest. Called for a part and they said they have in stock. Drove down the next morning to pick it up and they had it ready and waiting for me. They were exceptionally kind and went way out of their way to help me out! I ended up needing more parts than I had originally thought and the owner and employees were super understanding and knowledgeable of vw/Audi parts. They were able to quickly find and easily remove parts that I needed from other vehicles. When I say fast I mean it took me longer to pay than for these guys to find pull and bring to the front everything I needed. The shop even explained some of the different situations of face in installing and removing parts. These guys were amazing and I can't imagine using any other. I will def use them in the future and recommend them to anyone. Can't state enough how easy they were to talk to, deal with, how kind they were, understanding, knowledgeable, and able to deliver as promised. Won't find that level of integrity at any dealership.

Awesome. Great shop for VW parts. I got a shifter boot and a couple other small parts for a great deal, and the owner even went out of his way to install one part for me. They talked to me a lot about my car and the best things to replace vs fix myself. Super helpful, straight shooters. Will use again.

I have been doing business with Austin Imports for many years from used parts, diagnosis, some maintenance, and even some repairs.They are VW experts and have always been a great resource for me. Honest, fast, and quality work.I even send my wife to them with her TDI.

It was on a new level of of experience!!! I was out of town and trying to get subframe for my brother's car. They worked with me even after hour's. And they also installed the part's. I dont know if this is a normal practice for them. However I am more then satisfied and with this experience they have a lifetime customer!! I have and will keep on recommending them to anyone looking for vw part's. You are crazy if you dont call and deal with them first!!!

I had to get the Airbag clockspring fixed in my '06 VW Rabbit. VW quoted me $600 for the repair, which is ludicrous. A friend referred me to Austin Imports and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff were friendly, the owner personally greeted us, and the entire repair took 30 mins in and out the door, when VW wanted me to leave the car for service. On top of that, it only set me back $120 for the entire job, which is fantastic! Would highly recommend Austin Imports to anyone looking for work on their VW's. Will absolutely be visiting them for any future repair needs.

Great place if your looking to buy oem parts. Huge selection of jdm and euro. I bought a gli front lip for my car. The guy I talked to walked outside and took great pictures of exactly what I needed to see before buying the part. The part was also packed and shipped the next day. Really couldn t ask for anything better.

Best VW repair place in town. Fixed and diagnosed my brake and engine issues quickly. I don t know a lot about VW s, and I wish you would shop here instead of anywhere else for vw

Just finished writing a whole paragraph reporting these scammers to offer up so I m all typed out for now but these people will knowingly sell you bad car parts regardless of how far you have to drive to go pick them up. I drove 7 hours round trip to throw $150 away not including the $20 in toll road fees and $30 in gas totaling $200 of ripped off money out my pocket.

Great place for VW parts although they do offer other select makes/models. Management is friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely be checking back when I need anything else.

Austin Imports shipped me a 2009 DSG Jetta tdi transmission to Phoenix Arizona. After installing and test driving I'm very pleased to report that it works perfect.

Overpriced af, it s a junkyard no need to sell parts close to what they actually cost brand new oem. No one waste your time here just buy new parts.
