Audio outlet has unfitted every vehicle I ve had. They have some of the best customer service I ve experienced in any business.Complete mastery of the audio industry, they explain everything in detail to make sure you know exactly what you ll be getting. And they seem to love the job.They ve done 2 vehicles, completely upgraded both stereo systems, and tint. These guys are awesome, worth the money, and it s always a quick turnaround.These guys rock, if you re on the fence about getting any work by them done, do it. These guys are awesome.

I came here to get a new radio because I had been using a speaker as my radio and it was the best service ever! The radio looks amazing in the car and they did it pretty quick! The customer service was amazing, I have never felt more welcomed! Definitely recommend going here!

These guys did my Truck system a few years ago. Had a mechanic shop do my heater core recently and they pulled the dash when they went to put it back I guess they caught a couple of wires. Called Audio outlet to see if they could take a look at it and explained what happened and told me it might it might not be covered under their warranty since someone else had pulled the dash etc. (which I completely understood). They went ahead and found my problem and fixed it and replaced my Mic for the radio free of charge. Even though it wasn t their fault. These guys have been super awesome and helpful with each of my experiences with them. I definitely recommend them for any of your tinting or audio needs.

Saved me from myself. Tried to set up my own double din head unit. Ruined everything and it didn't even fit once I almost finished setting it up. Took it to Audio Outlet and they set me up with a basic head unit and got it all fixed up. Decent pricing for how much extra work they had to do due to me.

These guys are awesome! Genuine top notch customer service. They have installed ceramic window tint on 2 different cars for me, flawless job on both. Today they installed an 8 light rock light kit on my wife's Acadia. It was a difficult install simply because of the design of the Acadia. They stayed on it for 2 hours past closing time to get it done so we could have our car back. While we were waiting the staff took music requests from us and our kids to keep us entertained. Our 9yr old is very active and talkative, the staff rolled right along with him and never acted like it was a chore to entertain all his questions. Kris was our installer for the rock lights, Kris did a kick A** job. The install is right on point and the car looks amazing! He stayed and got the job done for us so we didn't have to be down to one car for another day. Thank you Kris and the Audio Outlet staff for yet another top notch job. We will continue to look to you for our needs.

Poor service. Exposed wires, fading to rear only plays the sub, fading to front has no sub and no rear speakers, distortion, sticky taped the amps to surface and charged $80, doors rattling after service. Took it back to have them fix issues but nothing was done. Having to take it somewhere else to re do it. Very nice staff though it just seems like they are lacking full knowledge of this industry.

Sloppy work. They love to belittle you and act like you(as a customer) dont know ANYTHING. Ive wired audio before. I chose this business because I did not have the time or patience to do it myself.Overall the work was minimal at best. Wires were exposed, the fuse wasn't mounted properly and the amp was pressed up against the back seats causing uncomfortable heating(I moved the amp myself and fixed the issue). The one star is because these guys did a $200 job but charged over $1000. They really need to work on treating customers like real people and not walking dollar signs.

Definitely a very helpful place for instillation of radios or surround sounds. Kris was especially very helpful in the repair of my stereo and even offered to offer to replace my console frame with the new one I had. Overall if I ever have problems with my radio or stereo I would come back here!

My brother Elias referred me here for tinting on my mustang. I am always hesitant on who does work on my vehicle but I was so happy with the finished product. The staff was super helpful in breaking down the product, price, and answering all of my questions. 10/10 recommend this business.

Got in over my head trying to wrap a few pieces of my motorcycle in carbon fiber. Turns out in order to wrap the odd angles and shifting curves of a sport motorcycle takes a "master" level wrapper and has master costs associated with having it done well.Audio Outlet not only has the expertise and ability, they worked with me on price and told me to bring it back if there is every any issues and they'll repair it! Before you buy wrap, go watch the master wrapping contest on youtube and how long it takes them to wrap something simple and flat like a car hood. The fairings and front fender were at least 5 times more difficult than the large swooping lines of a car and this guy at Audio outlet pulled it off in one piece from top to bottom. All they charged me for was 3 HOURS of labor! Amazing, can't recommend them highly enough.

I was referred here by Michael Rangel for sub and amp installation. Not only do the subs sound great inside the vehicle, but they can also be heard 6 blocks down the street. Two 12 inch subwoofers later, Z-ro never sounded better.

The guys at Audio Outlet are awesome and do excellent work. Picked up my Mustang today, for a brand new tint job, and it looks fabulous! Veteran owned and hooked me up with a Veterans discount! Highly recommend them for you car tint and audio needs!

I decided that I could install my own stereo system on an old truck. 6 hours and 12 beers later I had a tangled mess that I no longer had any desire to mess with. Fortunately, these guys rescued me from myself and put it all back together for me. They didn t even make fun of me! I ll always come here first before I get in over my head again.

Needed a set of rear speakers replaced, quote was over $600 using cheap JL speakers that run about $130 a pair.Massively overpriced shop. Avoid.Edit - As to the owner response: Quote is NOT itemized. An itemized quote details expected labor, it's hourly rate, and the individual parts cost, none of which is extant on the quote I have in my hand.I'll give Audio Outlet a bonus star for the explanation, and leave my review as an 'Avoid' rating. No need to replace the entire 6 speaker set for a single blown rear.

I wanted a custom install in my new truck, Robert and Travis hooked it up!! The installation team did an amazing job! I got 2 W6 installed in a custom box with all new door speakers all JL matched amps. I told Tavis what I listened to and he tuned it himself...PERFECTION! Randall has an outstanding team, experts are hard to find!! Would recommend

Terrible service. I wanted to get a reverse camera installed in my truck and they scheduled me for two weeks out. The day of my appointment they asked me to reschedule because they were short staffed; I had no problem doing so. Today was the day of my next appointment and I had to call to check if we were still scheduled. They said they had me on the schedule but asked me to reschedule AGAIN (third time). Which means if I didn t call ahead they would have turned me down when I showed up. If you re going to cancel you should be responsible for communicating that to the customer. Never going here again and I suggest anyone else avoid this business as well. Take a trip to New Braunfels and get your work done there.

I know there s a lot of people out there wanting to have nice stereo systems installed in there vehicles well if you are one of those people then I highly recommend Audio outlet in San Marcos. I just recently purchased some audio for my truck and Drew told me that he s fixing to make my truck sound so good and of course he did. Drew was so nice to me and he wasn t trying to get me to buy stuff that I didn t need. I have a lot of respect for Drew. Drew ain t always up front but you can deal with Brendon. He works up front and he can tell you what you will be needing for the right sound for your vehicle.He s very honest and doesn t lie to you. I highly recommend Audio outlet cause they do excellent work and they treat you so good.

I went into audio outlet looking to get my headache rack wired in and they did amazing work, Robert talked me into getting the ceramic tint installed on my windshield and Leo did an amazing job!! Really turned out great and makes a noticeable difference with the heat!!

I was a walk-in and Seth took care of me immediately. Was fantastic and helped me pick the best for my car! Will definitely go back for any future business!
